Abstract
本發明提供一種吸收性物品,其特徵係可維持良好肌膚觸感,並可維持藉由表面凹凸加工而成之凹凸形狀,具有優異之肌膚觸感或凹凸感,同時吸收性能亦很高。
一種生理用衛生棉1,其特徵為其在透液性表面片材3和裏面片材2之間存有吸收體4介於其中,同時前述透液性表面片材3和吸收體4之間又具有親水性之第二片材6(Second Sheet)的生理用衛生棉1。前述透液性表面片材3,係由積層構造所成,其係含有:由纖維細度未達2.0dtex之細纖維構成肌膚接觸面而成之細纖維層3A,及鄰接於此細纖維層3A之非肌膚接觸面,由積層之纖維細度為3.0~5.0dtex的捲縮纖維所成的捲縮繊維層3B,的積層構造,且在肌膚側施有由突出的多數隆起部7、7...所成凹凸狀之浮雕加工者。
Description
本發明提供一種吸收性物品,其係關於吸收經血、分泌液、尿等之生理用衛生棉、護墊、失禁墊片、拋棄式尿布等,更具體地說,其係於透液性表面片材設有凹凸圖案之吸收性物品。
傳統上,市場提供的吸收性物品的表面材,係藉由減少肌膚的接觸面積來抑制悶濕感,或為表現質感並提高感觸性等各種目的而賦予印花圖案。此種類型之物,可列舉例如下述專利文獻1、2等。
下述專利文獻1,係揭露一種吸收性物品,其具備液透過性之表面片材、液不透過性或防水性的裏面片材,及位於兩片材間之吸收體,且於前述表面片材和前述吸收體之間配置有中間片材;此吸收性物品中,前述液透過性之表面片材,係具有形成肌膚接觸面之第1層,及鄰接該第1層且配置於吸收體側之第2層;第1層,係由纖維細度為2.2dtex以下且利用液透過性,親水性容易降低之纖維所成,第2層,係由較第1層之構成纖維之纖維細度較大的纖維所構成,並包含藉由液透過,親水性較難降低之纖維及藉由液透過,親水性較易降低之纖維,前述中間片材,係具有位於前述表面片材側的第3層,及鄰接該第3層,位於吸收體側配
置之第4層,第3層之構成纖維的纖維細度,係較第4層之構成纖維的纖維細度為大,且第3層之構成纖維的纖維細度,係與第2層之構成纖維的纖維細度相同或較其為大,第4層之構成纖維的纖維細度係較第2層之構成纖維的纖維細度為小,第3層及第4層之構成纖維,係藉由液透過,親水性很難降低之纖維,且前述第3層之構成纖維的全體或一部分係立體捲縮纖維者。
此外,下述專利文獻2,係揭露一種吸收性物品用片材,其係由具有外側層及內側層的第1片材於前述內側層側與第2片材之間以間隙方式接合所成之吸收性物品用片材,該吸收性物品用片材,係於前述接合部間所形成之前述第1片材側上連設突出的凸部,且,前述第1片材的外側層之構成纖維係較前述內側層之構成纖維為細的纖維。

然而,上述專利文獻1所記載的吸水性物品,係藉由個別為2層構造的表面片材及中間片材中所具有之纖維細度之梯度及親水性的耐久性強度之梯度,從而具有優異的液體逆流防止性,且肌膚觸感亦很良好,
然而,賦予表面片材以印花圖案時,此前案之構造卻無法維持此印花圖案的凹凸形狀。
上述專利文獻2所記載的吸水性物品用片材亦相同,係揭露藉由調整內側層及外側層的纖維細度梯度,使肌膚觸感較為柔和等。然而,凸部位因體壓等原因而被擠壓或變平坦,導致肌膚觸感變差,且此前案並無揭露凸部的保形性的維持手段或不易變平坦的技術。
此外,目前尚未能就可維持表面的凹凸形狀的保形性、代表肌膚觸感或凹凸感的體感性能、及代表體液逆流量的吸收性能,開發出平衡兼顧(三者)的良好產品。
而本發明最主要之課題,係提供一種吸收性物品,其可維持舒適的肌膚觸感,並容易維持藉由表面凹凸加工而形成之凹凸形狀,且具備良好的肌膚觸感或凹凸感的同時,吸收性能亦很高者。
為解決上述課題,關於本發明之申請專利範圍第1項,係提供一種吸收性物品,其特徵為其在透液性表面片材和裏面片材之間存有吸收體介於其中,同時前述透液性表面片材和吸收體之間又具有親水性之第二片材(Second Sheet)的吸收性物品;且前述透液性表面片材,係由積層構造所成,其係含有:由纖維細度未達2.0dtex之細纖維構成肌膚接觸面而成之細纖維層,及鄰接於此細纖維層之非肌膚接觸面,由積層之纖維細度為3.0~5.
