To all whom it may concern:
Be itknown that], HANS A. ScHNEEKLo'rH, of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for the Case of a Weighing-Ma chine, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompany; ing photograph, which represents a perspective view of a. weighing-machined my design.
Upon a base or pedestal, P, is erected a 001- umn, A,thehorizontal sectional form of which is rectangular. Upon this column is a dialhox, which is of rectangular horizontal section, and which has a squarefront, anciahove: tlhiis boxis an entahiatu re, in which are a frieze,

In the front of the GOitlflilli A are tlrree sunken panels, 10 p, of which the upper and lower ones, p, are smaller than the middle one, p. At the sides of the column are pilasters B, of circular horizontal, section, having their bases ornamented by foliated scroilwork ab,and having their capitals composed, principally, of foliated scroll-work c d. In the center of the front C of the dial-box C is a raised circular dial rim, D,the faceof which is ornamented with foliated scroll-work e, and outside of this rim thereare in the front 0 triangular p uiels g, ornamented with leaves h'i.
What i claim is- The design for the case of a weighing-ma chine, consisting of the column A, of rectangw lar horizontal section, haviu in its front larger and smaller panels, p p having pilnsters B, with ornamental bases o b and cnpi tals c d, the dial-box C, having on its front tlhiediai-rim D, with ornaments e, and triangular panels g, ornamented with leaves hi,
foliuted f rieze j and floliated cornice It, all airramged and disposed substantially as shown and described.
