DESIGN FOR A LOOM-FORK.
SPECIFICATION formingpart of Design No. 35,651, dated February 4, 1902.
Application filed December 5, 1901. Serial No. 84,838. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, ARTHUR DUBE,'a citizen of the United States, residing at Fall River,in the county of Bristol and State of Massachusetts, have invented and produced a new and useful Design forLoom-Forks; and Ido hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same.
In the drawings, Figure 1 is a side view of theloom-fork. Fig. 2 is a plan, view of the loom-fork.
As shown in the drawings, the leading or material feature of the design consists of a series of parallel prongs which are curved downward for the greater part of their length and have forwardly -curved tips, a cylindrical hub of the full width of the series of prongs and arranged crosswise of them, said hub having two projecting bosses on its upper side arranged longitudinally upon the center line of the prongs and one on each side of the hub, and a shank which is narrower than the series of prongs and which is arranged on the other side of the hub from them and provided with an offset end portion which projects away from the hub and is arranged at an angle to the main part of the shank.
A is the series of prongs, and a represents their forwardly-curved tips.
B is a hub arranged back of the prongs and extending crosswise of them for their full width.
O is the shank arranged on the other side of the hub from the prongs and of less Width than the series of prongs, and c is the offset end portion of the shank. The offset portion 0 is arranged at an angle to the main portion of the shank, and it projects away from the
