Description
本發明涉及一種隱形眼鏡用組成物,特別是涉及一種用於隱形眼鏡保存包裝液的隱形眼鏡用組成物。本發明進一步涉及一種隱形眼鏡的保養方法。
按,資訊社會來臨後,大量使用電腦與智慧型手機的結果,不僅導致國人近視的比率不斷升高,近視年齡層也有逐年下降的趨勢。考慮到方便性與美觀性,隱形眼鏡是一種非常有價值的選擇,然大多數視力不佳的人都有長時間配戴隱形眼鏡的習慣,即便現有的隱形眼鏡的材質已經過不斷的改良以符合各種需求(如高含水、高透氧等),使用者仍會因鏡片所含的水分減少而感到眼睛乾澀,及因鏡片上的汙物和淤積物而感到眼睛不適(如搔癢、刺痛等);因此,目前亟需一種可對隱形眼鏡進行清潔、再濕潤及保存的保養溶液。
本發明所要解決的技術問題在於,針對現有技術的不足提供一種隱形眼鏡用組成物及隱形眼鏡的保養方法,讓使用者在剛開始配戴及長時間連續配戴隱形眼鏡時都能保持眼睛舒適。
為了解決上述的技術問題,本發明所採用的其中一技術方案是,提供一種隱形眼鏡用組成物,其特徵在於,所述隱形眼鏡用組成物包含清涼劑以及介面活性劑,且所述介面活性劑包含月桂
醯乳酸鈉(sodium lauroyl lactylate)、聚氧乙烯月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯鹽(polyoxyethylene laureth sulfate)、聚氧丙烯二醇(polyoxypropylene glycol)、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油(polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil)、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮(PVP)、SDS、TWEEN 80TM以及GEROPONTM SBFA-30之中的一種或兩種以上的組合。
為了解決上述的技術問題,本發明所採用的另一技術方案是,提供一種隱形眼鏡的保養方法,其包括以下步驟:提供一液態組成物,其包含清涼劑以及介面活性劑,其中所述介面活性劑包含月桂醯乳酸鈉(sodium lauroyl lactylate)、聚氧乙烯月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯鹽(polyoxyethylene laureth sulfate)、聚氧丙烯二醇(polyoxypropylene glycol)、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油(polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil)、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮(PVP)、SDS、TWEEN 80TM以及GEROPONTM SBFA-30之中的一種或兩種以上的組合;以及將所述液態組成物與一隱形眼鏡的鏡面充分接觸。
優選地,所述介面活性劑的含量介於0.001%(w/v)至0.5%(w/v)之間。
優選地,所述清涼劑包含薄荷醇、樟腦、冰片、乳酸薄荷醇酯(menthyl lactate)、薄荷酮甘油縮酮(menthone-glycerol ketal)、琥珀酸單薄荷酯(monomethyl succinate)以及對薄荷烷-3,8-二醇(p-menthane-3,8-diol)之中的一種或兩種以上的組合。
優選地,所述清涼劑為薄荷醇。
優選地,所述清涼劑的含量介於0.001%(w/v)至0.25%(w/v)之間。
優選地,所述液態組成物進一步包含水溶性聚合物,所述水溶性聚合物包含聚乙二醇(PEG400)、丙烯酸甲酯磷酸膽鹼(MPC)以及玻尿酸(hyaluronic acid)之中的一種或兩種以上的組合。
優選地,所述水溶性聚合物包含聚乙二醇與丙烯酸甲酯磷酸膽鹼,且聚乙二醇與丙烯酸甲酯磷酸膽鹼的重量比例為1:20。
優選地,所述水溶性聚合物的含量介於0.05%(w/v)至5%(w/v)之間。
優選地,所述液態組成物進一步包含緩衝劑,所述緩衝劑包含硼酸以及四硼酸鈉。