0dtex的捲縮纖維所成的捲縮繊維層,的積層構造,且在肌膚側施有由突出的多數隆起部所成凹凸狀之浮雕加工者。
前述第二片材,係由纖維細度3.0~6.0dtex之纖維形成,構成前述透液性表面片材及第二片材之纖維素材之纖維細度關係成為細纖維層<捲縮纖維層<第二片材。
上述申請專利範圍第1項的發明中,前述透液性表面片材,係含有構成肌膚接觸層之細纖維層,及鄰接其非肌膚接觸側所被積層之捲縮纖維層而成之積層構造,並在肌膚側施有由突出的多數隆起部所成凹凸狀之浮雕加工者。藉此,因透液性表面片材含有捲縮纖維層,前述隆起部可於肌膚側完整的形成,從而使透液性表面片材具有豐富的緩衝性。更進一步,藉由於前述捲縮纖維層,施予浮雕加工使凹凸形狀完整的保形,從而使透液性表面片材的凹凸形狀可容易維持,即使受到體壓亦較難以變平坦,且表面的外觀可以有很明顯的凹凸感,良好的肌膚觸感及良好的緩衝性,均可由外觀即產生。
此時,設置構成位於前述捲縮纖維層的肌膚面側之肌膚接觸面層之細纖維層,因此細纖維層係以纖維細度未達2.0dtex的細纖維所構成,可使捲縮纖維層不會直接與肌膚接觸,且表面片材與肌膚接觸摩擦時,肌膚觸感亦為光滑。
接著,藉由以纖維細度為3.0~5.0dtex的捲縮纖維構成前述捲縮纖維層,而可得到如同後段所說明之試驗結果。藉由具備位於前述細纖維層的非肌膚面側,並係使用較細纖維層之纖維細度為大、因加
熱處理過而持有捲縮性的纖維所成之捲縮纖維層,而可形成平衡兼具良好之肌膚觸感或凹凸感等體感性能,及體液逆流量的吸收性能。
此外,前述第二片材,係使用纖維細度約為3.0~6.0dtex之纖維,從而容易得到纖維間的空隙,體液較容易移動至吸收體側。藉此,液體較不易殘留於表面側,而清爽感可被維持。
進一步,構成前述透液性表面片材(細纖維層及捲縮纖維層)及第二片材之纖維素材之纖維細度關係成為細纖維層<捲縮纖維層<第二片材。藉由將纖維細度梯度設置為越靠近吸收體側纖維細度越高纖維間之空隙將漸漸變大,從而使體液可快速流向吸收體側。
根據以上詳說的本發明,可維持良好的肌膚觸感,亦可維持藉由表面凹凸加工所得的凹凸形狀,且具有良好肌膚觸感或凹凸感同時,吸收性能亦很良好。

以下,關於本發明的實施型態,將參照圖式進行詳細說明。
〔生理用衛生棉1之構造〕
生理用衛生棉1,主要係提供作為護墊、生理用衛生棉、分泌物墊片,失禁墊等用途,其構造係例如圖1所示,於不透液性裏面片材2,及透液性表面片材3(以下,亦簡稱為表面片材。)之間,配置吸收體4或如同圖所示,於與皺紋紙5所包圍之吸收體4之間配置親水性之第二片材6。於前述吸收體4的周圍,前述不透液性裏面片材2和表面片材3係使用熱熔膠接著劑等的接著手段進行接合。又,本發明之生理用衛生棉1,若至少含有前述透液性表面片材3及第二片材6,即可作為:例如於肌膚面側的兩側部,沿著個別的長方向具有側邊不織布,或是在兩側部個別具有穿著時可與內衣分岔部捲曲固定之翼狀折翼等,習知型態之生理用衛生棉而廣用。
