Abstract
Запропонований титановий виливок, який виготовлений з титанового сплаву, причому титановий виливок підданий повторному плавленню електронним пучком або повторному плавленню полум'яною дугою, що містить: розплавлений і повторно отверджуваний шар у діапазоні 1 мм або більше в глибину у поверхні, що служить як поверхня, що піддається прокатуванню, причому розплавлений і повторно отверджуваний шар одержується додаванням одного або декількох (-стабілізуючих елементів на поверхню і розплавленням і повторним отверджуванням поверхні. Середнє значення концентрації (-стабілізуючого елемента в ділянці у границях 1 мм у глибину є більш високим, ніж у базовому матеріалі, на величину, що дорівнює або більша ніж 0,08 мас. % і дорівнює або менша ніж 1,50 мас. %. Як матеріал, що містить (-стабілізуючий елемент, використовується порошок, стружка, дріт або фольга. Як засіб розплавлення поверхневого шару застосовують нагрівання електронним пучком і нагрівання плазмовою дугою.
