Abstract

一種電子式駐車卡鉗,包含一本體單元、一來令片單元、一掣動單元及一致動單元。該本體單元具有一第一側座、一第二側座及一對連接於該第一側座與該第二側座之間的導引件,該來令片單元具有一第一定位件、一第一來令片、一第二定位件及一第二來令片,該掣動單元具有一第一掣動件、一第二掣動件及一連接於該第二掣動件的連動件,該連動件具有一對可滑動地套設於該等導引件的導滑部,該致動單元具有一連接於該連動件的固定座、一安裝於該固定座的致動件及一受該致動件驅動的致動軸,啟動該致動件可掣動該第一來令片、一剎車碟片產生靠抵或遠離,且達到剎車目的。

Description

電子式駐車卡鉗
本發明是有關於一種車輛之剎車設備,特別是指一種電子式駐車卡鉗。
現有一種安裝於汽車車輪的電子式駐車卡鉗(TW公開編號第201531632號專利申請案),包含一本體單元、一來令片單元、一掣動單元及一致動單元,該掣動單元具有一第一掣動件、一第二掣動件及一連接在該第二掣動件的連動件,該致動單元具有一連接於該連動件的固定座、一連接於固定座的致動件及一受該致動件驅動且可帶動該第一掣動件的致動軸。啟動該致動件可使該致動軸驅動該第一、二掣動件產生位移,且使該來令片單元相對於一剎車碟片產生靠抵或遠離。
雖然上述電子式駐車卡鉗已可達到預期的操作目的,但是在進行剎車動作時,該掣動單元的第二掣動件相對於該本體單元的自由度較不受限制,緊急強力剎車時容易翹起,會影響剎車時的穩定性。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種可提高剎車穩定性的電子式駐車卡鉗。
於是,本發明電子式駐車卡鉗,與一剎車碟片配合使用,該剎車碟片具有垂直於一軸線的一第一端面及一與該第一端面相反的第二端面,該駐車卡鉗包含一本體單元、一來令片單元、一掣動單元及一致動單元。該本體單元具有一對應於該第一端面的第一側座、一對應於該第二端面且連結於該第一側座一側的第二側座及一對間隔設置且連接於該第一側座與該第二側座之間的導引件,該第一側座具有一相鄰於該第一端面的第一凹槽,該第二側座具有一相鄰於該第二端面的第二凹槽、一由該第二凹槽凹設且呈U形的沉凹部及一與該沉凹部相鄰連通的沉孔,該第一凹槽與該第二凹槽互相對合成一開孔,該等導引件平行該軸線且呈長桿狀,橫設於該開口中。該來令片單元具有一可平行於該軸線移動地設置於該第一凹槽中的第一定位件、一固設在該第一定位件的第一來令片、一可平行於該軸線移動地設置於該第二凹槽中的第二定位件及一固設在該第二定位件的第二來令片,該第一來令片相鄰於該第一端面,該第二來令片相鄰於該第二端面。該掣動單元具有一可平行於該軸線移動地設置於該第一凹槽中的第一掣動件、一可平行於該軸線移動地設置在該第二凹槽中的第二掣動件及一連接於該第二掣動件且平行於該軸線的連動件,該第二掣動件具有一凸柱,第二掣 動件可平行於該軸線移動地設置在該沉凹部中,該凸柱可平行於該軸線移動地設置在該沉孔中,該連動件具有一對相反設置的側緣及一對分別設置於該等側緣且可滑動地與該等導引件互相套合的導滑部,該等導滑部呈中空筒狀。該致動單元具有一連接於該連動件的固定座、一安裝於該固定座的致動件及一沿一平行於該軸線之中心線延伸且受該致動件驅動的致動軸,該致動軸可驅動該第一掣動件相對於該第一側座產生位移,並具有一螺鎖於該第一掣動件的螺紋部,啟動該致動件,該致動軸可帶動該第一掣動件平行於該軸線產生位移,並掣動該第一來令片相對於該第一端面產生靠抵或遠離,並透過該固定座與該連動件牽動該第二掣動件沿該中心線產生位移,且使該第二來令片相對於該第二端面產生靠抵或遠離。
