Description
本發明是有關於一種可作為盥洗室、浴室、廚房等的硬質表面的洗滌劑來使用的凝膠組成物以及使用其的洗滌劑。
先前廣泛使用設置於盥洗室的儲水槽的上表面等而使洗滌成分緩緩溶出至便器內的類型的洗滌劑。但是,近年來,不具有槽的便器不斷增加,需要亦可應用於不具有槽的便器的盥洗室用洗滌劑。
作為此種盥洗室用洗滌劑,提出了可貼附於便器內的硬質表面上的水性凝膠狀的洗滌劑組成物。
例如,專利文獻1中揭示有包含具有既定結構的聚氧乙烯烷基醚作為必需成分的凝膠狀洗滌劑組成物。
另外,專利文獻2中揭示有包含具有既定結構的聚氧乙烯烷基醚及乙醇作為必需成分且黏度特定的凝膠狀洗滌劑組成物。
進而,專利文獻3中記載有以特定的聚烷二醇與氯化鈣及/或氯化鎂、以及水作為必需成分的洗滌劑組成物。
然而,如專利文獻1、2中所記載的現有的凝膠組成物中,存在由於乾燥,表面失去透明性,進而容易變硬或者難溶化的問題。
作為所述由乾燥所引起的不透明化(白化)等的對策,專利文獻3提出了藉由添加氯化鈣或氯化鎂來改善表面的乾燥。然而,若添加該些鹽,則存在陰離子性界面活性劑或兩性界面活性劑的添加變得困難,於製品設計的方面受到限制的問題。
另外,凝膠狀洗滌劑組成物理想為維持附著的狀態直至全部溶出完畢為止,但現有的凝膠狀洗滌劑組成物缺乏高溫下的穩定性,例如於夏季的盥洗室成為相當高溫的情況下,亦存在會軟化或液化,附著性亦下降,容易從所附著的表面上脫落的問題。 [現有技術文獻] [專利文獻]

[發明所欲解決的課題] 本發明鑒於以上的方面,目的在於提供一種即便是不含氯化鈣或氯化鎂的情況,附著性或白化抑制性亦優異,進而高溫穩定性亦優異的凝膠組成物。另外,目的在於提供含有該凝膠組成物的具有所述特性的硬質表面用洗滌劑組成物。 [解決課題的手段]
為了解決所述的課題,本發明的凝膠組成物含有下述通式(1)所表示的聚氧伸烷基烷基醚(A)以及水(B)。

所述聚氧伸烷基烷基醚(A)的含量可設為10質量%~50質量%。
水(B)的含量可設為35質量%~75質量%。
所述通式(1)中的m與n的比例(m/n)可設為以莫耳比計為0.02~0.50。
所述通式(1)中的m與n的和(m+n)可設為5~100。
本發明的硬質表面用洗滌劑含有所述凝膠組成物而成。 [發明的效果]
依據本發明,可提供一種凝膠組成物,其不僅具有凝膠狀洗滌劑所必需的附著性,而且即便是不含氯化鈣或氯化鎂的情況,白化抑制性亦優異,進而高溫穩定性優異。
使用所述凝膠組成物而獲得的本發明的硬質表面用洗滌劑組成物具有所述各特性,另外於不使用氯化鈣或氯化鎂的情況下,亦可添加陰離子性界面活性劑或兩性界面活性劑,製品設計的自由度亦提高。
以下,對本發明的實施形態進行詳細說明。
本發明的凝膠組成物含有下述通式(1)所表示的聚氧伸烷基烷基醚(A)以及水(B)。

但,式(1)中,R為碳數12~22的直鏈烷基,藉由碳數為12以上,容易形成凝膠,且凝膠的強度優異,藉由碳數為12~22,則高溫穩定性優異。R的碳數更佳為14~20,尤佳為碳數16~18。另外,藉由R為直鏈烷基,則凝膠強度提高,附著性提高。
PO表示氧伸丙基,m表示其平均加成莫耳數。m的值若為1~20,則並無特別限定,較佳為2~15。藉由m的值為20以下,可維持所需的凝膠強度,可保持凝膠性狀。另外,藉由m的值為1~20,可抑制由凝膠組成物的表面的乾燥所引起的白化,附著性或高溫穩定性優異。
EO表示氧伸乙基,n表示其平均加成莫耳數。n的值若為1~80,則並無特別限定,較佳為5~75,更佳為10~70。藉由n的值為1~80,則高溫下的穩定性與凝膠製造時的作業性的平衡優異。
另外,PO與EO的加成形態為嵌段加成。藉由PO與EO的加成形態為嵌段加成,則凝膠的強度提高,附著性亦提高。
所述m與n的比例並無特別限定,m/n(莫耳比)較佳為0.02~0.50,更佳為0.05~0.40,尤佳為0.08~0.34。藉由m/n(莫耳比)為0.02~0.50,則白化抑制性更優異。
