本发明是带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构,其中,将编织或捻合多个带橡胶芯的绳而形成的编织绳或捻绳的两个端部对合、或者将各自为编织或捻合多个带橡胶芯的绳而形成的2根编织绳或捻绳的端部对合,并用粘接剂接合;在编织绳或捻绳的两个端部、或者2根编织绳或捻绳的端部处,通过经固化的固化剂形成固化部分,该固化部分中包含多孔质颗粒。
本发明是固化剂,其为了形成带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构而附着于带橡胶芯的绳的两个端部或者2根带橡胶芯的绳的端部,所述带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构中,将前述带橡胶芯的绳的两个端部对合、或者将前述2根带橡胶芯的绳的端部对合,并用粘接剂接合;所述固化剂包含:含有固化作用成分的溶剂、和添加至该溶剂中的多孔质颗粒。多孔质颗粒可以是多孔质聚合物颗粒、多孔质无机颗粒、碳颗粒、砂砾颗粒、或这些颗粒的任意混合物。可以是,固化作用成分是聚乙烯醇,溶剂是水。
本发明是制作上述带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构的方法,其包括:在带橡胶芯的绳的两个端部处附着固化剂的步骤;或,在长条的带橡胶芯的绳上局部地附着固化剂、在该固化剂固化而形成固化部分后、在该固化部分处切断长条的带橡胶芯的绳的步骤,固化剂包含:含有固化作用成分的溶剂、和添加至该溶剂中的多孔质颗粒。
本发明是制作上述带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构的方法,其包括:在长条的编织绳或捻绳上局部地附着固化剂、在该固化剂固化而形成固化部分后、在该固化部分处切断长条的编织绳或捻绳的步骤,固化剂包含:含有固化作用成分的溶剂、和添加至该溶剂中的多孔质颗粒。
发明效果
根据本发明,如通过以下示出的试验结果所确认那样,可以得到与现有技术的带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构相比接合强度高的带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构。

具体实施方式
以下,针对本发明,参照附图具体说明。图1是示出具有本发明所涉及的带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构的第1橡胶环1的立体图,图2是将构成第1橡胶环1的带橡胶芯的绳11沿着长度方向截断得到的截面图。
带橡胶芯的绳11具备:由天然橡胶或合成橡胶制成的细长的橡胶芯13、和覆盖橡胶芯13的伸缩性罩15。橡胶芯13的(用与长度方向垂直的面截断得到的)截面例如被制成矩形或圆形,但本发明中,橡胶芯13的截面形状没有限定。本实施方式中,带橡胶芯的绳11具备1根橡胶芯13,但本发明中,带橡胶芯的绳11可以将多个带橡胶芯的绳用伸缩性罩15捆束。
伸缩性罩15为沿着带橡胶芯的绳11的长度方向可伸缩地编织纤维纱而形成。作为形成伸缩性罩15的纤维纱,可以使用例如棉纱、聚酯纱、人造丝纱、聚氨酯纱。
第1橡胶环1具备:将带橡胶芯的绳11的两个端部对合并用粘接剂21(参照图3(d))接合的接合结构2。接合结构2具备在带橡胶芯的绳11的两个端部处形成的固化部分23,两个端部的固化部分23的端面彼此通过粘接剂21而接合。
带橡胶芯的绳11的固化部分23通过在带橡胶芯的绳11上附着固化剂25(参照图3(a))并将其固化而形成。固化剂25包含:含有固化作用成分的溶剂、和添加至该溶剂中的多孔质颗粒。作为固化作用成分,可以使用聚乙烯醇(PVA)、纤维素衍生物、多糖类、糖类、丙三醇衍生物、聚赖氨酸、聚烯丙基胺、聚亚烷基多胺、多烷基胺(polyalkyl amine)、聚亚乙基亚胺等。作为溶剂,使用水。聚乙烯醇和水在带橡胶芯的绳中的以往的接合结构中,也分别被用作固化剂的固化作用成分和溶剂。
进一步,固化剂25中可以包含有机溶剂系洗涤剂。洗涤剂本身气化,从而具有使通过固化剂25形成的固化部分23具备细孔的作用。作为有机溶剂系洗涤剂,使用环己酮(anone)、甲醇、甲乙酮、1,2-二氯丙烷(propylene dichloride)、二氯甲烷、四氢呋喃、甲苯、正庚烷、丙酮等。