本發明之功效在於:利用該連動件的導滑部可滑動地套設於該等導引件的作用,可使該掣動單元的自由度受到限制,且可提昇剎車的穩定度。

參閱圖1、圖2及圖3,本發明電子式駐車卡鉗100之一實施例,與一剎車碟片200配合使用,該剎車碟片200具有垂直於一軸線L1的一第一端面210及一與該第一端面210相反的第二端面220,該駐車卡鉗100包含一本體單元10、一來令片單元20、一掣動單元30及一致動單元40。
該本體單元10具有一對應於該第一端面210的第一側座11及一對應於該第二端面220且連結於該第一側座11一側的第二側座12及一對間隔設置且連接於該第一側座11與該第二側座12之間的導引件13。
該第一側座11具有一相鄰於該第一端面210的第一凹槽111、一可由外側面貫穿至該第一凹槽111且沿一平行於該軸線L1的中心線L2設置的軸孔112,另外,該第一側座11還具有一對設於頂部且可供該等導引件13固定的第一凸耳113及一對相反於該第一凹槽111且平行於該軸線L1的導軌115,該等第一凸耳113各具有一螺孔114。

該掣動單元30具有一可平行於該軸線L1且沿該中心線L2移動地設置於該第一凹槽111中的第一掣動件31、一可平行於 該軸線L1且沿該中心線L2移動地設置於該第二凹槽121中的第二掣動件32、一連接於該第二掣動件32且平行於該軸線L1、該中心線L2的連動件33。該第一掣動件31設置在該第一側座11與該第一定位件21之間,並具有一可伸設在該軸孔112中且沿該中心線L2設置的延伸管部311及一設置在該延伸管部311中且沿該中心線L2設置的螺孔312。該第二掣動件32設置在該第二側座12與該第二定位件23之間,且可平行於該軸線L1移動地設置在該沉凹部122中,該第二掣動件32具有一凸柱321,該凸柱321可平行於該軸線L1移動地設置在該沉孔123中。
本實施例中,該連動件33與第二掣動件32一體成型,並具有一對應於該第一側座11的第一側端331、一相反於該第一側端331且連接於該第二掣動件32的第二側端332、一對相反設置且連接於該第一側端331與該第二側端332之間的側緣333及一對分別設置於該等側緣333且可滑動地套設於該等導引件13的導滑部334,該等導滑部334各具有一平行於該軸線L1的穿孔335及一迫緊套設於該穿孔335中的自潤軸承336,該等導引件13穿設於該等自潤軸承336中。
該致動單元40具有一鎖接於該連動件33之第一側端331的固定座41、一透過該固定座41也連接於該掣動單元30的致動 件42、一沿該中心線L2相對於該固定座41產生定位的軸套43及一沿該中心線L2延伸且受該致動件42驅動的致動軸44。
該固定座41位於該第一側座11外側,並具有一沿該中心線L2設置的圓孔411及二分設於該圓孔411兩側且可供該等導軌115穿過的導孔412。
該致動件42固設在該固定座41上,本實施例的致動件42為馬達及減速輪組的組合(為現有技術且圖未示),並具有一對應該圓孔411且可驅動該致動軸44轉動的出力部421。
該軸套43具有一沿該中心線L2設置且呈中空的套管部431及一設置於該套管部431中的肩面432,該第一掣動件31的延伸管部311伸設在該套管部431中。
該致動軸44沿該中心線L2穿過固定座41的圓孔411而軸設在該軸套43中,且可驅動該第一掣動件31沿該中心線L2相對於該本體單元10產生位移,並具有一抵止在該軸套43之肩面432的擋環部441、一設於該擋環部441一側且擋止在該固定座41外側的扣環442及一設於該擋環部441另一側且螺合於該螺孔312的螺紋部443,利用該擋環部441抵止在該軸套43之肩面432,以及該扣環442擋止在該固定座41外側,可使該致動軸44沿該中心線L2相對於該固定座41、該致動件42及該軸套43產生定位。
