技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有向导轨供给的润滑剂的线性引导件。
背景技术
以往,已知将由致动器驱动的滑块经由滚珠等滚动体而支承于主体的线性引导件。例如,日本特开2001-041305号公报记载了使多个滚珠在由电机驱动的滑块与基台之间滚动、循环的致动器。
另外,在这样的线性引导件中,还已知具备向构成滚动体的滚动面的导轨供给润滑剂的构造的结构。例如,日本特开2001-041305号公报中的致动器具备构成多个滚珠的循环路径的一部分的滚珠返回部件。收容了含润滑油聚合物部件的润滑油供给单元安装于该滚珠返回部件。
然而,浸渍于含润滑剂部件的润滑剂的量是有限的。由于以往的线性引导件在浸渍于含润滑剂部件的润滑剂被消耗完时,停止对于导轨的润滑剂的供给,因此需要进行更换含润滑剂部件等维护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述的技术问题。
本发明的线性引导件具有在主体的导轨与滑块的导轨之间配置有多个滚珠,具备滚珠循环路的返回罩安装于滑块的结构。由多孔质的弹性体构成且与主体的导轨滑动接触的润滑剂保持器支承于返回罩,并且润滑剂保持器在内侧具备填充有润滑剂的润滑剂贮存空间。
根据上述线性引导件,每当浸渍于润滑剂保持器的润滑剂被消耗时,通过被填充于润滑剂贮存空间的润滑剂对润滑剂保持器补充润滑剂。因此,能够长时间地向主体的导轨供给润滑剂。
由于本发明的线性引导件的润滑剂保持器在内侧具备填充了润滑剂的润滑剂贮存空间,因此润滑剂保持器被充分的润滑剂浸渍的状态长时间地被维持,从而能够向主体的导轨持续供给润滑剂。

在以下的说明中,当使用关于上下左右的方向的词时,为了方便是指图1中的方向,并不限定各部件的实际的配置等。
(第一实施方式)
参照图1~图6对本发明的第一实施方式的线性引导件10进行说明。线性引导件10具备安装有气缸、电动机等驱动源(未图示)的主体12和通过该驱动源进行往复直线运动的滑块18。
如图1~图3所示,滑块18由长方体状的滑块主体部20、与滑块主体部20一体地形成的台部22以及一对返回罩26构成。返回罩26安装于滑块主体部20的长度方向(A方向)两端。在台部22能够载置工件。在滑块主体部20的两侧面安装有在滑块主体部20的长度方向上延伸的滑块导轨24。滑块主体部20具有在长度方向上贯通的孔部20a。该孔部20a与用于驱动滑块18的滚珠丝杠等驱动部件(未图示)连结。
各滑块导轨24具备上下并排的一对传递面24a。滚珠48能够在传递面24a滚动。滑块主体部20在与该传递面24a对应的位置在内部具有滚珠循环路20b,该滚珠循环路20b具有直线状的轨道。即,滑块主体部20在上下左右具有共计四个直线状的滚珠循环路20b。
主体12是具有在上方开口的U字形的剖面的部件,具有底壁部12a和一对侧壁部12b。在各侧壁部12b的内侧面安装有在主体12的长度方向(A方向)上延伸的主体导轨14。主体导轨14具备遍及其全长且朝向滑块导轨24突出的凸部14a。在该凸部14a的上侧和下侧形成有能够供滚珠48进行滚动的传递面14b。该传递面14b与滑块导轨24的传递面24a相对。此外,在主体12的各侧壁部12b安装有覆盖滑块主体部20的侧面的侧罩16。
返回罩26由平板状的下板部28、具有向下方弯曲的弯曲面30a的上板部30以及将上板部30连结于下板部28的一对连结壁部32构成。上板部30的弯曲面30a是与滑块主体部20的孔部20a匹配的形状。此外,一对返回罩26具有彼此相同的构造。
如图4及图5所示,连结壁部32具有第一壁部34、第二壁部36以及第三壁部38。第一壁部34与滑块主体部20的长度方向平行地延伸。第二壁部36从第一壁部34的端部向返回罩26的宽度方向(B方向)延伸。第三壁部38从第二壁部36的端部折返并与第一壁部34平行地延伸。如图3所示,下板部28在由这些第一壁部34、第二壁部36以及第三壁部38围成的区域中,具有经过台阶部28b的台阶面28c。
