Abstract

液壓迴路1填充有制動流體且在連接末端A處連接至主油
缸2。主油缸2具有附接至其之制動桿3且連接至儲集器4。因此,若騎車人操縱制動桿3以便控制前輪制動器,則主油缸2將積聚在儲集器4中之制動流體釋放至液壓迴路1。
同時,液壓迴路1在連接末端B處連接至刹車分缸5。刹車分缸5係設置於前輪之刹車夾臂6中。隨著刹車分缸5內之液壓上升,刹車夾臂6操作,藉此在前輪中產生制動力。

圖2為說明藉由ECU執行之功能之組態的方塊圖。ECU 40基於一旋轉速度信號來控制馬達11之驅動及進口閥13及出口閥14之打開/關閉狀態,該旋轉速度信號接收自偵測前輪之旋轉速度且輸出對應旋轉速度信號的速度感測器41f,及偵測後輪之旋轉速度且輸出對應旋轉速度信號的速度感測器41r。
在正常制動狀態下,ECU 40停止驅動馬達11,將進口閥13維持在打開狀態,且將出口閥14維持在關閉狀態。因此,當騎車人操縱制動桿3且制動流體之壓力上升在主油缸2(參看圖1)中產生時,制動流體之壓力上升係經由第一管21(參看圖1)、進口閥13及第二管22(參看圖1)傳輸至刹車分缸5(參看圖1)。因此,刹車夾臂6(參看圖1)操作以便與藉由騎車人執行的制動桿3(參看圖1)之操縱相關聯,藉此在前輪中產生制動力。
當執行制動力係藉由刹車夾臂6產生的制動時,ECU 40基於獲取自速度感測器41f及41r之旋轉速度信號來反覆地判定前輪是否處於鎖定狀態,即判定前輪是否在道路表面上過度滑動。當判定前輪處於鎖定狀態時,ECU 40關閉進口閥13,打開出口閥14,且藉由驅動馬達11來操作泵12,藉此控制傳輸至刹車分缸5之制動流體之液壓以便藉由打開及關
閉進口閥13及出口閥14來降低。因此,ECU 40執行針對刹車夾臂6之制動力的防鎖制動控制,藉此取消前輪之鎖定狀態。
圖3為說明ABS液壓單元之透視圖。圖4為說明自ABS液壓單元拆卸外殼之狀態的透視圖。圖5為ABS液壓單元(外殼係自其拆卸)的側視圖。圖6為說明馬達模組之附近的截面圖。
如圖3中所說明,ABS液壓單元100經組態以與外殼42(ECU 40(參看圖2)儲存於其中)及塊狀物50組合。
塊狀物50由鋁形成。在塊狀物50中,包括液壓迴路1(參看圖1),且形成制動流體流經的第一管21至第五管25之管線。在塊狀物50中,連接末端A及連接末端B形成於實質上正交於外殼42附接至的外殼附接面51之管道連接面52上,且嵌入泵12及儲液器15(參看圖1)。
外殼42附接至塊狀物50之外殼附接面51上且覆蓋控制基板43、馬達11、進口閥13及出口閥14(參看圖4)。在外殼42中,儘管附接至塊狀物50,但用於電連接控制基板43與外部裝置之連接器45經設置以便在離開塊狀物50之方向上凸起。連接器45允許待連接連接器(未說明)安裝以便覆蓋連接器45的外圓周。
在外殼42中,覆蓋馬達11(參看圖6)之部分42a及連接器45在藉由箭頭2指示之Z方向上的厚度經形成為實質上相同之厚度,且覆蓋進口閥13及出口閥14之部分42b經形成為在朝向塊狀物50之Z方向上比覆蓋馬達11之部分42a薄。
當外殼42如圖4中所說明地經拆卸時,ABS液壓單元100經設置以便暴露馬達11、進口閥13、出口閥14及控制基板43。在塊狀物
50之外殼附接面51中,孔形成於垂直於外殼附接面51之方向(即,Z方向)上。馬達11、進口閥13及出口閥14嵌入於該孔中。進口閥13及出口閥14配置於馬達11與控制基板43之間。馬達11、進口閥13及出口閥14實質上垂直於塊狀物50之外殼附接面51嵌入。