本發明的有益效果在於,本發明技術方案所提供的隱形眼鏡用組成物,其通過清涼劑與介面活性劑的配伍使用,其中介面活性劑包含月桂醯乳酸鈉(sodium lauroyl lactylate)、聚氧乙烯月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯鹽(polyoxyethylene laureth sulfate)、聚氧丙烯二醇(polyoxypropylene glycol)、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油(polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil)、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮(PVP)、SDS、TWEEN 80TM以及GEROPONTM SBFA-30之中的一種或兩種以上的組合,能更好的發揮清涼劑的使用效果,並能消除或舒緩隱形眼鏡配戴者眼睛的不適感和異物感與長時間維持眼睛於潤滑、濕潤與清涼的狀態。

以下是通過特定的具體實施例來說明本發明所公開有關“隱形眼鏡用組成物”的實施方式,本領域技術人員可由本說明書所公開的內容瞭解本發明的優點與效果。本發明可通過其他不同的具體實施例加以施行或應用,本說明書中的各項細節也可基於不同觀點與應用,在不悖離本發明的精神下進行各種修飾與變更。另外,本發明的附圖僅為簡單示意說明,並非依實際尺寸的描繪,事先聲明。以下的實施方式將進一步詳細說明本發明的相關技術
內容,但所公開的內容並非用以限制本發明的保護範圍。
請參閱圖1,本發明實施例所提供的隱形眼鏡用組成物能作為隱形眼鏡保存液與隱形眼鏡一起被裝入密封包裝容器內。於實際應用中,隱形眼鏡是浸泡於組成物中以與組成物保持充分接觸,直到使用者欲配戴隱形眼鏡時,才將隱形眼鏡從組成物中取出,並將其配戴於眼球上。更進一步地說,當隱形眼鏡浸泡於組成物中時,組成物中的成分便會吸附於隱形眼鏡上,一旦隱形眼鏡被移貼到眼球上,此等成分將進入到眼球中。
本發明實施例所提供的隱形眼鏡用組成物對軟式隱形眼鏡及硬式隱形眼鏡均適用,其中軟式隱形眼鏡可以是使用水凝膠的含水性軟式隱形眼鏡(水凝膠隱形眼鏡),也可以是使用丁基丙烯酸酯與丁基甲基丙烯酸酯之共聚物的非含水性軟式隱形眼鏡。更進一步地說,本發明之隱形眼鏡用組成物適用於依美國食品藥物管理局(FDA)分類,屬於I~IV組中之任何一種:alphafilcon、asmofilcon、balafilcon、ethafilcon、hefilcon、hilafilcon、lidofilcon、lotrafilcon、methafilcon)、nelfilcon、ocufilcon、omafilcon、phemfilcon、polymacon、tefilcon、tetrafilcon、vasurfilcon、vifilcon、senofilcon、galyfilcon、enfilcon、comfilcon、narafilcon、delefilcon、efrofilcon、FILICON II 3等。
本發明實施例所提供的隱形眼鏡用組成物,主要包含液態基質以及均勻分散於液態基質中的清涼劑、介面活性劑與水溶性聚合物。
本實施例中,液態基質可選用含硼酸緩衝劑或磷酸緩衝劑的生理食鹽水,其中硼酸緩衝劑與磷酸緩衝劑具有pH緩衝作用,以將本發明組成物的pH值調整到約6.8~7.6的範圍內;此外,液態基質可包含適量的氯化鈉或氯化鉀,以將本發明組成物的滲透壓維持在約250Osmol/Kg~350Osmol/Kg的範圍內。
硼酸緩衝劑可選用硼酸或硼酸鹽(如四硼酸鈉),磷酸緩衝劑可
選用磷酸或磷酸鹽(如磷酸一氫鈉、磷酸二氫鈉等);須說明的是,液態基質中可單獨使用一種緩衝劑,也可組合使用兩種或兩種以上不同的緩衝劑,且緩衝劑的濃度可根據所使用的緩衝劑的種類或其他配合成分的種類做適當調整。
清涼劑被添加用於消除或舒緩眼睛的不適感和異物感,並給予眼睛清涼感。清涼劑包含薄荷醇、樟腦、冰片、乳酸薄荷醇酯(menthyl lactate)、薄荷酮甘油縮酮(menthone-glycerol ketal)、琥珀酸單薄荷酯(monomethyl succinate)以及對薄荷烷-3,8-二醇(p-menthane-3,8-diol)之中的一種或兩種以上的組合,清涼劑的含量可介於0.001%(w/v)至0.5%(w/v)之間,且優選為0.001%(w/v)至0.25%(w/v)之間,避免太過刺激眼球。
