本發明之含橡皮芯之綁繩(11)的接合構造 (2),是使含橡皮芯之綁繩(11)的兩端部連接,或是,使2條含橡皮芯之綁繩的端部連接來以接著劑接合之含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合構造。在含橡皮芯之綁繩(11)的兩端部,或是2條含橡皮芯之綁繩的端部,藉由固化後的固化劑(25)來形成有固化部分(23),於該固化部分(23)含有多孔質粒子。本發明的固化劑(25),是附著於含橡皮芯(11)之綁繩的固化劑,其包含:含有固化作用成分的溶劑、加入至該溶劑的多孔質粒子。

Description

含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合構造、含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合用固化劑、及含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合方法
本發明,主要是關於將含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部連接接合,或是將2條含橡皮芯之綁繩的端部連接接合的接合構造。且,本發明,是關於在形成這種含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合構造之際所使用的固化劑。
將含橡皮芯之綁繩(亦稱為含橡皮芯的辮繩)的兩端部連接接合藉此成為環狀的橡皮環,是作為髮圈或裝飾品來使用。含橡皮芯之綁繩,是由1或複數條橡皮芯與覆蓋該橡皮芯的伸縮性套件所構成,伸縮性套件是將纖維絲予以編織而構成。
這種橡皮環的製造,是將形成橡皮環的含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部以固化劑(亦稱為硬化劑)黏接固化,或是,對長條之含橡皮芯之綁繩局部地黏接固化劑來固化之後切斷固化部分,藉此得到形成橡皮環之含橡皮芯之綁繩(參照專利文獻1及專利文獻2)。使形成橡皮環之含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部以固化劑來固化,藉此在該等的端部,防止或抑制伸縮性套件之端部的纖維絲起絨的情況,或是 橡皮芯的端面從伸縮性套件的端部凹陷的情況。此外,如上述般,將含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部以固化劑來固化,藉此容易連接兩端部並使用接著劑來接合,並提高兩端部的接合強度。

本發明,是使將複數條含橡皮芯之綁繩予以編織或交纏而形成的編繩或紐繩的兩端部連接,或是,各自使將複數條含橡皮芯之綁繩予以編織或交纏而形成的2條編繩或扭繩的端部連接並以接著劑來接合之含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合構造,在編繩或扭繩的兩端部,或是,在2條編繩或扭繩的端部,藉由固化後的固化劑來形成有固化部分,於該固化部分含有多孔質粒子。
本發明,是為了形成使含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部連接,或是,使2條含橡皮芯之綁繩的端部連接來以接著劑接合之含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合構造,而對前述含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部或前述2條含橡皮芯之綁繩的端部附著的固化劑,其包含:含有固化作用成分的溶劑、加入至該溶劑的多孔質粒子。多孔質粒子,可為多孔質聚合物粒子、多孔質無機粒子、碳粒子、砂礫粒子、或該等粒子之任意的混合物。固化作用成分,可為聚乙烯醇,溶劑可為水。
