Abstract

Предложенная композиция, которая состоит из двух компонентов, смешиваемых друг с другом с образованием способного к затвердеванию цементирующего состава, где первый компонент содержит: (а) портландцемент; (б) сульфат кальция; (в) воду при массовом соотношении количества воды к количеству твердых портландцемента и сульфата кальция от 0,5:1 до 5:1; и второй компонент содержит: (г) водорастворимый силикат; и (д) воду при массовом соотношении количества воды к количеству твердого силиката от 1,5:1 до 25:1. Цементирующий состав имеет высокую начальную прочность. Данная композиция пригодна для использования в мягких опорах, которые применяют в шахтах, так как она быстро твердеет и сохраняет пластичность, позволяющую ей деформироваться при нагрузке.