控制基板43配備CPU及記憶體以便組態ECU 40,藉此控制ABS液壓單元100。控制基板43具有連接器部分43a,該連接器部分在外殼42經附接時在連接器45中向外暴露(參看圖3)。由於連接器部分43a,控制基板43連接至配備ABS液壓單元100之自動雙輪交通工具之主體側上的一連接器(未說明),藉此能夠關於交通工具主體收發資訊之各種項目,諸如滾輪速度。
如圖5中所說明,控制基板43經配置以便沿著Z方向延伸,馬達11、進口閥13及出口閥14(參看圖4)沿著該Z方向嵌入於塊狀物50中。換言之,控制基板43之平面內方向及馬達11、進口閥13及出口閥14嵌入於塊狀物50中所在的Z方向實質上彼此平行。
控制基板43經由具有可撓性的類膜可撓性導線44電連接至馬達11、進口閥13及出口閥14。因此,控制基板43可藉由為進口閥13及出口閥14供能或停止供能來控制進口閥13及出口閥14之打開/關閉,且可控制馬達11之旋轉。
可撓性導線44之一末端固定至控制基板43,藉此電連接該控制基板。馬達11、進口閥13及出口閥14中之每一者電連接至可撓性導線44,此係因為連接端子11a、13a及14a卡住且鉤至可撓性導線44。
如圖6中所說明,馬達11係經由沿著馬達的外圓周附接至
馬達11之馬達裝配件11b(固定部分)嵌入於形成於塊狀物50的外殼附接面51中之孔51a中。行星齒輪機構30及偏心軸18嵌入於孔51a中。馬達11之驅動力在旋轉速度由行星齒輪機構30減少之後驅動偏心軸18。
行星齒輪機構30連接於馬達11與偏心軸18之間,且包括內齒輪31、行星支架32、太陽齒輪33及行星齒輪34。
輪鎖形成於內齒輪31中,以便藉由在孔51a中固定至塊狀物50而禁止內齒輪31轉向。內齒輪31經形成具有環形形狀,且沿著內部圓周面排列的複數個齒狀物形成於該內齒輪中。
行星支架32經形成具有圓盤形狀且配置於內齒輪31中。在行星支架32中,三個行星齒輪34可旋轉地附接。行星齒輪34始終與沿著內齒輪31之內部圓周面形成之齒狀物嚙合。
在行星支架32中,太陽齒輪33配置於三個行星齒輪34中間。太陽齒輪33在嵌入於行星支架32中之同時始終與三個行星齒輪34嚙合。
一孔在軸中心附近形成於行星支架32中,且太陽齒輪33安裝於穿過該孔的馬達11之輸出軸11c中以便延伸至行星支架32中。太陽齒輪33藉由固定至輸出軸以免旋轉而附接至輸出軸11c。太陽齒輪33及輸出軸11c整體地旋轉。
一孔在偏心軸18側在軸中心附近形成於行星支架32中,且偏心軸18安裝且固定至該孔。因此,安裝於該孔中之偏心軸18隨行星支架32整體地旋轉。
偏心軸18之一末端係藉由行星齒輪機構30支撐,且與馬達
11同軸旋轉之旋轉軸部分18a係經由軸承19藉由塊狀物50支撐。在偏心軸18之另一末端中,滾珠軸承20附接至偏心部分18b(其係相對於馬達11之旋轉軸偏心的軸)之周邊,藉此將活塞運動平穩地傳輸至泵12。隨著偏心軸18旋轉且將活塞運動傳輸至泵12,泵12使一活塞執行往復移動,藉此將制動流體釋放至液壓迴路1之第五管25(參看圖1)。
在行星齒輪機構30中,根據上述組態,當安裝於輸出軸11c中之太陽齒輪33藉由馬達11之驅動力旋轉時,與太陽齒輪33嚙合之三個行星齒輪34中之每一者在與太陽齒輪33之方向相反的方向上旋轉。由於三個行星齒輪34中之每一者與內齒輪31嚙合,因此三個行星齒輪34藉由旋轉而沿著內齒輪31之內部圓周面移動。在此情況下,三個行星齒輪34在內齒輪31中在與太陽齒輪33旋轉所在之方向相同的方向上可旋轉地移動。由於三個行星齒輪34嵌入於行星支架32中,因此行星支架32與三個行星齒輪34整體地在內齒輪31中可旋轉地移動。因此,與行星支架32整體地旋轉之偏心軸18在與太陽齒輪33之方向相同的方向上旋轉。根據本發明之具體實例的行星齒輪機構30具有減速比,藉此,減少至大致1/5的馬達11之輸出軸11c之旋轉頻率自偏心軸18輸出,且增加到五倍的馬達11之輸出軸11c之扭力自偏心軸18輸出。換言之,例如,當馬達11以15,000rpm(轉/分鐘)旋轉時,輸出軸11c以3,000rpm旋轉,且當馬達11以20,000rpm旋轉時,輸出軸11c以4,000rpm旋轉。此外,馬達11之輸出軸11c中的10Ncm之扭力在偏心軸18中變成50Ncm。
