本發明的線性導件,係將具備滾珠循環路(36a)的回流蓋(26)安裝於滑塊(18),由多孔質的彈性體構成並將滑接於主體(12)之導軌(14)的潤滑劑保持器(42)支撐於回流蓋,潤滑劑保持器在內側具備填充有潤滑劑的潤滑劑儲存空間(44)。

Description

線性導件
本說明是關於保有供應導軌之潤滑劑的線性導件。
自以往,透過滾珠等的滾動體將致動器所驅動的滑塊支撐於主體的線性導件已為人知。例如,日本專利特開2001-041305號公報中,記載有使得複數個滾珠滾動、循環於馬達驅動的滑塊與基台之間的致動器。
又,在如以上的線性導件中,具備朝著成為滾動體之滾動面的導軌供應潤滑劑的構造也為人所知。例如,日本專利特開2001-041305號公報的致動器具備構成複數個滾珠之循環路徑的一部分的滾珠回流構件。將收容有含潤滑油聚合物構件的潤滑油供應單元安裝於該滾珠回流構件。

但是,含浸於含潤滑劑構件的潤滑劑的量有所限度。習知的線性導件在所有含浸於含潤滑劑構件的潤滑劑耗盡時,對於導軌之潤滑劑的供應會停止,因此有更換含潤滑劑構件等進行維修的必要。
本發明是以解決上述課題為目的。
本發明相關的線性導件是具有在主體的導軌與滑塊的導軌之間配置有複數個滾珠,將具備滾珠循環路的回流蓋安裝於滑塊的構成。由多孔質的彈性體構成並將滑接於主體的導軌的潤滑劑保持器支撐於回流蓋,潤滑劑保持器在內側具備填充有潤滑劑的潤滑劑儲存空間。
根據上述的線性導件,在每消耗含浸於潤滑劑保持器的潤滑劑時,藉填充於潤滑劑儲存空間的潤滑劑,將潤滑劑補充至潤滑劑保持器。因此,可長期間對主體的導軌供應潤滑劑。
本發明相關的線性導件的潤滑劑保持器在內側具備填充有潤滑劑的潤滑劑儲存空間。可長期間維持著充分潤滑劑含浸於潤滑劑保持器的狀態,可對主體的導軌持續地供應潤滑劑。
上述的目的、特徵及優點是可參閱添附的圖面從說明之以下的實施形態的說明得以容易理解。

以下的說明中,使用上下左右的方向相關的用語時,為方便起見,以圖1的朝向進行說明,並非限定各構件之實際的配置等。
(第1實施形態)
針對本發明的第1實施形態相關的線性導件10,一邊參閱圖1~圖6一邊說明。線性導件10具備:安裝有汽缸、 電動馬達等的驅動源(未圖示)的主體12,及可藉著該驅動源往返直線運動的滑塊18。
如圖1~圖3表示,滑塊18是由長方體型的滑塊本體部20;與滑塊本體部20一體形成的台部22;及一對回流蓋26所構成。回流蓋26是安裝於滑塊本體部20的長方向(A方向)兩端。可在台部22載放工件。在滑塊本體部20的兩側面,安裝有朝滑塊本體部20的長方向延伸的滑塊導軌24。滑塊本體部20具有貫穿長方向的孔部20a。相對於此孔部20a連結有驅動滑塊18用的滾珠螺桿等的驅動構件(未圖示)。
各滑塊導軌24具備上下排列的一對滾送面24a。滾珠48可在滾送面24a滾動。滑塊本體部20在與此滾送面24a對應的位置,在內部具備有直線型的軌道的滾珠循環路20b。亦即,滑塊本體部20在上下方向具有共計4個直線型的滾珠循環路20b。
主體12是具有向上方開啟的U字型的剖面的構件,具有底壁部12a及一對側壁部12b。在各側壁部12b的內側面,安裝有朝主體12的長方向(A方向)延伸的主體導軌14。主體導軌14是跨其全長,具備朝著滑塊導軌24突出的凸部14a。在此凸部14a的上側及下側,形成有滾珠48可滾動的滾送面14b。該滾送面14b是與滑塊導軌24的滾送面24a相對。並且,在主體12的各側壁部12b,安裝有包覆滑塊本體部20之側面的側蓋16。
回流蓋26是由平板狀的下板部28;具有向下 方彎曲的彎曲面30a的上板部30;及將上板部30連結於下板部28的一對連結壁部32所構成。上板部30的彎曲面30a是形成與滑塊本體部20的孔部20a整合的形狀。並且,一對回流蓋26具有彼此相同的構造。