再如圖1、圖2及圖5所示,在該駐車卡鉗100整體組配完成,且相對於該剎車碟片200安裝定位時,在使用正常狀態下,該第一來令片22與該第一端面210,以及該第二來令片24與該第二端面220之間分別存在一間隙50,所以該剎車碟片200可自由轉動,而呈未剎車。
如圖6所示,當欲駐車時,操作者啟動該致動單元40的致動件42,該出力部421驅動該致動軸44產生轉動,且利用該擋環部441抵止在該軸套43之肩面432,以及該扣環442擋止在該固定座41外側,可使該致動軸44沿該中心線L2相對於該固定座41、該致動件42及該軸套43產生定位,並可相對於該固定座41產生原地轉動,且利用該螺紋部443與該第一掣動件31的螺孔312呈螺合的作用,會驅動該第一掣動件31沿該中心線L2朝該剎車碟片200產生位移,且使該來令片單元20的第一定位件21及該第一來令片22受該第一掣動件31之推掣,而相對於該第一端面210產生靠抵,此時,原本介於該第一端面210與該第一來令片22之間的間隙50消除,但是在該第一側座11與該第一掣動件31之間會產生另一間隙50’,而該第二來令片24因未被驅動,所以與該第二端面220之間仍存在有該間隙50。
再如圖7所示,在該致動單元40的致動件42繼續啟動的狀態下,因為該第一來令片22已靠抵定位於該第一端面210上,則 也因為該致動軸44的擋環部441抵止在該軸套43之肩面432,以及該扣環442擋止在該固定座41外側,而使該致動軸44沿該中心線L2相對於該固定座41、該致動件42及該軸套43產生定位的作用,該致動軸44繼續轉動時會在該第一掣動件31相對於該中心線L2已定位的狀態下,令該致動軸44相對於該第一掣動件31產生旋出的作用,且使該致動單元40的固定座41帶動該致動件42、該連動件33同時朝圖7的左側位移,且利用該連動件33與該第二掣動件32連接呈一體的作用,也會使得該來令片單元20的第二定位件23及該第二來令片24受該第二掣動件32之推掣,而相對於該第二端面220產生靠抵,且利用該等導孔412與該等導軌115的配合作用(參圖1),可使得該固定座41相對於該第一側座11可相對位移相當順暢,此時,原本介於該第二端面220與該第二來令片24之間的間隙50消除,但是在該第二側座12與該第二掣動件32之間會產生另一間隙50”。亦即,在該致動單元40的固定座41帶動該致動件42沿該中心線L2朝圖7左側位移時,透過該連動件33牽動該第二掣動件32沿該中心線L2產生位移,且使該第一來令片22、第二來令片24分別相對於該第一端面210、第二端面220產生靠抵,就可達到駐車目的。
在上述剎車動作操作過程中,該連動件33的導滑部334利用該等自潤軸承336的設置,可相對於該等導引件13產生順暢滑 動,且也利用該連動件33的導滑部334與該等導引件13的配合,可使該連動件33沿垂直於該軸線L1的兩個垂直軸向的自由度受到限制,再者,也利用該第二掣動件32的凸柱321可移動地設置在該沉孔123中的作用,可使該第二側座12對該凸柱321沿垂直於該軸線L1的兩個垂直軸向生自由度的限制,即使是在緊急強力剎車時,該掣動單元30也不會翹起,可提高剎車穩定性。
當操作者再次啟動該致動單元40的致動件42,該出力部421驅動該致動軸44產生反向轉動,即可再帶動該第一來令片22、該第二來令片24由圖7的剎車狀態回復成圖6的狀態,再由圖6的狀態回復成圖5的正常未剎車的狀態,在上述操作中,利用該剎車碟片200掣動該第一來令片22、該第二來令片24的作用,又可使得該第一來令片22、該第二來令片24回復呈圖5的正常未剎車的狀態,能確實地遠離於該剎車碟片200。
