DESlGN FOR A SYRUP-CAN.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 25,856, dated August 4, 1896.
Application filed June 11, 1896. Serial No. 595,224. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, WILLIAM HELMER,{1- citi zen of the United States, residing at Boston, in the county of Suffolk and State of Massachusetts, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Syrup-Cans for Soda- Water Apparatus, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, illustrating my design, in which Figure 1 is a perspective View of a syrupean, showing my design. Fig. 2 is a horizontal section of the same.
My invention relates to a design for upright syrup-cans for soda-water apparatus; and it consists in the general configuration of the article, as will be hereinafter more particularly described.
The upright syrup-can A illustrated in the accompanying drawings is intended for use in a soda-water-dispcnsing apparatus and is of approximately triangular shape in crosssection, as shown in Fig. 2, its front side a being fiat or straight throughout its entire area. The other two sides, I) c, are brought together at d, the corner thus formed being preferably rounded, as shown. The side or surface I) is of convex form, while the side or surface 0 is of concave form, as shown, the whole presenting a unique and attractive appearance.

The design for a syrup-can for soda-water apparatus, substantially as herein shown and described.