如圖6中所說明,根據本發明之具體實例的馬達11及行星齒輪機構30係經由馬達裝配件11b彼此整體地固定,且馬達11、馬達裝配
件11b及行星齒輪機構30係整體地提供為馬達模組10。馬達裝配件11b由諸如鐵之金屬形成,藉此阻止磁力自馬達11內部逸出。
馬達裝配件11b經形成具有一圓柱形形狀,其在行星齒輪機構30側上之一末端以該形狀擴展且直徑同軸地放大。自行星齒輪機構30側上之末端繼續至馬達11側上之末端的切口11d係形成於馬達之一部分處。馬達裝配件11b經形成具有稍微小於馬達11的外徑之直徑。馬達裝配件11b變形以便加寬且安裝在馬達11外,藉此經設置以便藉由向內夾持馬達11來固定馬達11。
馬達裝配件11b經設置以便藉由向內夾持內齒輪31來固定行星齒輪機構30的內齒輪31。在此情況下,馬達裝配件11b可經填塞以便更牢固地固定至內齒輪31。馬達裝配件11b經形成以便藉由在離開馬達11之旋轉軸之軸中心之方向上彎曲行星齒輪機構31側上之末端11e而以凸緣形狀加寬。
在行星齒輪機構30之內齒輪31中,在離開馬達11之旋轉軸之軸中心之方向上以凸緣形狀加寬的凸緣部分31a形成,且馬達裝配件11b之末端11e與內齒輪31之凸緣部分31a接觸。凸緣部分31a的外徑經形成具有與馬達裝配件11b之末端11e的外徑實質上相同之直徑。
行星齒輪機構30側上的馬達裝配件11b之末端11e及內齒輪31固定在馬達模組10中以便配合形成於塊狀物50中之孔51a之內面。在此情況下,馬達裝配件11b之末端11e經固定以便藉由夾持在內齒輪31與塊狀物50之間而與內齒輪31及塊狀物50緊密接觸。
在本發明之具體實例中,馬達模組10包括馬達11、附接至
馬達11之輸出軸11c的行星齒輪機構30及整體地固定馬達11及行星齒輪機構30的馬達裝配件11b。馬達裝配件11b經設置以便藉由向內夾持馬達11來固定馬達11且固定行星齒輪機構30之內齒輪31。因此,在馬達模組10中,馬達11及行星齒輪機構30整體地固定在藉由僅將馬達11及行星齒輪機構30放置至馬達裝配件11b中而同軸地定位之狀態下。因此,在馬達模組10中,組件之數目可由於未使用螺釘而減少,且組裝所需之步驟之數目可由於不需要旋擰螺釘之步驟而減少。此外,由於馬達11及行星齒輪機構30以高精度同軸地定位,故有可能改良驅動馬達模組10時的振動特性。
在本發明之具體實例中,凸緣部分31a係形成於行星齒輪機構30之內齒輪31中。因此,當行星齒輪機構30經放置至馬達裝配件11b中時,馬達裝配件11b之末端11e與內齒輪31之凸緣部分31a相連。因此,在馬達模組10中,在放置方向上定位馬達裝配件11b及行星齒輪機構30係藉由僅將行星齒輪機構30放置至馬達裝配件11b中來執行。
在本發明之具體實例中,馬達裝配件11b之末端11e經形成以便以凸緣形狀加寬,且凸緣部分31a形成於行星齒輪機構30之內齒輪31中。因此,在馬達模組10中,馬達裝配件11b之末端11e及內齒輪31之凸緣部分31a配合形成於塊狀物50中之孔51a,藉此能夠固定至塊狀物。因此,當組裝ABS液壓單元100時,馬達模組10可藉由僅置放至形成於塊狀物50中之孔51a中而固定至塊狀物50。
