The principal features of our design are the treatment of the vertical portion of the frame in representation of fluted square colnmns having composite capitals; the transverse portion of the frame representing an ornamental cornice uniting the columns and divided into panels by bands corresponding with the iiuting ofthe shaftsot the columns; the hood, shield and fender being ornamentcd with garlands; the upper part of the base with sprays of leaves separated by bands of beading and the lower part thereof with festooned bands looped with tassels, all ot' this ornamentation being in relief.
