Abstract
一種高輝度蓄光纖維,在聚酯材料中添加改質的機能性蓄光粉體及分散劑,再進行混煉造粒與紡絲製得纖維細度介於1~10dpf的蓄光纖維,且其纖維輝度滿足以下條件:(1)D65光源200LUX照射20min後,初始輝度可達150mcd/m2以上;(2)D65光源25LUX照射15min後,初始輝度可達50mcd/m2以上;在低光源條件下可以呈現高輝度,可提高織物的夜間能見度,從而提升夜晚使用者的安全性。

近年來,為了提高織物在黑暗狀態下的能見度,具有蓄光性的纖維已經廣泛應用在不同的領域上。
蓄光材料的發光原理,是利用蓄光材料吸收可見光、紫外光或太陽光,當光源移除後,可以發出稱為磷光的餘輝。將蓄光材料加入纖維中製成蓄光纖維,不僅無須染色,纖維於白天吸收可見光或太陽光線會產生電子能階的躍遷,在晚上或於黑暗處,就可發出各種顏色的餘輝,提高能見度。
過去這種蓄光纖維在日本特開昭49-47646公報及特公平3-70020公報中,是以硫化物作為蓄光材料的添加製作纖維。在特開平112414公報則是以硫化鋅為複合蓄光纖維的主材料,而以上的纖維缺點為輝度弱與發光時間短,為提高輝度效果,日本特開平10-231480揭露蓄光材料通式(M0.9995Eu0.0005-0.002)Al2O4‧(M0.9995Eu0.0005-0.002)O‧n(A1-b-aBbQa)2O3,M可為Sr、Ca、Mg、Ba至少一種元素,Q則為La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Y、Lu、Mn和Bi中至少一種元素,a=0.0005-0.002,b=0.001-0.35,n=1~8,而在日本特開2000-136438號公報採用此種結構的蓄光粉體製作聚烯烴纖維,而因聚烯烴熔點為160℃,加工過程容易因為溫 度高而有熔融現象,且比重<0.9無法製作細纖度纖維,另外也存在無法染色的問題。
台灣專利第564268號專利揭露「高輝度夜光性纖維及其製造方法」,其採用燒結方式所獲得的夜光粉體,以此粉體加入聚酯樹脂或聚烯烴樹脂作為芯鞘型纖維芯部,鞘部則以不含夜光粉體的聚酯為材料,其含有夜光性粉體7~25%,以1000LUX照射30分鍾,隨時間變化記錄輝度,停止照射後2分鐘,雖然輝度皆可以達到280mcd/m2以上,但於10分鐘後,其輝度衰減至80%以上,1小時後,輝度只有2分鐘後輝度的2.3%~4.2%,蓄光纖維輝度衰退速率快‧且殘餘輝度百分比低。
為解決上述習知技藝的問題,本發明的主要目的在於提供一種纖維細度介於1~10dpf的蓄光纖維,以蓄光母粒進行融熔紡絲製得,特別是一種在低光源(小於或等於200LUX)的條件下仍可以呈現高輝度的蓄光纖維,且滿足以下條件:(1)D65光源200LUX照射20min後,初始輝度可達150mcd/m2以上;及(2)D65光源25LUX照射15min後,初始輝度可達50mcd/m2以上。
本發明的另一主要目的在於提供一種蓄光母粒,基於蓄光母粒的總重量,包含熱塑性(高分子)樹脂50~95wt%、改質蓄光粉體1~30wt%及抗氧化劑0.01~5wt%,且所述改質蓄光粉體經過改質後,可以均勻分散於樹脂中,提高所述改質蓄光粉體與樹脂的結合性;所述蓄光母粒的壓升值小於或等於0.5bar/g,經紡絲製得的蓄光纖維,在低光源條件下,可吸收能量,並於黑暗中顯現高輝度與輝度衰退速率慢的纖維特色。
本發明的抗氧化劑,選自受阻酚型或亞磷酸酯型抗氧化劑,優選為選自雙(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯。
本發明的又一主要目的在於提供一種改質蓄光粉體,為一種鋁酸鹽類摻雜微量稀土元素,以通式M1-XAl2O4‧EuYNZ表示,其中,M為Sr、Mg、Ca或Ba;N為Td、Dy、La、Ce、Mn、Sm、Gd、Pr、Lu、Ho、Y、Yb、Tm或Er;且-0.33≦X≦0.6,0.008≦Y≦0.002,0.002≦Z≦0.005。
本發明的改質蓄光粉體,含有添加量相對於蓄光粉體為0.1~20wt%的矽烷偶合劑或酞酸酯改質劑,優選為含有添加量相對於蓄光粉體為1~10wt%的3-丙烯醯氧丙基三甲氧基矽烷或焦磷酸鈦酸酯。
本發明的蓄光纖維,具備在低光源條件下可以呈現高輝度的有益效果。
本發明的蓄光粉體,為一種鋁酸鹽類摻雜微量稀土元素,其通式為(M1-XAl2O4‧EuYNZ),其中M為Sr、Mg、Ca或Ba,N則為Td,Dy,La,Ce,Mn,Sm,Gd,Pr,Lu,Ho,Y,Yb,Tm,Er,-0.33≦X≦0.6,0.008≦Y≦0.002,0.002≦Z≦0.005,經由粉體表面改質技術,即以矽烷偶合劑或酞酸酯等改質劑進行粉體表面改質,添加量為相對粉體的0.1~20wt%,優選為1~10wt%。