连结壁部32的第二壁部36具备滚珠循环路36a。滚珠循环路36a的一端与滑块主体部20的滚珠循环路20b连接。滚珠循环路36a的另一端与滑块导轨24的端部相对。该滚珠循环路36a具有半圆形的轨道。即,第二壁部36在上下左右具有共计四个半圆状的滚珠循环路36a。
下板部28具有在宽度方向(B方向)两端部向斜上方折曲的折曲部28a。上板部30具有在宽度方向两端部折曲成山形的折曲部30b。上板部30的各折曲部30b的端部隔着规定的间隙与下板部28的各折曲部28a的端部相对。由此,在返回罩26的两侧面形成有开口部40。
返回罩26通过一对安装螺栓52而安装于滑块主体部20。具体而言,在返回罩26的外侧配置有压板50。一对安装螺栓52插通于压板50的螺栓插通孔50a和返回罩26的第一壁部34的螺栓插通孔34a而与滑块主体部20的螺栓安装孔20c螺合(参照图3)。
在各主体导轨14与各滑块导轨24之间,多个滚珠48上下两列地并排配置。多个滚珠48随着滑块18的移动而在主体导轨14的传递面14b和滑块导轨24的传递面24a滚动。另外,多个滚珠48在滑块主体部20的滚珠循环路20b内和一对返回罩26的滚珠循环路36a内移动。
如图3及图6所示,在返回罩26的下板部28的各折曲部28a与上板部30的各折曲部30b之间配置有多棱柱状的润滑剂保持器42。润滑剂保持器42由浸渍了润滑脂等润滑剂的多孔质的弹性体构成。
润滑剂保持器42的内侧面42a与第一壁部34的侧面抵接。润滑剂保持器42的轴向一端面(A1方向端面)与形成于压板50的端部的耳部50b抵接。润滑剂保持器42的轴向另一端面(A2方向端面)与下板部28的台阶部28b及第三壁部38的端部抵接。即,润滑剂保持器42由下板部28、上板部30、连结壁部32以及压板50定位并支承。
润滑剂保持器42具备圆形剖面的润滑剂贮存孔(润滑剂贮存空间)44。润滑剂贮存孔44在轴向上贯通润滑剂保持器42。另外,润滑剂保持器42具备狭缝46,该狭缝46形成为通过其母线与润滑剂贮存孔44相连。狭缝46在水平方向上面状地扩展。在润滑剂贮存孔44填充有润滑脂等润滑剂(润滑油)。狭缝46在润滑剂保持器42的外侧面42b和轴向两端面开口。
润滑剂保持器42的外侧面42b从返回罩26的开口部40朝向主体导轨14突出。主体导轨14的凸部14a以推开润滑剂保持器42的狭缝46的方式使润滑剂保持器42弹性变形,并且从润滑剂保持器42的外侧面42b插入狭缝46内。此外,润滑剂贮存孔44的轴向一端侧(A1方向端部)由压板50封闭。
润滑剂保持器42在包含狭缝46的外侧面42b处与主体导轨14滑动接触。伴随着滑块18的移动,润滑剂保持器42与主体导轨14的传递面14b的长度方向各部位接触,浸渍于润滑剂保持器42的润滑剂向主体导轨14的传递面14b均匀地供给。由于在润滑剂贮存孔44填充有规定量的润滑剂,因此长时间地维持一定的润滑剂被浸渍于润滑剂保持器42的状态。
另外,在向主体导轨14供给过量的润滑剂的情况下,伴随着滑块18的移动,润滑剂保持器42吸取该润滑剂。因此,润滑剂不会向线性引导件10的外部漏出。而且,在灰尘等异物附着于主体导轨14的情况下,伴随着滑块18的移动,润滑剂保持器42将该异物引导至线性引导件10的外部。由此,能够去除异物。
根据本实施方式的线性引导件10,润滑剂保持器42在内侧具备填充有润滑剂的润滑剂贮存孔44。因此,能够长时间地维持充分的润滑剂浸渍于润滑剂保持器42的状态,并且能够向主体12的导轨14持续供给润滑剂。
在本实施方式中,主体导轨14的凸部14a一边使润滑剂保持器42弹性变形,一边被插入润滑剂保持器42的狭缝46。代替于此,也可以是在润滑剂保持器42形成在润滑剂保持器42的自然状态下收容主体导轨14的凸部14a的凹部。在前者的情况下,有润滑剂保持器42的制造简单的优点,在后者的情况下,有滑块18的滑动阻力较小的优点。