本发明的特征在于,固化剂25中包含多孔质颗粒,并且,带橡胶芯的绳11的固化部分23中包含多孔质颗粒。作为多孔质颗粒,可以举出多孔质聚合物颗粒、多孔质无机颗粒、碳颗粒、砂砾颗粒、这些颗粒的任意混合物等,只要可以得到本发明的作用效果,则可以使用任意的多孔质颗粒。本发明中,多孔质颗粒的形状没有限定,多孔质颗粒可以为例如球状、线状,此外,可以为纤维粉末。本发明中,多孔质颗粒优选为微粒。颗粒的平均粒径例如为50μm以下,只要可以得到本发明的作用效果,则可以使用任意大小的多孔质颗粒。
作为能够用作本发明所涉及的多孔质颗粒的多孔质聚合物颗粒,有例如由尼龙、聚烯烃、聚酯、聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯、聚醚醚酮、聚(苯醚)、或聚(醚砜)形成的多孔质颗粒、和它们的任意混合物。
作为能够用作本发明所涉及的多孔质颗粒的多孔质无机颗粒,有由二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钛、或氧化锆形成的多孔质颗粒、和它们的任意混合物。
作为能够用作本发明所涉及的多孔质颗粒的碳颗粒,有由黑炭、白炭、竹炭、备长炭形成的碳颗粒、和它们的任意混合物。
作为能够用作本发明所涉及的多孔质颗粒的砂砾颗粒,有将碧玺(tourmaline)、沸石、花岗岩、贝壳化石、日光石、珊瑚化石、绿泥石、大谷石、麦饭石等多孔质的天然石、火山岩、凝灰岩的块粉碎并筛分等从而得到的砂砾颗粒、和它们的任意混合物。
作为为了将带橡胶芯的绳11的两个端部的端面接合而在本发明中能够使用的粘接剂21,优选使用具有浸透性且非水溶性的粘接剂,例如可以使用氰基丙烯酸酯系的粘接剂。
图3(a)至(d)是示出图1所示的第1橡胶环1的制造步骤的概要的说明图。首先,如图3(a)所示那样,在长条的带橡胶芯的绳31上,使包含多孔质颗粒的固化剂25间隔附着。带橡胶芯的绳31中附着固化剂25的部位以第1橡胶环1的周长的程度相间隔。其后,如图3(b)所示那样,通过将固化剂25固化,在长条的带橡胶芯的绳31上间隔形成包含多孔质颗粒的固化部分33。
在长条的带橡胶芯的绳31上形成固化部分33后,如图3(c)所示那样,在固化部分33处切断长条的带橡胶芯的绳31,由此得到在两个端部处形成了固化部分23的形成第1橡胶环1的带橡胶芯的绳11。其后,如图3(d)所示那样,在带橡胶芯的绳11的一个端面处涂布粘接剂21后,使带橡胶芯的绳11的两个端部对合。粘接剂21固化时,完成第1橡胶环1。
图3(a)至(d)中例示的制造步骤中,在长条的带橡胶芯的绳31上使固化剂25间隔附着,但可以在不进行该步骤的情况下,切断长条的带橡胶芯的绳31从而得到形成第1橡胶环1的带橡胶芯的绳11。其后,进行在带橡胶芯的绳11的两个端部处附着固化剂25的步骤。该步骤可以例如通过在装入保存容器中的固化剂25中浸渍带橡胶芯的绳11的两个端部来进行。
图4是示出具有本发明所涉及的带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构5的第2橡胶环4的立体图。第2橡胶环4通过将编织多个带橡胶芯的绳41而形成的编织绳43的两个端部对合、并用粘接剂21接合从而形成。在编织绳43的两个端部处,形成包含多孔质颗粒的固化部分51。各带橡胶芯的绳41与先前的实施方式的第1橡胶环1中的带橡胶芯的绳11同样地构成。
本实施方式中,通过将3根带橡胶芯的绳41进行三重编织而形成编织绳43,但本发明中,构成编织绳43的多个带橡胶芯的绳41的数量和其编织方法没有限定。例如,编织绳43可以由左右编织的2根带橡胶芯的绳41构成。此外,可以替代编织绳43而使用将多个带橡胶芯的绳41捻合而形成的捻绳来形成第2橡胶环4。
图5(a)至(d)是示出图4所示的第2橡胶环4的制造步骤的概要的说明图。首先,如图5(a)所示那样,在长条的编织绳61上间隔附着包含多孔质颗粒的固化剂25。编织绳61中附着固化剂25的部位以第2橡胶环4的周长的程度相间隔。其后,如图5(b)所示那样,通过将固化剂25固化,在长条的编织绳61上间隔形成包含多孔质颗粒的固化部分63。
