Abstract

A method for producing a sponge half-finished product includes producing a sponge by raw material preparation: yolks are separated from whites, sugar, flour and cocoa powder are bolted. Dough is prepared, formed, baked. Dough is poured into round pans. Additionally zostera powder, pumpkin seed oil cake (or amaranth seed, or wheat germs), phospholipid concentrate are introduced at the stage of dough preparation.
