Арилалкилтіадіазинони формули (I) де R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 і Q мають значення, визначене в п.1, а також їх фізіологічно прийнятні солі проявляють інгібуючу дію у відношенні фосфодіестерази-IV і можуть застосовуватися для лікування запальних процесів, алергійних, аутоіммунних і астматичних захворювань.
