Description
本新型係關於一種配置於熱軋工廠的夾送輥、及助捲輥。
第4圖係用以表示熱軋工廠的捲取設備之軋輥構造的圖。
熱軋工廠的捲取設備係具備:複數個盤捲器3,其用以捲取經由精軋機所軋製而成的標準尺寸之400~900℃的高溫鋼板10;以及上、下夾送輥1、2,其位在各盤捲器3的前段。上述複數個盤捲器3及上、下夾送輥1、2係設置在同一個軋製線上。
上、下夾送輥1、2,係使從精軋機被搬運來的鋼板10朝斜下方的盤捲器3側轉換方向而被該盤捲器3捲取、或者是直接朝水平方向進行搬運而被下游側的盤捲器3捲取。上、下夾送輥1、2具有:賦予鋼板10朝後方的張力以使得盤捲器3能夠安定地捲取鋼板10之機能。
盤捲器3具備:用以捲取鋼板10的心軸4、
以及配置在心軸4的周圍並且將鋼板10朝心軸4按壓的複數個助捲輥5。助捲輥5具備:與鋼板10相接觸的主體部、以及和主體部呈一體的軸部。
雖然上夾送輥1、下夾送輥2及助捲輥5,在習知技術中,藉由表面硬化材料對軋輥表面進行堆焊,但由於磨耗量很大所以藉由將輥頂厚度增大來強化夾緊力。

在軋輥表面(最外層)並非以表面硬化層而是以熱噴塗膜形成的情況下,由於熱噴塗膜其耐磨損性優於熱噴塗硬化層,所以當將輥頂厚度作成與表面硬化處理的情況相同時,會因為長時間施加較大之表面局部壓力而產生熱噴塗膜的劣化所造成之表面粗糙的問題。
在此,本新型的目的係用以減輕施加於夾送輥、助捲輥等的熱軋工廠之軋輥的表面局部壓力。
本新型的夾送輥係設置於熱軋工廠之夾送輥,其特徵為:(1)具有頂部厚度在3mm以下的軋輥主體
部、及作為形成在前述軋輥主體部表面的噴塗膜且位在最外層的熱噴塗層。
(2)如(1)所載之夾送輥,其特徵為:前述軋輥主體部的主體部表面形成有表面硬化處理層,並且前述熱噴塗層係形成在前述表面硬化處理層上。
本新型的助捲輥係設置於熱軋工廠之助捲輥,其特徵為:(3)具有頂部厚度在3mm以下的軋輥主體部、及作為形成在前述軋輥主體部表面的噴塗膜且位在最外層的熱噴塗層。
如(3)所載之助捲輥,其特徵為:前述軋輥主體部的主體部表面形成有表面硬化處理層,並且前述熱噴塗層形成在前述表面硬化處理層上。

以下,參照圖式來說明關於本新型的實施方式。第1圖係,助捲輥100的概略剖面圖。2點虛線係用
以表示助捲輥100的中心軸。助捲輥100,係配置複數個在用以捲取鋼板的心軸(參照第4圖的心軸4)之周圍,並且用以將鋼板按壓於心軸的構造。助捲輥100具備:主體部6及軸部7。
主體部6係與鋼板接觸並且將鋼板按壓於心軸。主體部6係由機械構造用碳鋼(SC)所組成,形成為圓柱狀且實心。主體部6的表面係形成為從中心軸方向端部側朝中心軸方向中心側隆起成圓弧狀的冠頂狀。主體部6的輥頂厚度S1係設定成在3mm以下。在此,輥頂厚度S1係指:主體部6中的最大半徑R1與最小半徑R2的差量,亦即是指內徑差,而最大半徑R1係指在主體部6的中心軸方向的中心部之內徑,最小半徑R2則是在主體部6的中心軸方向的端部之內徑。亦即,本實施方式的輥頂厚度S1係設定成相較於在軋輥表面僅以表面硬化材料進行堆焊的習知技術之軋輥更小。
第2圖係主體部6表面的一部分之擴大圖。主體部6表面形成有:由表面硬化層64及熱噴塗層65所組成的噴塗膜層。表面硬化層64係藉由將堆焊材料予以表面硬化處理於主體部6表面而構成。堆焊材料係能夠使用含有用以將組織變態成麻田散鐵相的較高含量之Cr、Mo、V等的材料。
熱噴塗層65係藉由將熱噴塗材料熱噴塗於表面硬化層64上再進行熔合處理而形成。熱噴塗材料係例如能夠使用對Ni基合金、Ni-Cr基合金、或Co基合金添
加1%~數%程度的B與Si之材料。藉由進行熔合處理,能夠使表面硬化層64的密接力較高而形成緊密且耐蝕性優異的熱噴塗膜。
依據上述構造,由於主體部6的最外層形成有熱噴塗層65,所以比起主體部6表面僅以表面硬化層構成的情況,更能夠減少鋼板通過時所造成之磨耗量。亦即,由於能夠長時間地維持會影響對鋼板的夾緊力之主體部6表面的形狀,所以能夠良好地維持捲取形狀。
另外,由於將輥頂厚度S1限制在3mm以下,所以在鋼板通過時施加於熱噴塗層65的負荷會被分散,而能夠防止熱噴塗層65產生表面粗糙之情事。
上述實施方式中,雖然是以將助捲輥100的輥頂厚度S1限制在3mm以下的情況進行說明,但本新型並不限定於此,也能夠適用於夾送輥。亦即,本新型也能夠適用於上夾送輥、及下夾送輥,其係使從精軋機被搬運來的鋼板朝盤捲器側轉換方向而被盤捲器捲取。不重覆說明關於上述上夾送輥及下夾送輥。
上述實施方式中,雖然是以助捲輥100的主體部6表面形成為圓弧狀的情況來進行說明,但本新型並不限定於此。第3圖係對應於第1圖,並且是變形例2的助捲輥

Claims (4)
- 一種設置於熱軋工廠之夾送輥,其特徵為:具有:頂部厚度在3mm以下的軋輥主體部、及作為形成在前述軋輥主體部表面的噴塗膜且位在最外層的熱噴塗層。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之夾送輥,其中前述軋輥主體部的主體部表面形成有表面硬化處理層,並且前述熱噴塗層係形成在前述表面硬化處理層上。
- 一種設置於熱軋工廠之助捲輥,其特徵為:具有:頂部厚度在3mm以下的軋輥主體部、及作為形成在前述軋輥主體部表面的噴塗膜且位在最外層的熱噴塗層。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之助捲輥,其中前述軋輥主體部的主體部表面形成有表面硬化處理層,並且前述熱噴塗層係形成在前述表面硬化處理層上。
