Be it known that I, EDWARD T. Scnooxnaman, of the cit-y, county, and State of New York, have invented a certain new and ornament-.d Design for lin-ePlaee Fronts; and the following is declared to be a description ot' the same.

My design is fully shown in the aecompanylug photograph.

In this design the frame, the basket,tlie erown-pieee, and the fender are espeeiall",` designed to go together in the production ol an artistic eti'eet. The lire-place frame has an outer plain surface, a, and next to it an echinus molding having depressions or knobs or eggs at b. There are moldings at c d, between which is a panel at e, filled with a serpentine design ot' stems, leaves, and scrolls.

I claim as my invention-- ln a design for a tire-place front, the ornamental frame eonsistinfr of the surface n, echinns ornaments l, moldings c d, and the panel e of serpentine stems and leaves, as shown.