因此,本發明啟動該致動件42時,利用該致動軸44驅動該第一掣動件31及該第一來令片22相對於該第一端面210產生位移,再透過該連動件33牽動該第二掣動件32及該第二來令片24相對於該第二端面220產生位移,不但能達到駐車目的,且更可確保剎車動作產生時,該駐車卡鉗具有較佳的穩定性。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明 書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種電子式駐車卡鉗,與一剎車碟片配合使用,該剎車碟片具有垂直於一軸線的一第一端面及一與該第一端面相反的第二端面,該駐車卡鉗包含:一本體單元,具有一對應於該第一端面的第一側座、一對應於該第二端面且連結於該第一側座一側的第二側座及一對間隔設置且連接於該第一側座與該第二側座之間的導引件,該第一側座具有一相鄰於該第一端面的第一凹槽,該第二側座具有一相鄰於該第二端面的第二凹槽、一由該第二凹槽凹設且呈U形的沉凹部及一與該沉凹部相鄰連通的沉孔,該第一凹槽與該第二凹槽互相對合成一開孔,該等導引件平行該軸線且呈長桿狀,橫設於該開口中;一來令片單元,具有一可平行於該軸線移動地設置於該第一凹槽中的第一定位件、一固設在該第一定位件的第一來令片、一可平行於該軸線移動地設置於該第二凹槽中的第二定位件及一固設在該第二定位件的第二來令片,該第一來令片相鄰於該第一端面,該第二來令片相鄰於該第二端面;一掣動單元,具有一可平行於該軸線移動地設置於該第一凹槽中的第一掣動件、一可平行於該軸線移動地設置在該第二凹槽中的第二掣動件及一連接於該第二掣動件且平行於該軸線的連動件,該第二掣動件具有一凸柱,第二掣動件可平行於該軸線移動地設置在該沉凹部中,該凸柱可平行於該軸線移動地設置在該沉孔中,該連動件具有 一對相反設置的側緣及一對分別設置於該等側緣且可滑動地與該等導引件互相套合的導滑部,該等導滑部呈中空筒狀;及一致動單元,具有一連接於該連動件的固定座、一安裝於該固定座的致動件及一沿一平行於該軸線之中心線延伸且受該致動件驅動的致動軸,該致動軸可驅動該第一掣動件相對於該第一側座產生位移,並具有一螺鎖於該第一掣動件的螺紋部,啟動該致動件,該致動軸可帶動該第一掣動件平行於該軸線產生位移,並掣動該第一來令片相對於該第一端面產生靠抵或遠離,並透過該固定座與該連動件牽動該第二掣動件沿該中心線產生位移,且使該第二來令片相對於該第二端面產生靠抵或遠離。
  2. 如請求項1所述的電子式駐車卡鉗,其中,該掣動單元的第二掣動件與該連動件一體成型。
  3. 如請求項1所述的電子式駐車卡鉗,其中,該掣動單元的該等導滑部各具有一平行於該軸線的穿孔及一迫緊套設於該穿孔中的自潤軸承,該本體單元的該等導引件穿設於該等自潤軸承中。
  4. 如請求項3所述的電子式駐車卡鉗,其中,該本體單元的該等導引件各具有一對應於該第一側座的第一端及一對應於該第二側座的第二端,該第一側座具有一對供該等導引件的第一端固定的第一凸耳,該第二側座具有一對供該等導引件的第二端固定的第二凸耳。
  5. 如請求項4所述的電子式駐車卡鉗,其中,該本體單元的該等導引件還各具有一設於該第一端的螺紋部及一設於該第二端的頭部,該第一側座的第一凸耳各具有一供該等螺紋部螺鎖定位的螺孔,該第二側座的第二凸耳各具有一供該等頭部卡止定位的階級孔。