本發明,是製作上述含橡皮芯之綁繩之接合構造的方法,含有:在對含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部附著固化劑的步驟,或是,對長條之含橡皮芯之綁繩局部地附著 固化劑,並使該固化劑固化而形成有固化部分之後,在該固化部分切斷長條之含橡皮芯之綁繩的步驟,固化劑,包含:含有固化作用成分的溶劑、加入至該溶劑的多孔質粒子。
本發明,是製作上述含橡皮芯之綁繩之接合構造的方法,含有:在對長條的編繩或扭繩局部地附著固化劑,並使該固化劑固化而形成有固化部分之後,在該固化部分切斷長條的編繩或扭繩的步驟,固化劑,包含:含有固化作用成分的溶劑、加入至該溶劑的多孔質粒子。
根據本發明,如以下所示的試驗結果所確認般,能得到與以往技術的含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合構造相較之下接合強度較高的含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合構造。

以下,針對本發明,參照圖來進行具體的說明。圖1為表示具有本發明之含橡皮芯之綁繩之接合構造的第1橡皮環1的立體圖,圖2為將構成第1橡皮環1的含橡皮芯之綁繩11沿著長度方向切斷的剖面圖。
含橡皮芯之綁繩11,具備:以天然橡皮或合成橡皮所製作之細長的橡皮芯13、以及覆蓋橡皮芯13的伸縮性套件15。橡皮芯13的(在與長度方向正交的面來切斷的)剖面,例如為矩形或圓形,但本發明中,橡皮芯13的剖面形狀並無限定。在本實施形態,含橡皮芯之綁繩11雖具備1條橡皮芯13,但本發明中,含橡皮芯之綁繩11,亦可為將複數條含橡皮芯之綁繩以伸縮性套件15綁束而成者。
伸縮性套件15,是將可往含橡皮芯之綁繩11之長度方向伸縮的纖維絲予以編織而形成。作為形成伸縮性套件15的纖維絲,例如使用有:綿絲、聚酯絲、人造絲或聚氨酯絲。
第1橡皮環1,是具備:使含橡皮芯之綁繩11 的兩端部連接並以接著劑21(參照圖3(d))來接合的接合構造2。接合構造2,是具備形成在含橡皮芯之綁繩11之兩端部的固化部分23,使兩端部之固化部分23的端面彼此藉由接著劑21來接合。
含橡皮芯之綁繩11的固化部分23,是對含橡皮芯之綁繩11附著固化劑25(參照圖3(a))並將此固化來形成。固化劑25,包含:含有固化作用成分的溶劑、以及加入至該溶劑的多孔質粒子。作為固化作用成分,可使用:聚乙烯醇(PVA)、纖維素衍生物、多醣類、醣類、甘油衍生物、聚離胺酸、聚烯丙胺,聚亞烷基聚胺、聚烷基胺、聚乙烯亞胺等。作為溶劑,是使用水。聚乙烯醇及水,在含橡皮芯之綁繩之以往的接合構造,也是分別使用來作為固化劑的固化作用成分及溶劑。
此外,有機溶劑系洗淨劑可含於固化劑25。洗淨劑自身會氣化,而發揮出在由固化劑25所形成的固化部分23產生細孔的作用。作為有機溶劑系洗淨劑,使用有:環己酮、甲醇、甲基乙基酮、二氯丙烷、二氯甲烷、四氫呋喃、甲苯、正庚烷、丙酮等。
本發明的特徵,是在固化劑25含有多孔質粒子,而且,在含橡皮芯之綁繩11的固化部分23含有多孔質粒子。作為多孔質粒子,雖可舉出多孔質聚合物粒子、多孔質無機粒子、碳粒子、砂礫粒子、該等粒子之任意的混合物等,但只要能得到本發明之作用效果的話,可使用任意的多孔質粒子。本發明中,多孔質粒子的形狀並無限 定,多孔質粒子,例如可為球狀或絲狀,或是纖維粉末亦可。本發明中,多孔質粒子以微粒子較佳。粒子的平均粒徑,例如為50μm以下,但只要能得到本發明之作用效果的話,可使用任意大小的多孔質粒子。
可使用來作為本發明之多孔質粒子的多孔質聚合物粒子,例如有以尼龍、聚烯烴、聚酯、聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯、聚醚醚酮、聚(環氧苯)或聚(醚碸)所形成的多孔質粒子、及該等之任意的混合物。
可使用來作為本發明之多孔質粒子的多孔質無機粒子,有以二氧化矽、氧化鋁、二氧化鈦或二氧化鋯所形成的多孔質粒子、及該等之任意的混合物。