前述不透液性裏面片材2,雖係使用聚乙烯、聚丙烯等至少具有遮水性之片材,亦可使用其他隔著防水薄層而得到的確實具有不透液性之不織布片材(此時,不透液性裏面片材係由防水薄層及不織布所構成。)等。由近年來著重於防止不透氣的觀點,傾向使用具有透濕性良好者較為合適。此防水‧透濕性片材,係於聚乙烯或聚丙烯等之烯烴系樹脂中使用無機充填劑進行溶融混練並成形為片材後,於一軸或二軸方向延伸所得之微多孔性片材可合適的被使用。
前述表面片材3,如圖2所示,係使用具有細纖維層3A及
捲縮纖維層3B之複數層片材,其中細纖維層3A係至少構成肌膚接面層,而捲縮纖維層3B係積層於較此細纖維層3A為鄰接非肌膚面側者;而此複數層片材係於肌膚側施有突出之多數隆起部7,7...而成凹凸狀的浮雕加工者。又,關於此表面片材3於後段有更加詳細之說明。
介於前述不透液性裏面片材2及透液性表面片材3之間之吸收體4,係由例如絨毛紙漿及高吸水性聚合物所構成。前述高吸水性聚合物,係可使用高吸水聚合物粒狀粉(SAP)或高吸水聚合物纖維(SAF)。前述絨毛紙漿,係可列舉為由木材而得之化學紙漿、溶解紙漿等之纖維素纖維、嫘縈、乙酸鹽等之人工纖維素纖維所成;而比起闊葉樹紙漿,從機能及價格方面的觀點,使用纖維較長之針葉樹紙漿較為合適。吸收體4的製造方法,雖然由柔軟性豐富的觀點而言,係以積纖紙漿為佳,但亦可使用體積易小化之無塵紙吸收體。
前述透液性表面片材3和吸收體4之間所配置之親水性的第二片材6,係僅要對於體液具有親水性者即可。具體而言,係藉由使用嫘縈或銅氨等之再生纖維、綿等之天然纖維,而使用素材本身具有親水性之性質者,或亦可先於聚乙烯或聚丙烯等之烯烴系、聚酯系、聚醯胺系等疏水性之合成纖維上使用親水化劑進行表面處理後,再使用此等被賦予親水性之纖維。而較佳係使用後者。
〔表面片材3之構造〕
前述表面片材3,如圖2所示,係由構成肌膚接觸層之細纖維層3A,及於較此細纖維層3A更為鄰接非肌膚面側所積層之捲縮纖維層3B所成之2層構造而形成,並於肌膚側施有突出之多數隆起部7,7...而成凹凸
狀的浮雕加工者。
構成前述細纖維層3A之素材纖維,其纖維細度係使用未達2.0dtex,而較佳係使用纖維細度約超過1.1dtex未達2.0dtex之細纖維。藉由使用此纖維細度範圍之細纖維,與肌膚接觸時,可得到柔和之肌膚觸感,且降低摩擦感以提升肌膚觸感,同時亦具有優異之吸收性能。
構成前述細纖維層3A之素材纖維,係可使用例如聚乙烯或聚丙烯等之烯烴系、聚酯系、聚醯胺系等之合成纖維,其他還可使用嫘縈或銅氨等之再生纖維、棉等之天然纖維,並亦可使用藉由進行通氣法、水刺法、紡黏法、熱熔黏合法、熔噴法、針軋法等合適之加工法而得之不織布。此等加工法中,水刺法之優點在於柔軟性、紡黏法之優點在於懸垂性,而通氣法、熱熔黏合法之優點在於蓬鬆且柔軟。不織布之纖維,雖長纖維或短纖維皆可,但使用可表現出毛巾質地之觸感的短纖維為佳。此外,為能容易進行浮雕處理,可使用熔點較低之聚乙烯或聚丙烯等之烯烴纖維。此外,亦可合適地使用以高熔點之纖維作為芯,低纖維作為鞘之芯鞘型纖維或並列型纖維、分割型纖維等之複合纖維。