在长条的编织绳61上形成固化部分63后,如图5(c)所示那样,在固化部分63处切断长条的编织绳61,由此得到在两个端部处形成了固化部分51的形成第2橡胶环4的编织绳43。其后,如图5(d)所示那样,在编织绳43的一个端面处涂布粘接剂21后,使编织绳43的两个端部对合并接合。
图6是示出图4所示的第2橡胶环4的替代制造步骤的概要的说明图。首先,如图6(a)所示那样,在长条的编织绳61上间隔卷附可截断的带状捆扎构件65。作为捆扎构件65,只要是能够卷附于编织绳61上、且可以容易地截断的构件即可,例如可以使用市售的粘合胶带。编织绳61中,卷附捆扎构件65的部位与第2橡胶环4的周长相比更长地相间隔。
其后,如图6(b)所示那样,在捆扎构件65处截断长条的编织绳61后,如图6(c)所示那样,在所得编织绳67中的至少捆扎构件65的残部的内侧附着包含多孔质颗粒的固化剂(未图示)。通过固化剂固化而形成包含多孔质颗粒的固化部分69后,如图6(d)所示那样,在固化部分69处切断编织绳67,由此在两个端部处形成固化部分51,得到形成第2橡胶环4的编织绳43。其后,与参照图5(d)所说明的步骤同样地,在编织绳43的一个固化部分51的端面上涂布粘接剂21后,使编织绳43的两个端部对合并接合。应予说明,图6(c)所示的步骤可以通过在装入保存容器中的固化剂25中浸渍编织绳67的两个端部来进行。
实施例
为了确认本发明的效果,通过执行上述制造步骤,制作具有本发明所涉及的接合结构2的图1所示的第1橡胶环1。所制作的第1橡胶环1的周长为约16cm,构成第1橡胶环1的带橡胶芯的绳11具备橡胶芯13,所述橡胶芯13具有一边为约2mm的大致正方形的截面。
用于制作第1橡胶环1的固化剂25通过在使用水作为溶剂、使用聚乙烯醇作为固化作用成分、且使用丙酮作为有机溶剂系洗涤剂的溶液(具体而言,水为约50wt%、PVA水溶液(10%)为约20wt%、丙酮为约30wt%的混合液)中添加多孔质聚合物颗粒、多孔质无机颗粒、碳颗粒、或砂砾颗粒而制备。这些的颗粒以平均溶液100ml为5g的比例添加。作为多孔质聚合物颗粒,使用尼龙6多孔质微粒(平均粒径为13μm)(TORAY INDUSTRIES, INC.),作为多孔质无机颗粒,使用Sylysia 350(粒径为约4μm)(Fuji Silysia Chemical Ltd.),作为碳颗粒,使用备长炭粉末和竹炭粉末的混合物(平均粒径为16.72μm)(株式会社增田屋),作为砂砾颗粒,使用中华人民共和国阜新市产的麦饭石粉末(粒度为300目)。应予说明,用于制作第1橡胶环1的粘接剂21为氰基丙烯酸酯系粘接剂。
针对各种类的多孔质颗粒,制作各10个第1橡胶环1的样品,针对各样品,评价第1橡胶环1的接合结构2的接合强度。进一步,制作除了固化剂25中不含多孔质颗粒之外具有与第1橡胶环1相同构成的10个的橡胶环作为比较例,针对各样品,评价接合结构的接合强度。接合强度的评价通过测定使第1橡胶环1的接合结构或比较例的橡胶环接合结构中所接合的固化部分分离而需要的力来进行。具体而言,将在测量轴的前端安装有扣钩的电子测力计(IMADA CO.,LTD. )固定于作业台上,将第1橡胶环1或比较例的橡胶环的样品挂在扣钩上,以远离电子测力计的方式进行拉伸,使接合的带橡胶芯的绳的两个端部分离。电子测力计中,记录对第1橡胶环1或比较例的橡胶环的样品施加的拉伸力的峰值(单位为kgf)。
以下的表1总结了以上的试验结果(表1中记载的值为上述峰值)。

如表1所示那样,对于为了使带橡胶芯的绳的两个端部分离而需要的力的平均值,在比较例的样品中为7.8kgf,在固化剂中包含多孔质聚合物颗粒、多孔质无机颗粒、碳颗粒、和砂砾颗粒的样品中分别达到13.6kgf、13.5kgf、13.2kgf、12.7kgf。在固化剂25中添加多孔质聚合物颗粒、多孔质无机颗粒、碳颗粒、和砂砾颗粒的情况中,为了使本发明所涉及的第1橡胶环1中的带橡胶芯的绳的两个端部分离而需要的力是为了使比较例的橡胶环中的带橡胶芯的绳的两个端部分离而需要的力的约1.6~1.7倍。像这样,事实上确认了本发明的橡胶环中的带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构的接合强度与以往的橡胶环相比得到显著提高。