本發明的矽烷偶合劑,選自乙烯基矽氯仿、乙烯基三甲氧基矽烷、乙烯基三乙氧基矽烷、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)矽烷、β-(3,4-環氧環己基)乙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-(2-氮丙環)氨丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-環氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-環氧丙氧基丙基三甲基二乙氧基矽烷、γ-環氧丙氧基丙基三乙氧基矽烷、γ-甲基丙烯基丙基甲基二甲氧基矽烷、γ-甲基丙烯基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-甲基丙烯基丙基甲基二乙氧基矽烷、γ-甲基丙烯基丙基三乙氧基矽烷、N-β(氮丙環)γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基 矽烷、N-β(氮丙環)γ-氨丙基三甲氧基矽烷、N-β(氮丙環)γ-氨丙基三乙氧基矽烷、3-丙烯醯氧丙基三甲氧基矽烷、3-氨丙基三甲氧基矽烷、3-氨丙基三乙氧基矽烷、N-苯基-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-氯基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-氫硫基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、二-(3-[三乙氧基矽烷基]-丙基)-四硫化物(TESPT)或二-(3-[三乙氧基矽烷基]-丙基)-二硫化物;優選為3-丙烯醯氧丙基三甲氧基矽烷。
本發明的鈦酸酯,選自異硬脂鈦酸酯、硬脂酰鈦酸酯、油醇鈦酸酯或焦磷酸鈦酸酯;優選為焦磷酸鈦酸酯。
本發明的蓄光粉體的改質流程,包含以下步驟:將蓄光粉體放置於攪拌槽中,以200rpm轉速進行攪拌,攪拌葉片採用錨型葉片,取改質劑3-丙烯醯氧丙基三甲氧基矽烷相對蓄光粉體重量的1~10wt%,以改質劑/異丙醇=1/6體積比稀釋溶解,逐步滴加於蓄光粉體中,葉片攪拌速率調至1000rpm,滴加速率為1ml/min,滴加完成後,將攪拌槽體升溫至120℃攪拌2小時,使異丙醇揮發,獲得改質蓄光粉體。
本發明的蓄光母粒的製備方法,包含以下步驟:基於蓄光母粒的總重量,取所述改蓄光粉體1~30wt%、熱塑性高分子50~95wt%和抗氧化劑0.01~5wt%為原料,其中,所述塑性高分子可選自聚酯粉或聚酯顆粒,且所述聚酯粉或顆粒的特性黏度(IV)為0.2~2.0,優選為1.2。上述原料均勻混合為混合粉體後,以雙螺桿押出機進行混練;在混練溫度180~280℃下,以及轉速為250rpm的條件下,熱塑性高分子(或稱樹脂)呈熔融狀,此刻,藉所述蓄光粉體上的改質劑的末端基與樹脂相容性極佳,使得所述蓄光粉體得以非常均勻地分散於樹脂基材中,經過水冷卻後,乾燥切粒,再於140℃溫度下進行乾燥4~6小時後,製 得本發明的蓄光母粒。
更具體而言,本發明的改質蓄光粉體為無機材料,於表面進行改質後粉體,可完全均勻分散於樹脂中提高分散性。所以,本發明的蓄光母粒,紡絲過程無壓升現象,紡況良好,且可長時間進行紡絲生產。
本發明的抗氧化劑,可選自受阻酚型抗氧化劑(Hindered Phenol Antioxidants)或亞磷酸酯型抗氧化劑(Phosphite Antioxidants)。
所述亞磷酸酯型抗氧化劑可選自3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苄基膦酸二甲酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苄基膦酸二乙酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苄基膦酸二丙酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苄基膦酸二丁酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苄基膦酸二戊酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苄基膦酸二己酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