可使用來作為本發明之多孔質粒子的碳粒子,有以黑碳、白碳、竹碳、備長碳所形成的碳粒子、及該等之任意的混合物。
可使用來作為本發明之多孔質粒子的砂礫粒子,有將電氣石、沸石、花崗岩、貝殼化石、日光石、珊瑚化石、綠泥石、大谷石、麥飯石等之多孔質的自然石、火山岩或凝灰岩的塊予以分碎,經由篩分等而得到的砂礫粒子、及該等之任意的混合物。
為了將含橡皮芯之綁繩11之兩端部的端面予以接合,在本發明中可使用的接著劑21,以使用具有滲透性,且非水溶性的接著劑為佳,例如使用氰基丙烯酸酯系的接著劑。
圖3(a)至(d)為表示圖1所示之第1橡皮環1之製 造步驟之概要的說明圖。首先,如圖3(a)所示般,對長條的含橡皮芯之綁繩31,將含有多孔質粒子的固化劑25予以分開地附著。含橡皮芯之綁繩31之被附著固化劑25的部位,是以第1橡皮環1的周長程度來分離。之後,如圖3(b)所示般,固化劑25會固化,而在長條的含橡皮芯之綁繩31,分開地形成有包含多孔質粒子的固化部分33。
在長條的含橡皮芯之綁繩31形成有固化部分33之後,如圖3(c)所示般,在固化部分33切斷長條的含橡皮芯之綁繩31,藉此得到在兩端部形成有固化部分23之用來形成第1橡皮環1的含橡皮芯之綁繩11。之後,如圖3(d)所示般,在含橡皮芯之綁繩11之一方的端面塗佈接著劑21之後,連接含橡皮芯之綁繩11的兩端部。接著劑21固化後,完成第1橡皮環1。
在圖3(a)至(d)所示例的製造步驟,是對長條的含橡皮芯之綁繩31分離地附著有固化劑25,但亦可不進行該步驟,便將長條的含橡皮芯之綁繩31予以切斷,來得到用來形成第1橡皮環1的含橡皮芯之綁繩11。之後,進行對含橡皮芯之綁繩11的兩端部附著固化劑25的步驟。該步驟,例如,將含橡皮芯之綁繩11的兩端部浸泡於放在保存容器的固化劑25即可。
圖4為表示具有本發明之含橡皮芯之綁繩之接合構造5的第2橡皮環4的立體圖。第2橡皮環4,是使編織複數條含橡皮芯之綁繩41而形成的編繩43的兩端部連接並以接著劑21接合來形成。於編繩43的兩端部,形成有包含 多孔質粒子的固化部分51。各含橡皮芯之綁繩41,是與先前實施形態之第1橡皮環1的含橡皮芯之綁繩11為相同構造。
在本實施形態,是將3條含橡皮芯之綁繩41予以結辮藉此形成編繩43,但本發明中,構成編繩43的複數條含橡皮芯之綁繩41的數量與其編法並無限定。例如,編繩43,亦可以用左右編織的2條含橡皮芯之綁繩41來構成。且,亦可取代編繩43而使用將複數條含橡皮芯之綁繩41予以交纏形成的紐繩來形成第2橡皮環4。
圖5(a)至(d)為表示圖4所示之第2橡皮環4之製造步驟之概要的說明圖。首先,如圖5(a)所示般,對長條的編繩61將含有多孔質粒子的固化劑25予以分開地附著。編繩61中被附著固化劑25的部位,是以第2橡皮環4的周長程度來分離。之後,如圖5(b)所示般,固化劑25會固化,而在長條的編繩61,分開地形成有包含多孔質粒子的固化部分63。
在長條的編繩61形成有固化部分63之後,如圖5(c)所示般,在固化部分63切斷長條的編繩61,藉此得到在兩端部形成有固化部分51之用來形成第2橡皮環4的編繩43。之後,如圖5(d)所示般,在編繩43之一方的端面塗佈接著劑21之後,連接編繩43的兩端部來接合。
圖6為表示圖4所示之第2橡皮環4之替代的製造步驟之概要的說明圖。首先,如圖6(a)所示般,對長條的編繩61分開地捲繞有可破斷之帶狀的綁束構件65。作為 綁束構件65,只要是可捲貼於編繩61,且可容易破斷者即可,例如可使用市售的黏著膠帶。編繩61中捲繞有綁束構件65的部位,是分開成比第2橡皮環4的周長還要長。
之後,如圖6(b)所示般,在綁束構件65,將長條的編繩61予以破斷之後,如圖6(c)所示般,對所得到之編繩67之至少綁束構件65之殘留部的內側附著含有多孔質粒子的固化劑(未圖示)。使固化劑固化藉此形成有包含多孔質粒子的固化部分69之後,如圖6(d)所示般,在固化部分69切斷編繩67,藉此在兩端部形成有固化部分51,而得到用來形成第2橡皮環4的編繩43。之後,與參照圖5(d)所述的步驟同樣地,對編繩43之一方的固化部分51的端面塗佈接著劑21之後,連接編繩43的兩端部來接合。又,圖6(c)所示的步驟,是將編繩67的兩端部浸泡於放在保存容器的固化劑25即可。
