Abstract

Предложена титановая отливка, изготовленная из титанового сплава, причем титановая отливка подвергнута повторному плавлению электронным пучком или повторному плавлению пламенной дугой, включающая расплавленный и повторно отвержденный слой в диапазоне 1 мм или более в глубину у поверхности, служащей в качестве подвергаемой прокатке поверхности, причем расплавленный и повторно отвержденный слой получается добавлением одного или нескольких β-стабилизирующих элементов на поверхность и расплавлением и повторным отверждением поверхности. Среднее значение концентрации β-стабилизирующего элемента в области в пределах 1 мм в глубину является более высоким, чем в базовом материале, на величину, равную или большую чем 0,08 мас.% и равную или меньшую чем 1,50 мас.%. В качестве материала, содержащего β-стабилизирующий элемент, используется порошок, стружка, проволока или фольга. В качестве средства расплавления поверхностного слоя применяют нагрев электронным пучком и нагрев плазменной дугой.