構成前述捲縮纖維層3B之素材纖維,係使用由捲縮纖維所成者。為了賦予捲縮性,較佳係將熱收縮溫度相異之合成樹脂形成具有芯及鞘之芯鞘構造,且芯部分相對於鞘部分,係呈偏芯之構造之纖維,再進行熱處理使纖維產生立體的捲縮。更佳係,芯部分使用熔點約255℃之聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET),鞘部分使用熔點約95~140℃之聚乙烯(PE)為理想。藉由芯部分使用較其他纖維之剛性為高的PET,可提高捲縮纖維層3B之剛性,補足細纖維層3A所具較低的剛性,從而更
進一步優化表面片材3之緩衝性或凹凸形狀之保形性。此外,亦可使用將熱收縮溫度相異之合成樹脂貼合形成並列型複合纖維後進行熱處理者,或使用賦予藉由拉伸形成鋸齒形或螺旋形裝之捲縮者。
藉由以捲縮性之素材纖維構成前述捲縮纖維層3B,使捲縮纖維層蓬鬆並展現剛性,而即使表層之細纖維層3A係由細纖維構成而為柔軟之纖維層,表面片材3亦可藉由進行浮雕加工形成之凹凸形狀可完整保形,凹凸形狀使緩衝性較困難降低,即使承受體壓亦不會變平坦,從而,可藉由細纖維層3A維持光滑的肌膚觸感,且因凹凸形狀與肌膚之接觸面積較小,更可維持清爽之肌膚觸感。
構成前述捲縮纖維層3B之素材纖維之纖維細度,係使用較前述細纖維層3A之纖維細度為大者,具體而言係約為3.0~5.0dtex,而約3.0~4.5dtex為佳。藉由使用較細纖維層3A之纖維細度為大者,可提升透液性表面片材3之凹凸形狀的保形性,並更一步優化緩衝性使其可確實保持,同時亦有優異之體液吸收性能。詳細內容將於後段之實施例進行說明。
構成前述第二片材6之素材纖維之纖維細度,為2.0~6.0dtex,而約3.0~4.0dtex為佳。藉由使用具有一定程度大小之纖維,更佳係使用較透液性表面片材3之纖維細度更大之纖維,纖維間可容易產生空隙,從而使透過透液性表面片材3之體液可容易移動至吸收體4側。藉此,液體較難殘留於表面側,而可維持清爽感。
又,構成表面片材3(細纖維層3A及捲縮纖維層3B)及第二片材6之素材纖維之纖維細度關係為,細纖維層3A<捲縮纖維層3
B≦第二片材6為佳。藉由將纖維細度梯度設置為越靠近吸收體4側纖維細度越高,纖維間之空隙將漸漸變大,從而使體液可快速流向吸收體4側。
為了在前述透液性表面片材3施予之浮雕加工,如圖3及圖4所示,係使用具有配列多數凸狀部21a、21a...所成之第1壓花輥21、及與前述凸狀部21a相對應之多數的凹狀部22a、22a...所成第2壓花輥22,並藉由將細纖維層3A及捲縮纖維層3B所積層而成之前述表面片材3通過此第1壓花輥21和第2壓花輥22之間,而使用藉由前述凸狀部21a和凹狀部22a的咬合而賦予浮雕之製造裝置20為佳。
接著,將由其他路線移動至此之第二片材6,形成積層狀態通過前述第2壓花輥22和平軋輥23之間,藉此使表面片材3和第二片材6接合形成一體化。此等之接合,可藉由於與前述第2壓花輥22之凸部22b對應之表面片材3的外面(前記捲縮纖維層3B之外面)塗布熱熔接著劑等,使表面片材3和第二片材6接著,或是可於與前述平軋輥23咬合時,加熱前述第2壓花輥22之凸部22b,熱融著表面片材3和第二片材6。
