DESIGN FOR CARPET.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 24,620, dated August 20, 1895.
Application filed July 12, 1895. Serial No. 565,769. Term ot'patent 316 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, ABCHIBALI) F. REDDIE,
a citizen of the United States, residing at the city of Philadelphia, in the county of Phila- 5 delphia and State of Pennsylvania, have in- .cnted and produced a new and original Design for Carpet or other Fabric, of which the following, taken in connection with the accompanying drawing, is a specification.
The design illustrated in the accompanying drawing embodies my invention and may be wrought in Brussels, Wilton, velvet, or other carpet and in such colors or combinations of colors as may be desired.
The drawing clearly shows the peculiar or distinctive appearance which when imparted to the carpet or other fabric constitutes my invention.
In the drawing, a is the body, b the border,

For the sake of a further description it may he stated that the leading or characteristic feature or features of my design comprise the branches 0, roses (1, displayed upon a background 6, and in the drawing associated with bandsfand g and scrolls h and i.
What I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
