本創作係有關於一種洛神葉沖泡式花茶包,其係指將洛神葉組合花茶而成的茶包,該茶包係由一片狀乾燥洛神葉、一片狀乾燥馬鞭草、一片狀乾燥甜菊葉及方形茶包袋所組成,該片狀洛神葉係以曬乾乾燥製造後,將洛神植物葉片製成茶葉狀態,以洛神葉15公克與馬鞭葉15公克、甜菊葉5公克共三種植物葉片加以混和裝入茶包袋成為沖泡式茶包,其中,該洛神葉係採集新鮮洛神植物之葉片,收集葉片洗乾淨後先以日照方式曬乾水分,再以揉搓葉片使發出洛神花香氣後,在次日曬乾燥,使成為乾燥洛神茶葉狀再依前述比例加入馬鞭葉、甜菊葉,將三種口味之葉片絞碎混和後裝入茶包袋組合而成。

本新型係有關於一種洛神葉沖泡式花茶包,其係採集新鮮洛神植物之葉片,收集葉片經洗淨後再日照將其,再揉搓葉片令其產生洛神香氣後,在次日曬乾燥,使成為乾燥洛神茶葉狀,並依比例搭配馬鞭草及甜菊葉而成的茶包。
按,花草茶、水果茶、青草茶、黑豆茶…等植物茶飲,為現今普遍常見的飲品,其中,花草茶包括:玫瑰茶、菊花茶、洛神花茶…等,係採用花卉之可食用的部位,將其經清洗後乾燥,即能藉由熱水將其沖泡或悶煮後飲用,而洛神花則是取用其果實萼片,惟,滋味酸澀,並不適合直接生食,因此通常在採摘後曬乾泡製成花茶,或加入冰糖製成蜜餞、熬煮成果醬後食用,亦能將洛神花入菜或製成餅乾…等具洛神花風味的食物。
經查,洛神花富含花青素、果膠、果酸…等,且味道天然芳香、微酸並具有豐富的維生素C、β-胡蘿蔔素、維他命B1、B2…等營養素,而能促進新陳代謝、緩解身體疲倦、開胃消滯、清涼降火、生津止渴的功效,可幫助治療心臟病、高血壓、調節血脂及降低血液濃度…等,將其沖泡茶飲用,實具有保健功效,但洛神花的微酸及發酵之特性,僅用熱水沖泡並無法將其釋放出來,實在相當可借,因此,市面上常見在洛神花茶內添加酸梅,藉以輔助洛神花茶之提味效果。
創作人係專門研究花卉植物之栽種,其所有之自然生態農場種植大量的洛神花、薄荷葉、甜菊葉、馬鞭葉、桂花、洋甘菊…等可食用之植物,經多年對洛神花的研究,而研發出洛神花茶包的製程,特別在洗淨乾燥後進行手工揉搓,使洛神花經磨擦破裂後,可釋放出其酵素,並經1日發酵後,能大大提升洛神花的風味。
本創作係有關於一種洛神葉沖泡式花茶包,其係將洛神葉組合各花茶而成的茶包,該茶包係由一片狀乾燥洛神葉、一片狀乾燥馬鞭草、一片狀乾燥甜菊葉及方形茶包袋所組成,該片狀乾燥洛神葉係將洛神葉以
曬乾乾燥製造後,再將其製成茶葉狀態,本實施例係以15公克乾燥洛神葉、15公克乾燥馬鞭草及5公克乾燥甜菊葉加以混和裝入方形茶包袋成為沖泡式茶包。
其中,該片狀洛神葉係採集新鮮洛神植物之葉片,收集葉片洗乾淨後先以日照方式曬乾水分,再以揉搓葉片使其散發出洛神香氣後,在次日曬乾燥,使其成為乾燥洛神茶葉,再依乾燥洛神茶葉:乾燥馬鞭葉:乾燥甜菊葉之比例為3:3:1進行葉片絞碎混和,再將混和後之茶葉裝入方形茶包袋而成。
此外,為增添花草茶之風味、香氣、機能性及豐富性,亦能在該方形茶包袋a內加入可食用之花卉,例如:薄荷葉、桂花、洋甘菊、薰衣草、檸檬香茅草、紫羅蘭花、香蘭草、菊花、玫瑰花、茉莉花、迷迭葉、艾草葉、金盞花、金銀花及奧勒岡葉中以上其一或其組合,相信更能增加消費者之選擇性。
創作人為推廣台灣有機種植,並以自有品牌出發,不斷研究改良台灣花草茶的栽種及製程,實為了能將洛神花茶之果效及味道保存,以提升該產業之價值性,故本創作雖為產品上的簡單改良,卻從未見於任何刊物及發表,實為理想的新創作。

首先,請參閱第1圖所示,係本創作茶包之示意圖,本創作之洛神葉沖泡式花茶包,其係指將洛神葉組合花茶而成的茶包,該茶包係由一片狀乾燥洛神葉1、一片狀乾燥馬鞭草2、一片狀乾燥甜菊葉3及方形茶包袋a所組成,該片狀洛神葉係以曬乾乾燥製造後,將洛神植物葉片製成茶葉,再以15公克片狀乾燥洛神葉1、15公克片狀乾燥馬鞭葉2及5公克片狀乾燥甜菊葉3加以混和裝入方形茶包袋a成為沖泡式茶包。

綜上所述,本創作人之主要改良在於將曬乾脫水的洛神葉進行揉搓,並將揉搓後的洛神葉在次日曬乾燥而成乾燥洛神葉,使洛神葉經磨擦破裂後,可釋放出其酵素,並經1日發酵後,可大為提升洛神花的風味,且市面上並無未有將洛神葉進行揉搓之製程,故本創作實具有其進步性,當符合新型專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。