润滑剂保持器62由浸渍了润滑脂等润滑剂的多孔质的弹性体构成,并且是成形为具有均匀的厚度的薄膜筒状的部件。润滑剂保持器62的一方的侧面具备在水平方向上延伸的狭缝状的切口64。润滑剂保持器62的另一方的侧面具备在水平方向上延伸的两个山部66和形成于它们之间的谷部68。润滑剂保持器62在内侧具备润滑剂贮存空间70,并且在润滑剂贮存空间70填充有润滑脂等润滑剂(润滑油)。
润滑剂保持器62配置于返回罩26的下板部28的折曲部28a与上板部30的折曲部30b之间。润滑剂保持器62的一方的侧面与返回罩26的第一壁部34的侧面抵接。润滑剂保持器62的开口端部的一方(A1方向端部)与压板50的耳部50b抵接。润滑剂保持器62的开口端部的另一方(A2方向端部)与返回罩26的下板部28的台阶部28b及第三壁部38抵接。即,润滑剂保持器62由下板部28、上板部30、连结壁部32以及压板50定位并支承。
润滑剂保持器62的两个山部66从返回罩26的开口部40朝向主体导轨14突出。主体导轨14的凸部14a插入于润滑剂保持器62的谷部68。此外,润滑剂贮存空间70的A1方向端部由压板50封闭。
润滑剂保持器62在两个山部66与主体导轨14的传递面14b滑动接触。伴随着滑块18的移动,润滑剂保持器62与主体导轨14的传递面14b的长度方向各部位接触,浸渍于润滑剂保持器62的润滑剂向主体导轨14的传递面14b均匀地供给。由于在润滑剂贮存空间70填充有规定量的润滑剂,因此长时间地维持一定的润滑剂被浸渍于润滑剂保持器62的状态。
根据本实施方式的线性引导件60,润滑剂保持器62在内侧具备填充有润滑剂的润滑剂贮存空间70。因此,能够长时间地维持充分的润滑剂浸渍于润滑剂保持器62的状态,并且能够向主体12的导轨14持续供给润滑剂。另外,由于润滑剂保持器62成形为薄膜筒状,因此能够尽可能地增大设置于该润滑剂保持器62的内侧的润滑剂贮存空间70的体积,从而能够尽可能地增加润滑剂的填充量。
本发明不限于上述的实施方式,在不脱离本发明的主旨的情况下能够采取各种各样的结构。

Claims (7)

1.一种线性引导件,在主体(12)的导轨(14)与滑块(18)的导轨(24)之间配置有多个滚珠(48),具备滚珠循环路(36a)的返回罩(26)安装于所述滑块,该线性引导件(10)的特征在于,
润滑剂保持器(42、62)支承于所述返回罩,该润滑剂保持器由多孔质的弹性体构成且与所述主体的所述导轨滑动接触,并且润滑剂保持器在内侧具备填充有润滑剂的润滑剂贮存空间(44、70)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的线性引导件,其特征在于,
所述润滑剂保持器为多棱柱状,所述润滑剂贮存空间构成为贯通所述润滑剂保持器的轴向且具有圆形的剖面的润滑剂贮存孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的线性引导件,其特征在于,
所述润滑剂保持器的外侧面(42b)从设置于所述返回罩的开口部(40)朝向所述主体的所述导轨突出。
4.根据权利要求3所述的线性引导件,其特征在于,
所述润滑剂保持器具备狭缝(46),该狭缝形成为通过其母线与所述润滑剂贮存孔相连,所述主体的所述导轨所具备的凸部(14a)插入于所述狭缝内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的线性引导件,其特征在于,
所述润滑剂保持器是成形为薄膜筒状的部件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的线性引导件,其特征在于,
所述润滑剂保持器的侧面具备两个山部(66)和形成于该两个山部之间的谷部(68),所述两个山部从设置于所述返回罩的开口部朝向所述主体的所述导轨突出。
7.根据权利要求6所述的线性引导件,其特征在于,
所述主体的所述导轨所具备的凸部插入于所述谷部。