如圖4及圖5表示,連結壁32具有第1壁部34、第2壁部36及第3壁部38。第1壁部34是與滑塊本體部20的長方向平行地延伸。第2壁部36是從第1壁部34的端部朝著回流蓋26的寬方向(B方向)延伸。第3壁部38是從第2壁部36的端部回折與第1壁部34平行地延伸。如圖3表示,下板部28在被該等第1壁部34、第2壁部36及第3壁部38圍繞的區域,具有經過階段部28b的階差面28c。
連結壁部32的第2壁部36具備滾珠循環路36a。滾珠循環路36a的一端是與滑塊本體部20的滾珠循環路20b連結。滾珠循環路36a的另一端是與滑塊倒軌24的端部相對。此滾珠循環路36a具有半圓形的軌道。亦即,第2壁部36具備上下左右共計4個半圓形的滾珠循環路36a。
下板部28具有在軸向(B方向)兩端部朝斜向上方彎折的彎折部28a。上板部30具有在寬方向兩端部彎折成山型的彎折部30b。上板部30的各彎折部30b的端部是隔著預定的間隙與下板部28的各彎折部28a的端部相對。藉此,在回流蓋26的兩側面形成開口部40。
回流蓋26是藉一對安裝螺栓52安裝於滑塊本體部20。具體而言,在回流蓋26的外側配置有推壓板50。將一對安裝螺栓52插穿於推壓板50的螺栓插穿孔50a及回 流蓋26的第1壁部34的螺栓插穿孔34a,螺合於滑塊本體部20的螺栓安裝孔20c(參閱圖3)。
在各主體導軌14與各滑塊導軌24之間,呈上下2列排列地配置有複數個滾珠48。複數個滾珠48伴隨著滑塊18的移動,在主體導軌14的滾送面14b及滑塊導軌24的滾送面24a滾動。並且,複數個滾珠48在滑塊本體部20的滾珠循環路20b內及一對回流蓋26的滾珠循環路36a內移動。
如圖3及圖6表示,在回流蓋26的下板部28的各彎折部28a與上板部30的各彎折部30b之間,配置有多角柱形的潤滑劑保持器42。潤滑劑保持器42是由含浸油脂等之潤滑劑的多孔質的彈性體所構成。
潤滑劑保持器42的內側面42a抵接於第1壁部34的側面。潤滑劑保持器42的軸向一端面(A1方向端面)抵接於形成在推壓板50的端部的耳部50b。潤滑劑保持器42的軸向另一端面(A2方向端面)抵接於下板部28的階段部28b及第3壁部38的端部。亦即,潤滑劑保持器42是藉著下板部28、上板部30、連結壁部32及推壓板50定位並支撐。
潤滑劑保持器42具備圓形剖面的潤滑劑儲存孔(潤滑劑儲存空間)44。潤滑劑儲存孔44軸向貫穿潤滑劑保持器42。又,潤滑劑保持器42具備與潤滑劑儲存孔44以其母線連結所形成的開縫46。開縫46是朝水平方向呈面狀擴開。在潤滑劑儲存孔44填充油脂等的潤滑劑(潤滑油)。開縫46是在潤滑劑保持器42的外側面42b及軸向兩端面開 口。
潤滑劑保持器42的外側面42b是從回流蓋26的開口部40朝向主體導軌14突出。主體導軌14的凸部14a是將潤滑劑保持器42的開縫46推壓擴開使潤滑劑保持器42彈性變形,從潤滑劑保持器42的外側面42b插入開縫46內。並且,潤滑劑儲存孔44的軸向一端側(A1方向端部)是被推壓板50所封閉。
潤滑劑保持器42是在包括開縫46的外側面42b,滑接於主體導軌14。伴隨滑塊18的移動,潤滑劑保持器42是以主體導軌14的滾送面14b的長方向各處接觸,將含浸於潤滑劑保持器42的潤滑劑均勻地供應主體導軌14的滾送面14b。由於在潤滑劑儲存孔44填充有預定量的潤滑劑,因此可長期間對潤滑劑保持器42維持著含浸有一定的潤滑劑的狀態。
又,對主體導軌14有供應過剩潤滑劑的場合,伴隨著滑塊18移動,潤滑劑保持器42吸取該潤滑劑。因此,潤滑劑不致漏出至線性導件10的外部。並且,塵埃等的異物附著於主體導軌14的場合,伴隨滑塊18的移動,潤滑劑保持器42將該異物引導至線性導件10的外部。藉此,可除去異物。
根據本實施形態相關的線性導件10,潤滑劑保持器42在內側具備填充有潤滑劑的潤滑劑儲存孔44。因此,在潤滑劑保持器42可長期間維持含浸有充分潤滑劑的狀態,可對主體12的導軌14持續地供應潤滑劑。
本實施形態中,主體導軌14的凸部14a是一邊使潤滑劑保持器42彈性變形一邊插入潤滑劑保持器42的開縫46。取代此,也可在潤滑劑保持器42的自然狀態下,將接受主體導軌14的凸部14a的凹部形成於潤滑劑保持器42。前者的場合,具有潤滑劑保持器42的製造簡單的優點,後者的場合具有滑塊18之滑動阻力小的優點。