藉由前述浮雕加工而形成完整明顯之凹凸形狀,係於凹側壓花輥22之凹狀部22a的頂部施予開孔22c,與前述凸狀部21a咬合時,藉由前述開孔22c之真空吸引,造成負壓從而使表面片材3可容易沿著凹狀部22a變形。
使用上述製造裝置20賦予表面片材3凹凸形狀,如圖2所示,表面片材3,於肌膚側形成膨出之多數的隆起部3a、3a...,且此
隆起部3a係形成於表面片材3和第二片材6之間的空間中。藉由具有前述空間且表面片材3和第二片材6為接合,可提高表面片材3之緩衝性,使隆起部3a的保形性亦可容易維持。此時,表面片材3中有前述捲縮纖維層3B存在,因此即使受到會使前述空間壓潰之體壓,亦可藉由捲縮纖維有較強的剛性,而具有高度之復原性,可復原為原本形狀,並有豐富的緩衝性。
構成前述表面片材3(細纖維層3A及捲縮纖維層3B)及第二片材6之纖維,係以個別在疏水性纖維上塗布親水劑為佳,此時之前述親水劑之耐久性強度關係;以細纖維層3A≦捲縮纖維層3B<第二片材6的關係為佳。前述親水劑之耐久性強度,係指當液體通過時,維持親水劑固定於纖維上不會從纖維表面脫落並隨液體流出之狀態的程度,此強度較小時係表示液體通過時親水劑會容易隨液體流出。
前述親水劑,可列舉例如陰離子性界面活性劑、羧酸鹽、醯化水解蛋白、磺酸鹽、硫酸酯鹽、磷酸酯鹽、非離子性界面活性劑、聚氧乙烯系界面活活性劑、羧酸酯、羧酸醯胺、聚環氧烷嵌段共聚物、陽離子性界面活性劑、第四級銨鹽、兩性界面活性劑、咪唑啉衍生物等,其他作為塗布於纖維上之親水劑之習知親水劑亦可適用。
前述親水劑之塗布方法,可為例如藉由噴霧塗布、藉由凹版印刷或柔版印刷進行塗工、藉由各種塗布機進行簾式淋塗。此外,亦可於形成纖維的階段將親水劑摻入。親水度的調整,係可藉由調整親水劑之塗布量而得。親水度,為使體液容易浸透於吸收體4側,而耐久性強度關係係以調整為細纖維層3A≦捲縮纖維層3B<第二片材6為佳。
進一步,為了調整前述親水劑之耐久性,係可併用接著性樹脂、或作為觸媒之丙烯酸系水溶性樹脂、橡膠系乳膠、聚氨酯類樹脂、聚酯系樹脂、聚氯乙烯樹脂等,藉由調整此等之添加量而進行耐久性調整。
藉由表層側之親水劑之耐久性強度較弱,降低表層側之親水劑與纖維的親和性,當體液通過1次時,附著於纖維上之親水劑會隨體液流出,其部分可容易形成為疏水性纖維。此時,藉由配置於肌膚接觸面之細纖維層3A之親水劑之耐久性強度為最小,體液可容易移動至吸收體4側,被吸收體4吸收之體液將因前述疏水性纖維之防水作用而難以逆流,從而提高表面側之清爽感。
為得到本生理用衛生棉,其代表肌膚觸感或凹凸感之感官評估及體液之逆流量的吸收性能評估,進行以下試驗。
試驗所使用之生理用衛生棉的規格及結果,如表1及圖5所示。