苄基膦酸二庚酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苄基膦酸二辛酯、雙(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、雙(3,5-二-第三丁基-4-羥基苄基)膦酸二乙酯錳化物、雙(3,5-二-第三丁基-4-羥基苄基)膦酸二乙酯鎂化物、雙(3,5-二-第三丁基-4-羥基苄基)膦酸二乙酯鈣化物、雙(3,5-二-第三丁基-4-羥基苄基)膦酸二乙酯鋅化物;優選為雙(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯。
本發明的蓄光纖維,是對乾燥後的蓄光母粒進行融熔紡絲製得。所述蓄光纖維的纖維結構,可以採用複合紡絲構成芯鞘型結構,芯部為蓄光母粒,鞘部為聚酯,芯鞘比(芯/鞘)的變化,介於40/60~60/40。
本發明的蓄光纖維製法,包含以下步驟:取本發明的蓄光母粒為原料,在紡絲溫度230~290℃及紡絲捲取速度1000~3000公尺/分鐘的條件下,採用複合紡絲構成芯鞘型結構的半延伸蓄光絲(POY),再經假撚過程製成加工紗(DTY),也就是,本發明的蓄光纖維;所述蓄光纖維的直徑度為10~30微米(μm),纖維細度介於 1~10dpf。
本發明的蓄光纖維,因纖維結構為芯鞘型設計,芯部蓄光粉體包於纖維芯部,在經過水洗50次後,仍可維持蓄光纖維的發光亮度。因此,本發明的蓄光纖維,可廣泛應用於纖維應用產業,包含衣著、家飾與戶外安全性產品。
以下,舉出數個製作改質蓄光粉體並加工為蓄光母粒及蓄光纖維之具體實施例(實施例1~4),並提供一個比較例來協助說明本發明之目的、功效和原理。
各實施例及比較例所製成的改質蓄光粉體及蓄光纖維,係根據下述方法進行物性評估:
1.壓升測試:蓄光母粒稀釋為8%,以過濾壓升試驗機(廠牌:LabTech,型號:LTF34-GP),濾網為15μm,評估蓄光母粒壓升值。壓升值愈低,代表蓄光粉體於聚酯樹脂中的分散情況愈佳。
2.輝度測試,依JIS Z9107為標準,樣品大小為直徑35mm襪帶,樣品置於黑箱中,靜置48h,溫度為23±2℃,50±10%RH,以D65光源,200LUX照射20min,及25LUX照射15min後,以輝度計(廠牌:KONICA MINOLTA型號:LS-100)進行測試,記錄2、10、20、30與60分鐘輝度。
1.蓄光粉體改質:將蓄光粉體放置於攪拌槽中,以200rpm轉速進行攪拌,攪拌葉片採用錨型葉片,取改質劑3-丙烯醯氧丙基三甲氧基矽烷相對蓄光粉體重量的1wt%(表1,配方編號A1),以改質劑/異丙醇=1/6體積比稀釋溶解,逐步滴加於蓄光粉體中,葉片攪拌速率調至1000rpm,滴加速 率為1ml/min,滴加完成後,將攪拌槽體升溫至120℃攪拌2小時,使異丙醇揮發,獲得改質蓄光粉體。
2.蓄光母粒製作:參照表2的原料配方,取79.5wt%PET聚酯樹脂與20wt%改質蓄光粉體A1,及0.5wt%雙(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯(以下簡稱抗氧化劑RCPEP36)為原料,經過雙螺桿押出機熔融造粒。
3.蓄光纖維製作:纖維規格75D/72F,芯部為乾燥後蓄光母粒,鞘部則為乾燥後聚酯粒,芯鞘比50/50,紡絲溫度280℃,紡速為2500m/min,製得部分延伸紗(POY),續加工為加工紗(DTY),編織成襪帶形式。
測試製得的蓄光母粒的壓升值,其結果如表2所示。蓄光母粒紡絲與編織襪帶後,測試輝度如表3及表4所示。該襪帶水洗50次後,測試輝度如表5所示,其蓄光效果仍可維持在最初水準,水洗前後紗線輝度無影響。
1.同上述實施例1的作法製得改質蓄光粉體,但改質劑添加量為蓄光粉體重量的5wt%(表1,配方編號A2)。
2.參照表2的原料配方,取79.5wt%PET聚酯樹脂與20wt%改質蓄光粉體A2,及0.5wt%抗氧化劑RCPEP36為原料,經過雙螺桿押出機熔融造粒,製得蓄光母粒。
測試製得的蓄光母粒的壓升值,其結果如表2所示。蓄光母粒紡絲與編織襪帶後,測試輝度如表3及表4所示。該襪帶水洗50次後,測試輝度如表5所示,其蓄光效果仍可維持在最初水準,水洗前後紗線輝度無影響。

測試製得的蓄光母粒的壓升值,其結果如表2所示。蓄光母粒紡絲與編織襪帶後,測試輝度如表3及表4所示。該襪帶水洗50次後,測試輝度如表5所示,其蓄光效果仍可維持在最初水準,水洗前後紗線輝度無影響。

2.參照表2的原料配方,取79.5wt%PET聚酯樹脂與20wt%改質蓄光粉體A4,及0.5wt%抗氧化劑RCPEP36為原料,經過雙螺桿押出機熔融造粒,製得蓄光母粒。