[實施例]
為了確認本發明的效果,將具有本發明之接合構造2的圖1所示的第1橡皮環1,藉由實施上述製造步驟來製作。所製作之第1橡皮環1的周長,大致為16cm,構成第1橡皮環1的含橡皮芯之綁繩11,是具備橡皮芯13,該橡皮芯13具有一邊為大致2mm之大致正方形的剖面。
在第1橡皮環1之製作所使用的固化劑25,作為溶劑是用水,作為固化作用成分是用聚乙烯醇,作為有機溶劑系洗淨劑是用丙酮的溶液(具體來說,水約50wt%、 PVA水溶液(10%)約20wt%、丙酮約30wt%的混合液),並加入多孔質聚合物粒子、多孔質無機粒子、碳粒子、或砂礫粒子來調製。該等的粒子,是對每100ml的溶液以5g的比例加入。作為多孔質聚合物粒子,是用尼龍6多孔質微粒子(平均粒徑13μm)(東麗股份有限公司),作為多孔質無機粒子是用SYLYSIA 350(粒徑約4μm)(富士Silysia化學股份有限公司),作為碳粒子是用備長碳粉末及竹碳粉末的混合物(平均粒徑16.72μm)(股份有限公司增田屋),作為砂礫粒子是用中華人民共和國阜新市產麥飯石粉末(粒度300目)。又,在第1橡皮環1之製作所使用的接著劑21,是氰基丙烯酸酯系接著劑。
針對各種類的多孔質粒子,是各製作10個第1橡皮環1的樣本,並對各樣本評價第1橡皮環1之接合構造2的接合強度。此外,除了在固化劑25不含有多孔質粒子這點之外,作為比較例製作出具有與第1橡皮環1相同構造的10個橡皮環,並對各樣本評價接合構造的接合強度。接合強度的評價,是測量第1橡皮環1的接合構造或比較例的橡皮環接合構造中,將所接合的固化部分予以分離所需要的力來進行。具體來說,將在計測軸的前端安裝有子鉤的數位測力計(股份有限公司依夢達)固定於作業台,將第1橡皮環1或比較例的橡皮環樣本勾於子鉤並拉動從數位測力計遠離,使接合之含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部分離。於數位測力計,記錄有施加於第1橡皮環1或比較例之橡皮環樣本的拉力峰(單位為kgf)。
以下的表1,是總和以上的試驗結果(表1所記載的值,為上述的峰值)。

如表1所示般,將含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部予以分離所需要之力的平均值,在比較例的樣本為7.8kgf,在固化劑含有多孔質聚合物粒子、多孔質無機粒子、碳粒子、及砂礫粒子的樣本,分別為13.6kgf、13.5kgf、13.2kgf、12.7kgf。在將多孔質聚合物粒子、多孔質無機粒子、碳粒子、及砂礫粒子加於固化劑25的情況,使本發明之第1橡皮環1之含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部分離所需要的力,為使比較例之橡皮環之含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部分離所需要的力的大約1.6~1.7倍。如上述般,本發明,實際確認到橡皮環之含橡皮芯之綁繩之接合構造的接合強度比以往的橡皮環還要顯著地提升。
在上述的實施形態,是使用本發明來使含橡 皮芯之綁繩11的兩端部接合而形成有第1橡皮環1,使用本發明來使編繩43的兩端部接合來形成有第2橡皮環4。但是,本發明,當然亦可使用來將2條含橡皮芯之綁繩的端部予以接合,並將該等含橡皮芯之綁繩予以連繫,亦可使用來將2條編繩或紐繩的端部予以接合,並將該等編繩或紐繩予以連繫。
本發明中,在含橡皮芯之綁繩之接合構造的固化部分所含之多孔質粒子的量,或是,在固化劑所含之多孔質粒子的量或比例,只要能得到本發明的作用效果自然能適當調節。