在上文,本發明已基於具體實例加以描述。然而,本發明不限於此。舉例而言,在具體實例中,ABS液壓單元100經設置以便能夠僅在前輪中執行ABS控制。然而,具體實例不限於此。舉例而言,ABS液壓
單元100可經設置以便能夠藉由連接至制動踏板之主油缸及後輪之刹車分缸而僅在後輪中執行ABS控制。
在上述具體實例中,使用圓柱形狀之馬達裝配件11b。然而,具體實例不限於此。馬達裝配件可具有不同形狀,只要馬達可藉由向內夾持來固定。
在上述具體實例中,馬達裝配件11b藉由向內夾持內齒輪31來固定內齒輪31。然而,具體實例不限於此。馬達裝配件可藉由使用不同固定方法來固定內齒輪,只要內齒輪可固定。
在上述具體實例中,在馬達模組10中,馬達裝配件11b之末端11e及內齒輪31之凸緣部分31a配合形成於塊狀物50中之孔51a,藉此固定至塊狀物。然而,具體實例不限於此。馬達裝配件及內齒輪中之任一者可配合形成於塊狀物中之孔,只要馬達模組可固定至塊狀物。
Claims (10)
- 一種馬達模組,其包括一馬達及附接至該馬達之一輸出軸的一行星齒輪機構,該模組包含:一固定部分,其將該馬達及該行星齒輪機構整體地固定至彼此,其中該固定部分藉由向內夾持該馬達來固定該馬達且固定該行星齒輪機構之一內齒輪。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之馬達模組,其中該固定部分藉由將該內齒輪向內夾持至該固定部分而將該內齒輪固定至該固定部分。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項之馬達模組,其中該固定部分在行星齒輪機構側上之一末端經形成以便在離開該馬達之一軸中心之一方向上以一凸緣形狀加寬。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之馬達模組,其中該內齒輪具有一凸緣部分,該凸緣部分經形成以便在離開該馬達之該軸中心之該方向上以一凸緣形狀加寬。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項之馬達模組,其中該凸緣部分之一外徑經形成以便與該固定部分在該行星齒輪機構側上之該末端之一外徑實質上相同。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項或第5項之馬達模組,其中該固定部分之該末端與該內齒輪之該凸緣部分接觸。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之馬達模組,其中該行星齒輪機構之一行星支架經設置以便固定一驅動一ABS液壓單元之一泵的偏心軸,其中一液壓制動器之防鎖制動控制係在該ABS液壓單元中執行。
- 一種ABS液壓單元,其中嵌入有如申請專利範圍第1項至第7項中任一項之馬達模組且一液壓制動器之防鎖制動控制係在該ABS液壓單元中執行,該單元包含:一塊狀物,其中一連接至該液壓制動器之一液壓迴路的管線係形成於該塊狀物中,其中一固定部分在一行星齒輪機構側上之一末端係固定在該馬達模組中以便配合一形成於該塊狀物中之一孔的內面。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項之ABS液壓單元,其中一內齒輪經固定以便配合該塊狀物中之該孔之該內面。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項或第9項之ABS液壓單元,其中該固定部分之該末端係藉由夾持在該內齒輪與該塊狀物之間來固定。