測試製得的蓄光母粒的壓升值,其結果如表2所示。蓄光母粒紡絲與編織襪帶後,測試輝度如表3及表4所示。該襪帶水洗50次後,測試輝度如表5所示,其蓄光效果仍可維持在最初水準,水洗前後紗線輝度無影響。
1.蓄光粉體:未經改質(表1,配方編號A5)。
2.參照表2的原料配方,取79.5wt%PET聚酯樹脂與20wt%蓄光粉體A5,及0.5wt%抗氧化劑RCPEP36為原料,經過雙螺桿押出機熔融造粒,製得蓄 光母粒。
測試製得的蓄光母粒的壓升值,其結果如表2所示。蓄光母粒紡絲與編織襪帶後,測試輝度如表3及表4所示。該襪帶水洗50次後,測試輝度如表5所示,其蓄光效果仍可維持在最初水準,水洗前後紗線輝度無影響。
1.實施例1-3的蓄光粉體經過改質劑3-丙烯醯氧丙基三甲氧基矽烷處理後與實施例4的蓄光粉體經過改質劑焦磷酸鈦酸酯處理後,分別再與樹脂及分散劑進行混煉造粒,蓄光母粒經乾燥後,以過濾壓升試驗機評估壓升值,其測試值(參見表2),皆小於或等於0.5bar/g,代表蓄光粉體於聚酯樹脂中分散情況極佳。
2.比較例1的蓄光粉體未經過改質,直接與樹脂及分散劑進行混煉造粒,蓄光母粒經乾燥後,以過濾壓升試驗機評估壓升值,其測試值(參見表2)為1.2bar/g,大於0.5bar/g,代表蓄光粉體於聚酯樹脂中的分散情況不佳。
3.上述兩點結論證實經改質劑處理後的蓄光粉體,可以有效幫助蓄光粉體分散於聚酯樹脂中,降低粉體團聚現象,且改善壓升,有助於蓄光纖維的紡絲製程順暢進行。
4.實施例1-4製得的蓄光母粒,經乾燥除水後,以芯-鞘型複合紡絲,芯部為蓄光母粒,鞘部則為聚酯,經捲取後,加工成為加工紗,織襪帶評估效果,明顯蓄光粉體經過表面改質後,經過紡絲的紗線,紗線輝度高於未改質粉體表面,如表3,在低亮度光源下,亦有相同趨勢,如表4。
5.實施例1-4與比較例1紡絲後,紗線輝度水洗前後,均無變化,原因為紗線以複合紡絲進行,蓄光粉體包於纖維中心,水洗前後紗線輝度無影響,如表5。
Claims (8)
- 一種高輝度蓄光纖維,以壓升值小於或等於0.5bar/g的蓄光母粒進行融熔紡絲製得,其特徵在於,所述蓄光纖維的纖維細度介於1~10dpf,且基於蓄光母粒的總重量,所述蓄光母粒包含以下成份且各成分的總和為100wt%:a)熱塑性高分子50~95wt%;選自特性黏度(IV)為0.2~2.0的聚酯粉或聚酯顆粒;b)改質蓄光粉體1~30wt%;為一種鋁酸鹽類摻雜微量稀土元素,以通式M1-XAl2O4.EuYNZ表示,其中,M為Sr、Mg、Ca或Ba;N為Td、Dy、La、Ce、Mn、Sm、Gd、Pr、Lu、Ho、Y、Yb、Tm或Er;-0.33≦X≦0.6,0.008≦Y≦0.002,0.002≦Z≦0.005;及c)抗氧化劑0.01~5wt%;且其製得的蓄光纖維滿足以下條件:(1)D65光源200LUX照射20min後,初始輝度可達150mcd/m2以上;及(2)D65光源25LUX照射15min後,初始輝度可達50mcd/m2以上。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之蓄光纖維,其中,所述蓄光纖維的纖維結構為芯鞘型結構,芯部為蓄光母粒,鞘部為聚酯,且芯鞘比介於40/60~60/40。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之蓄光纖維,其中,所述蓄光纖維的直徑度為10~30微米(μm)。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之蓄光纖維,其中,所述改質蓄光粉體含有添加量相對於蓄光粉體為0.1~20wt%的矽烷偶合劑或酞酸酯改質劑。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之蓄光纖維,其中,所述改質蓄光粉體含有添加量相對於蓄光粉體為1~10wt%的3-丙烯醯氧丙基三甲氧基矽烷或焦磷酸鈦酸酯。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之蓄光纖維,其中,所述熱塑性高分子的特性黏度(IV)為1.2。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之蓄光纖維,其中,所述抗氧化劑選自受阻酚型或亞磷酸酯型抗氧化劑。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之蓄光纖維,其中,所述抗氧化劑為雙(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯。