另外,環氧丙烷與環氧乙烷的總加成莫耳數(m+n)並無特別限定,較佳為5~100,更佳為10~90,尤佳為20~80,特佳為35~70。藉由該總加成莫耳數(m+n)為5~100,則附著性更優異。
所述聚氧伸烷基烷基醚(A)可利用公知的方法來製造,亦可利用市售的製品。
凝膠組成物中的所述聚氧伸烷基烷基醚(A)的含量並無特別限定,較佳為10質量%~50質量%,更佳為15質量%~40質量%。藉由含量為10質量%~50質量%,則凝膠強度、白化抑制性、附著性、高溫穩定性更優異。
凝膠組成物中的水(B)的含量並無特別限定,較佳為35質量%~75質量%。藉由含量為35質量%~75質量%,則凝膠強度及附著性更優異。
另外,相對於所述聚氧伸烷基烷基醚(A)而言的水(B)的含量並無特別限定,相對於所述聚氧伸烷基烷基醚(A)100質量份,較佳為30質量份~500質量份,更佳為40質量份~400質量份,尤佳為50質量份~300質量份。藉由在所述範圍內,則凝膠強度及附著性更優異。
本發明的凝膠組成物可於不損及本發明的效果的範圍內,含有(A)以外的非離子性界面活性劑、陰離子性界面活性劑、陽離子性界面活性劑、兩性界面活性劑等界面活性劑、香料、色素、水以外的溶劑等。該些的含量(於併用兩種以上的情況下為合計量)並無特別限定,較佳為0質量%~50質量%。
非離子性界面活性劑並無特別限定,可列舉:單硬脂酸甘油酯、單油酸甘油酯等甘油脂肪酸酯;單硬脂酸POE(聚氧乙烯)甘油酯、單油酸POE甘油酯等聚氧乙烯甘油脂肪酸酯;單硬脂酸二甘油酯等多甘油脂肪酸酯;單月桂酸脫水山梨糖醇、倍半硬脂酸脫水山梨糖醇、單油酸脫水山梨糖醇等脫水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯;單椰子脂肪酸POE脫水山梨糖醇、三硬脂酸POE脫水山梨糖醇、三油酸POE脫水山梨糖醇等聚氧乙烯脫水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯;單月桂酸聚乙二醇、單硬脂酸聚乙二醇、單油酸聚乙二醇、二硬脂酸聚乙二醇等聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯;甘油單辛醚、甘油單硬脂基醚、季戊四醇單十二烷基醚等烷基多元醇醚;POE月桂醚、POE鯨蠟基醚、POE硬脂基醚等聚氧乙烯烷基醚;POE・POP(聚氧丙烯)鯨蠟基醚、POE・POP癸基十四烷基醚等聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯烷基醚;POE硬脂基胺、POE油烯基胺等聚氧乙烯烷基胺;烷基聚葡萄糖苷等。
陰離子性界面活性劑並無特別限定,可列舉:皂用原料、月桂酸鈉、棕櫚酸鈉、椰子鹼性皂等脂肪酸鹽;POE月桂醚羧酸鹽等烷基醚羧酸鹽;月桂基硫酸鈉、月桂基硫酸鉀、月桂基硫酸三乙醇胺等烷基硫酸酯鹽;POE月桂基硫酸三乙醇胺、POE月桂基硫酸鈉等烷基醚硫酸酯鹽;POE油烯基醚磷酸鈉、POE硬脂基醚磷酸、POE月桂基醯胺醚磷酸鈉等磷酸酯鹽;二-2-乙基己基磺基丁二酸鈉、聚氧乙烯月桂基磺基丁二酸二鈉等磺基丁二酸鹽;十二烷基苯磺酸鈉、十二烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺等烷基苯磺酸鹽;硬化椰子油脂肪酸甘油硫酸鈉、土耳其紅油(Turkey red oil)等硫酸化油、α-烯烴磺酸鹽、高級脂肪酸酯磺酸鹽等。
陽離子性界面活性劑並無特別限定,可列舉:氯化鯨蠟基三甲基銨、氯化硬脂基三甲基銨、氯化二癸基二甲基銨、氯化二硬脂基二甲基銨、氯化鯨蠟基吡啶鎓、氯化烷基二甲基苄基銨等四級銨鹽型界面活性劑;硬脂酸二乙基胺基乙基醯胺麩胺酸鹽、羊毛脂脂肪酸二乙基胺基乙基醯胺麩胺酸鹽等醯胺胺鹽型陽離子性界面活性劑;月桂酸醯胺胍鹽酸鹽等。
兩性界面活性劑並無特別限定,可列舉:椰子油脂肪酸醯胺丙基甜菜鹼、月桂基二甲基胺基乙酸甜菜鹼、月桂酸醯胺丙基甜菜鹼、月桂基羥基磺基甜菜鹼等甜菜鹼型兩性界面活性劑;β-月桂基胺基丙酸鈉、月桂基二胺基乙基甘胺酸鈉等胺基酸型兩性界面活性劑;癸基二甲基胺氧化物、月桂基二甲基胺氧化物等胺氧化物型兩性界面活性劑等。
