Abstract

Даний винахід належить до похідних етинілу формули І, IдеRозначає водень або галоген;Rозначає С-алкіл або -(СН)-О-СН;n дорівнює 2 або 3;m дорівнює 1 або 2;або до їх фармацевтично прийнятних кислотно-адитивних солей, рацемічних сумішей або відповідних енантіомерів та/або оптичних ізомерів, та/або стереоізомерів.Виявлено, що сполуки загальної формули І є алостеричними модуляторами підтипу 5 метаботропного глутаматного рецептора (mGluR5) з покращеними властивостями для лікування шизофренії, когнітивних розладів, синдрому фрагільної Х-хромосоми або аутизму.