評估方法中,肌膚觸感,係由受試者以手觸摸上述4種樣品之表面,並對於其手觸感進行相對評估。凹凸感,則是對上述4種樣品之表面之外觀的凹凸狀態進行目視相對評價。前述肌膚觸感、手觸感之評估基準,受試者10名對於上述4種樣品中,評估為最優良之人數為4名以上者為◎,2名以上3名以下者為○,1名者為△,0名名者為×。逆流量,係注入37℃之人工經血1cc,經過3分後,再度於同一位置注入37℃之人工經血1cc,經過1分後,於其上面覆蓋紙張,並於其上放置5分之分泌物5g/cm2後,測量該紙張之重量變化量作為逆流量。前述人工經血,係使用1升中之成分有:甘油100ml、CMC(羧甲基纖維素鈉)4.6g、純淨水875ml、氯化鈉10g、碳酸鈉10.7g者。
結果,代表肌膚觸感或凹凸感之感官評估,如表1所示,可明顯得知,捲縮纖維層3B之纖維細度為3.3dtex者為最佳。此外,關於體液之逆流量之吸收性能評估,如圖5所示,可明顯得知,逆流量係捲縮纖維層3B之纖維細度約為4.5dtex時有極小值。由此等之結果可知,捲縮纖維層3B之纖維細度為3.0~5.0dtex者,可具有優異之肌膚感或凹凸感之體感性能,同時可抑制體液的逆流量且具有良好之吸收性能,可平衡兼具良好之體感性能及吸收性能。更佳的係,逆流量趨近最小值,並有優良之肌膚觸感或凹凸感之3.0~4.5dtex者。
此外,由實施例1及實施例2的比較可知,細纖維層3A之纖維細度由1.4dtex變更為1.1dtex,體感性能雖可保持為幾乎良好狀
態,但逆流量由0.083g上昇為0.133g,吸收性能會稍微減弱。因此,細纖維層3A之纖維細度係以未達2.0dtex,大於1.1dtex者為佳。
〔其它型態例〕
(1)上述型態例,透液性表面片材3,雖係由構成肌膚接觸層之細纖維層3A,及於較此細纖維層3A更為鄰接非肌膚面側所積層之捲縮纖維層3B所成之2層構造而形成,但亦可於前述捲縮纖維層之非肌膚面側積層其他片材而形成3層構造以上之複數層片材。
(2)上述型態例,透液性表面片材3,雖係由細纖維層3A及捲縮纖維層3B所成之複數層構造,但亦可係由將細纖維層3A之纖維細度未達2.0dtex之細纖維,與捲縮纖維層3B之捲縮纖維混合所成之1層的單層構造而形成。藉此,與複數層構造相比,雖然藉由浮雕加工所成之凹凸形狀之保形性較低,但因表面之纖維密度較低,使體液之吸收性提高,進而防止液體殘留於表面。混合之比率為,細纖維層3A之纖維:捲縮纖維層3B之纖維=3:7~7:3即可。
Claims (1)
- 一種吸收性物品,其特徵為其在透液性表面片材和裏面片材之間存有吸收體介於其中,同時前述透液性表面片材和吸收體之間又具有親水性之第二片材(Second Sheet)的吸收性物品;且前述透液性表面片材,係由積層構造所成,其係含有:由纖維細度未達2.0dtex之細纖維構成肌膚接觸面而成之細纖維層,及鄰接於此細纖維層之非肌膚接觸面,由積層之纖維細度為3.0~5.0dtex的捲縮纖維所成的捲縮繊維層,的積層構造,且在肌膚側施有由突出的多數隆起部所成凹凸狀之浮雕加工者;前述第二片材,係由纖維細度3.0~6.0dtex之纖維形成,構成前述透液性表面片材及第二片材之纖維素材之纖維細度關係成為細纖維層<捲縮纖維層<第二片材。