該些界面活性劑可使用一種或者兩種以上。凝膠組成物中的該些(A)成分以外的界面活性劑的含量並無特別限定,就洗滌力提高以及與其他特性的平衡而言,較佳為0質量%~20質量%,更佳為1質量%~10質量%。
所述香料並無特別限定,可列舉:天然香料、烴系香料、醚系香料、酯系香料、醇系香料、醛系香料、酮系香料等合成香料。
天然香料例如可列舉:薄荷油(mint oil)、橙油(orange oil)、檸檬油(lemon oil)、檸檬草油(lemon grass oil)、香柑油(bergamot oil)、香水樹花油(ylang ylang oil)、香茅油(citronella oil)、桉葉油(eucalyptus oil)、香葉油(geranium oil)、薰衣草油(lavender oil)、迷迭香油(rosemary oil)、茉莉油(jasmine oil)等。烴系香料例如可列舉:檸檬烯(limonene)、α-蒎烯(α-pinene)、莰烯(camphene)等。醚系香料例如可列舉:茴香腦(anethole)、玫瑰醚(rose oxide)、雪松醇甲醚等。酯系香料例如可列舉:乙酸香葉草酯(geranyl acetate)、乙酸乙酯、丙酸乙酯、2-甲基戊酸乙酯、乙酸香茅酯(citronellyl acetate)等。醇系香料例如可列舉:香葉草醇(geraniol)、香茅醇(citronellol)、丁香酚(eugenol)等。醛系香料例如可列舉:香茅醛(citronellal)、苯甲醛等。酮系香料例如可列舉:甲基戊基酮、乙偶姻(acetoin)、薄荷酮(menthone)、苯乙酮(acetophenone)、苄基丙酮等。
香料的含量根據其種類而不同,並無特別限定,通常較佳為含有1質量%~15質量%左右,更佳為5質量%~10質量%。藉由設為所述範圍,可於使用空間內感覺到適當的香味。
於持續使用盥洗室用凝膠狀洗滌劑組成物的情況下,色素可為了於視覺上辨認出製品的壽命而調配。色素較佳為水溶性的法定色素,例如可列舉:紅色2號、紅色3號、紅色102號、黃色4號、黃色5號、藍色1號、藍色2號、綠色3號、橙色207號、藍色202號、藍色203號、藍色205號、褐色201號、橙色402號、紫色401號、黑色401號等。該些可單獨使用或者將兩種以上組合而以多種顏色來使用。
水以外的溶劑並無特別限定,例如可使用:乙醇、丙醇、丁醇等醇;聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇、乙二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、甘油、1,3-丁二醇、山梨糖醇、聚氧乙烯甘油、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯甘油、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇等多元醇;甲基乙基酮、環己酮等酮類;甲苯、二甲苯、四甲基苯等芳香族烴類;溶纖劑、甲基溶纖劑、丁基溶纖劑、卡必醇、甲基卡必醇、丁基卡必醇、丙二醇單甲醚、丙二醇單乙醚、二丙二醇二乙醚、三乙二醇單乙醚等二醇醚類;乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、溶纖劑乙酸酯、丁基溶纖劑乙酸酯、卡必醇乙酸酯、丁基卡必醇乙酸酯、丙二醇單甲醚乙酸酯、二丙二醇單甲醚乙酸酯等乙酸酯類。該些中,較佳為多元醇,更佳為甘油、山梨糖醇。該些溶劑是為了提高香料等的溶解性而視需要含有,為了可保持凝膠的強度,並且進一步提高白化抑制效果,其含量於凝膠組成物中較佳為1質量%~10質量%。
本發明的凝膠組成物除了含有所述以外,亦可於不違反本發明的目的的範圍內含有油劑、鹽、殺菌劑、除菌劑、防腐劑等添加劑。
本發明的凝膠組成物例如可藉由利用混合器進行攪拌下,混合水(B)與其他的添加物(香料除外),於10℃~80℃下緩緩添加聚氧伸烷基烷基醚(A)並混合後,添加香料,視需要冷卻,從而製造而成。