本發明中,在含橡皮芯之綁繩之接合構造的固化部分所含的多孔質粒子,或是,在固化劑所含的多孔質粒子,亦可著色成與含橡皮芯之綁繩之伸縮性套件之纖維的顏色相同顏色或類似的顏色。如上述般使多孔質粒子著色,藉此在含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合構造,可使多孔質粒子的存在變得不顯眼。且,固化劑的溶劑,亦可著色成與含橡皮芯之綁繩之伸縮性套件之纖維的顏色相同顏色或類似的顏色。
上述說明,是用來說明所揭示的發明者,並不用來限定申請專利範圍所記載的發明,或是解釋成縮減範圍。又,本發明的各部構造並不限於上述實施形態,在申請專利範圍所記載的技術的範圍內自然可有各種的變形。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合構造,是使含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部連接,或是,使2條含橡皮芯之綁繩的端部連接來以接著劑接合,其特徵為,在含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部,或是2條含橡皮芯之綁繩的端部,藉由固化後的固化劑來形成有固化部分,於該固化部分含有多孔質粒子。
  2. 一種含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合構造,是使將複數條含橡皮芯之綁繩予以編織或交纏而形成的編繩或紐繩的兩端部連接,或是,使各自將複數條含橡皮芯之綁繩予以編織或交纏而形成的2條編繩或扭繩的端部連接並以接著劑來接合,其特徵為,在編繩或扭繩的兩端部,或是,2條編繩或扭繩的端部,藉由固化後的固化劑來形成有固化部分,於該固化部分含有多孔質粒子。
  3. 一種含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合用固化劑,是為了形成使含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部連接,或是,使2條含橡皮芯之綁繩的端部連接來以接著劑接合之含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合構造,而對前述含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部或前述2條含橡皮芯之綁繩的端部附著,其包含:含有固化作用成分的溶劑、加入至該溶劑的多孔質粒 子。
  4. 如請求項3所述之含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合用固化劑,其中,多孔質粒子,為多孔質聚合物粒子、多孔質無機粒子、碳粒子、砂礫粒子、或該等粒子之任意的混合物。
  5. 如請求項3或請求項4所述的含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合用固化劑,其中,固化作用成分為聚乙烯醇,溶劑為水。
  6. 一種含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合方法,是製作請求項1所述之含橡皮芯之綁繩之接合構造的方法,其含有:對含橡皮芯之綁繩的兩端部附著固化劑的步驟,或是,於對長條之含橡皮芯之綁繩局部地附著固化劑,並使該固化劑固化而形成有固化部分之後,在該固化部分切斷長條之含橡皮芯之綁繩的步驟,固化劑,包含:含有固化作用成分的溶劑、加入至該溶劑的多孔質粒子。
  7. 一種含橡皮芯之綁繩的接合方法,是製作請求項2所述之含橡皮芯之綁繩之接合構造的方法,其含有:在對長條的編繩或扭繩局部地附著固化劑,並使該固化劑固化而形成有固化部分之後,在該固化部分切斷長條的編繩或扭繩的步驟,固化劑,包含:含有固化作用成分的溶劑、加入至該 溶劑的多孔質粒子。