(第2實施形態)
接著,針對本發明的第2實施形態相關的線性導件60,一邊參閱圖7及圖8一邊說明。第2實施形態相關的線性導件60在潤滑劑保持器62的構造與第1實施形態的潤滑劑保持器42不同。並且,在與第1實施形態的線性導件10相同的構造賦予相同的參閱符號,並省略詳細說明。
潤滑劑保持器62是由含浸有油脂等的潤滑劑之多孔質的彈性體所構成,成形為一樣厚度的薄膜筒狀。潤滑劑保持器62的一方的側面具備朝水平方向延伸的開縫狀的缺口64。潤滑劑保持器62的另一方的側面具備朝水平方向延伸的兩個山部66與形成在其間的谷部68。潤滑劑保持器62在內部具備潤滑劑儲存空間70,並在潤滑劑儲存空間70填充有油脂等的潤滑劑(潤滑油)。
潤滑劑保持器62是配置在回流蓋26的下板部28的彎折部28a與上板部30的彎折部30b之間。潤滑劑保持器62的一方的側面是抵接於回流蓋26的第1壁部34的側面。潤滑劑保持器62的開口端部的一方(A1方向端部)是抵 接於推壓板50的耳部50b。潤滑劑保持器62的開口端部的另一方(A2方向端部)是抵接於回流蓋26的下板部28的階段部28b及第3壁部38的端部。亦即,潤滑劑保持器62是藉著下板部28、上板部30、連結壁部32及推壓板50定位並支撐。
潤滑劑保持器62的兩個山部66是從回流蓋26的開口部40朝向主體導軌14突出。將主體導軌14的凸部14a插入潤滑劑保持器62的谷部68。並且,潤滑劑儲存空間70的A1方向端部是被推壓板50所封閉。
潤滑劑保持器62是在兩個山部66,滑接於主體導軌14的滾送面14b。伴隨滑塊18的移動,潤滑劑保持器62是以主體導軌14的滾送面14b的長方向各處接觸,將含浸於潤滑劑保持器62的潤滑劑均勻地供應主體導軌14的滾送面14b。由於在潤滑劑儲存空間70填充有預定量的潤滑劑,因此可長期間對潤滑劑保持器62維持著含浸有一定的潤滑劑的狀態。
根據本實施形態相關的線性導件60,潤滑劑保持器62在內部具備填充有潤滑劑的潤滑劑儲存空間70。因此,在潤滑劑保持器62可長期間維持含浸有充分潤滑劑的狀態,可對主體12的導軌14持續地供應潤滑劑。並且,潤滑劑保持器62是成形為薄膜筒狀,因而可以使設置在其內側的潤滑劑儲存空間70的體積盡可能地大,並盡可能地增多潤滑劑的填充量。
本發明不限於上述的實施形態,在不脫離本 發明的要旨,採取種種的構成。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種線性導件(10),在主體(12)的導軌(14)與滑塊(18)的導軌(24)之間配置有複數個滾珠(48),將具備滾珠循環路(36a)的回流蓋(26)安裝於滑塊,將由多孔質的彈性體所構成並滑接於主體的上述導軌的潤滑劑保持器(42、62)支撐於上述回流蓋,潤滑劑保持器在內側具備填充有潤滑劑的潤滑劑儲存空間(44、70)。
  2. 如請求項1記載的線性導件,其中,上述潤滑劑保持器為多角柱型,上述潤滑劑儲存空間是貫穿上述潤滑劑保持器的軸向具有圓形的剖面的潤滑劑儲存孔所構成。
  3. 如請求項2記載的線性導件,其中,上述潤滑劑保持器的外側面(42b)是從設置在上述回流蓋的開口部(40)向上述主體的上述導軌突出。
  4. 如請求項3記載的線性導件,其中,上述潤滑劑保持器具備與上述潤滑劑儲存孔以其母線連結所形成的開縫(46),將上述主體的上述導軌具備的凸部(14a)插入上述開縫內。
  5. 如請求項1記載的線性導件,其中,上述潤滑劑保持器是成形為薄膜筒狀的構件。
  6. 如請求項5記載的線性導件,其中,上述潤滑劑保持器的側面具備兩個山部(66)與形成於其間的谷部(68),上述兩個山部是從設置在上述回流蓋的開口部向上述主體的上述導軌突出。
  7. 如請求項6記載的線性導件,其中,將上述主體的上述導軌具備的凸部插入上述谷部。