本發明的凝膠組成物可適合用作硬質表面洗滌用途。硬質表面可列舉:盥洗室的便器、盥洗室的洗手部、廚房、玻璃、窗、門、浴室等。該些中,尤佳為便器用洗滌劑。 [實施例]
以下,示出本發明的實施例,但本發明並不限定於該些實施例。此外,以下的說明中只要無特別記述,則含有比例、濃度等是由質量%所表示。
<製造例> 配方1、2、4的凝膠組成物是利用以下方法來獲得。即,依據下述表1所示的調配(質量份),使用混合器,對水(B)混合兩性界面活性劑(C-2)及多元醇(C-3),加溫至70℃。於其中,緩緩添加聚氧伸烷基烷基醚(A),混合至均勻。進而添加(C-5)而混合,加以冷卻,藉此獲得凝膠組成物。
另外,配方3的凝膠組成物除了對水(B)混合兩性界面活性劑(C-2)及多元醇(C-4),進而添加混合聚氧伸烷基烷基醚(A)及非離子性界面活性劑(C-1)以外,利用與所述相同的方法來製備。

對於藉由所述而獲得的凝膠組成物,評價凝膠強度(硬度)、白化抑制性、附著性、高溫穩定性及低溫穩定性,示於表2中。評價方法如下所述。
<凝膠強度(硬度)> 對於所獲得的凝膠組成物,10名官能檢查員根據以下的基準來進行官能評價,基於其合計分數,根據以下的基準進行評價。
(官能評價) 3分:非常硬,2分:硬,1分:稍柔軟,0分:柔軟。 (合計分的評價) A:25分以上,B:15分~24分,C:5分~14分,D:4分以下。
<白化抑制性及附著性> 將所獲得的1 g凝膠組成物貼附於載玻片上。將其垂直立起,於20℃、65%RH下靜置,根據以下的基準來評價白化抑制性及附著性。此外,藉由將載玻片垂直立起,則與用於盥洗室的便器內的斜面上的情況相比較,成為嚴格的條件。
(白化抑制性) A:48小時後未看到白化。 B:24小時後未看到白化,但48小時後看到白化。 C:24小時後看到白化。
(附著性) ○:24小時後亦未位移而附著。 ×:24小時後從原來的位置偏移而落下。
<高溫穩定性> 將所獲得的30 g凝膠組成物加入至50 mL的螺口瓶中,於60℃下靜置6小時。繼而,將螺口瓶放倒(90度)而靜置10秒後,根據以下的基準來評價凝膠的狀態。

根據表2而確認,實施例1~實施例11的凝膠強度(硬度)、白化抑制性、附著性、高溫穩定性及低溫穩定性優異。
另一方面,比較例1由於通式(1)所表示的聚氧伸烷基烷基醚(A)的m的值為0,白化抑制性、附著性及高溫穩定性不優異。
另外,比較例2由於通式(1)所表示的聚氧伸烷基烷基醚(A)的m的值為30,凝膠強度(硬度)及附著性不優異。
另外,比較例3由於對於聚氧伸烷基烷基醚(A)的烷基醇的環氧丙烷與環氧乙烷的加成形態為無規加成,凝膠強度(硬度)、附著性及高溫穩定性不優異。
此外,比較例4未凝膠化。 [產業上的可利用性]
本發明的凝膠組成物可適合作為附著於盥洗室、浴室、廚房等的硬質表面的洗滌劑組成物來使用。

Claims (4)
- 一種凝膠組成物,其含有下述通式(1)所表示的聚氧伸烷基烷基醚(A)以及水(B),R-O-(PO)m-(EO)n-H‧‧‧(1)式(1)中,R為碳數12~22的直鏈烷基,PO表示氧伸丙基,EO表示氧伸乙基;m及n表示平均加成莫耳數,m為1~20的數,n為1~80的數;另外,PO與EO的加成形態為嵌段加成,其中所述聚氧伸烷基烷基醚(A)的含量為10質量%~50質量%,所述水(B)的含量為35質量%~75質量%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的凝膠組成物,其中所述通式(1)中的m與n的比例(m/n)以莫耳比計為0.02~0.50。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的凝膠組成物,其中所述通式(1)中的m與n的和(m+n)為5~100。
- 一種硬質表面用洗滌劑,其含有如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的凝膠組成物。