上述实施方式中,使用本发明将带橡胶芯的绳11的两个端部接合从而形成第1橡胶环1,使用本发明将编织绳43的两个端部接合从而形成第2橡胶环4。然而,显而易见的是,本发明可以用于将2根带橡胶芯的绳的端部接合从而连接这些的带橡胶芯的绳,也可以用于将2根编织绳或捻绳的端部接合从而连接这些的编织绳或捻绳。
本发明中,显而易见的是,带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构的固化部分中包含的多孔质颗粒的量、或者固化剂中包含的多孔质颗粒的量或比例可以以得到本发明的作用效果的方式或在得到本发明的作用效果的范围内适当调节。
本发明中,带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构的固化部分中包含的多孔质颗粒、或者固化剂中包含的多孔质颗粒可以被着色为与带橡胶芯的绳的伸缩性罩的纤维颜色相同的颜色或类似的颜色。通过像这样将多孔质颗粒着色,可以在带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构中使得多孔质颗粒的存在不引人注目。此外,固化剂的溶剂也可以被着色为与带橡胶芯的绳的伸缩性罩的纤维颜色相同的颜色或类似的颜色。
上述说明用于说明公开的技术方案,不应当以限定权利要求书中记载的技术方案、或者缩小范围的方式来理解。此外,本发明的各部分构成不限于上述实施方式,显然,在权利要求书中记载的技术范围内,可以进行各种变形。

Claims (6)

1.带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构,其中,将带橡胶芯的绳的两个端部对合、或者将2根带橡胶芯的绳的端部对合,并用粘接剂接合;
在带橡胶芯的绳的两个端部、或2根带橡胶芯的绳的端部处,包含有机溶剂系洗涤剂的固化剂固化而形成固化部分,该固化部分中包含多孔质颗粒,
所述多孔质颗粒是多孔质聚合物颗粒、碳颗粒、砂砾颗粒或这些颗粒的任意混合物。
2.带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构,其中,将编织或捻合多个带橡胶芯的绳而形成的编织绳或捻绳的两个端部对合、或者将各自为编织或捻合多个带橡胶芯的绳而形成的2根编织绳或捻绳的端部对合,并用粘接剂接合;
在编织绳或捻绳的两个端部、或者2根编织绳或捻绳的端部处,包含有机溶剂系洗涤剂的固化剂固化而形成固化部分,该固化部分中包含多孔质颗粒,
所述多孔质颗粒是多孔质聚合物颗粒、碳颗粒、砂砾颗粒或这些颗粒的任意混合物。
3.固化剂,其为了形成带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构而附着于带橡胶芯的绳的两个端部或者2根带橡胶芯的绳的端部,所述带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构中,将所述带橡胶芯的绳的两个端部对合、或者将所述2根带橡胶芯的绳的端部对合,并用粘接剂接合;
所述固化剂包含:含有固化作用成分的溶剂、添加至该溶剂中的多孔质颗粒和有机溶剂系洗涤剂,
所述多孔质颗粒是多孔质聚合物颗粒、碳颗粒、砂砾颗粒或这些颗粒的任意混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的固化剂,其中,固化作用成分是聚乙烯醇,溶剂是水。
5.制作权利要求1所述的带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构的方法,其包括:
在带橡胶芯的绳的两个端部处附着固化剂的步骤;或,在长条的带橡胶芯的绳上局部地附着固化剂、在该固化剂固化而形成固化部分后、在该固化部分处切断长条的带橡胶芯的绳的步骤,
固化剂包含:含有固化作用成分的溶剂、添加至该溶剂中的多孔质颗粒和有机溶剂系洗涤剂,
所述多孔质颗粒是多孔质聚合物颗粒、碳颗粒、砂砾颗粒或这些颗粒的任意混合物。
6.制作权利要求2所述的带橡胶芯的绳的接合结构的方法,其包括:
在长条的编织绳或捻绳上局部地附着固化剂、在该固化剂固化而形成固化部分后、在该固化部分处切断长条的编织绳或捻绳的步骤,
固化剂包含:含有固化作用成分的溶剂、添加至该溶剂中的多孔质颗粒和有机溶剂系洗涤剂,
所述多孔质颗粒是多孔质聚合物颗粒、碳颗粒、砂砾颗粒或这些颗粒的任意混合物。