介面活性劑被添加用於對隱形眼鏡進行清潔,以清除鏡片上的油脂、淤積物等,並提高隱形眼鏡的滑潤和濕潤性。介面活性劑包含月桂醯乳酸鈉(sodium lauroyl lactylate)、聚氧乙烯月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯鹽(polyoxyethylene laureth sulfate)、聚氧丙烯二醇(polyoxypropylene glycol)、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油(polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil)、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮(PVP)、SDS、TWEEN 80TM以及GEROPONTM SBFA-30之中的一種或兩種以上的組合,介面活性劑的含量可介於0.001%(w/v)至2%(w/v)之間,且優選為0.001%(w/v)至0.5%(w/v)之間。
值得說明的是,本發明選用特定的介面活性劑與清涼劑配伍使用,能更好的發揮清涼劑的效果,例如,清涼劑能有效地緩解眼睛疲勞、乾澀、搔癢和疼痛等症狀,並能長時間維持眼睛的清涼感。
水溶性聚合物的添加有助於隱形眼鏡的潤滑和保濕,除此之外,水溶性聚合物也有助於將組成物中對眼睛有益的成分保留在隱形眼鏡上,例如,若組成物中含有維生素(如維生素A、維生素B群、維生素E等),則水溶性聚合物能與維生素發生交互作用,
以增加維生素的吸附量同時避免維生素迅速流失。水溶性聚合物包含聚乙二醇(PEG400)、丙烯酸甲酯磷酸膽鹼(MPC)以及玻尿酸(hyaluronic acid之中的一種或兩種以上的組合,其中又以同時使用聚乙二醇與丙烯酸甲酯磷酸膽鹼,並按1:20的重量比例添加為最佳;水溶性聚合物的含量可介於0.002%(w/v)至10%(w/v)之間,且優選為0.05%(w/v)至5%(w/v)之間。
請參閱圖2,基於上述的隱形眼鏡用組成物,本發明另提供的一種隱形眼鏡的保養方法。如圖2所示,隱形眼鏡的保養方法S100首先執行步驟S102,提供一液態組成物,其包含清涼劑以及介面活性劑,其中所述介面活性劑包含月桂醯乳酸鈉(sodium lauroyl lactylate)、聚氧乙烯月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯鹽(polyoxyethylene laureth sulfate)、聚氧丙烯二醇(polyoxypropylene glycol)、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油(polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil)、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮(PVP)、SDS、TWEEN 80TM以及GEROPONTM SBFA-30之中的一種或兩種以上的組合。然後,執行步驟S104,將所述液態組成物與一隱形眼鏡的鏡面充分接觸。
本文中使用的術語“接觸”,可以是通過將隱形眼鏡浸泡於液態組成物中而實現的接觸,也可以是利用液態組成物來潤洗(rinsing)隱形眼鏡而實現的接觸。
表1中列出幾個代表性實施例與比較例,使用實施例與比較例之隱形眼鏡用組成物,分別與隱形眼鏡鏡片充分接觸,並在剛剛戴上隱形眼鏡與戴上30分鐘及1小時後,用VAS法(Visual Analogue Scale:視覺上的評價規模)對潤滑感、舒適感、涼感與濕潤感等項目進行評價,對每一個評價項目都計算出3名(6眼)的分數平均值,結果顯示於表2。

本發明實施例所提供的隱形眼鏡用組成物,其通過清涼劑與介面活性劑的配伍使用,其中介面活性劑包含月桂醯乳酸鈉(sodium lauroyl lactylate)、聚氧乙烯月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯鹽(polyoxyethylene laureth sulfate)、聚氧丙烯二醇(polyoxypropylene glycol)、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油(polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil)、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮(PVP)、SDS、TWEEN 80TM以及GEROPONTM SBFA-30之中的一種或兩種以上的組合,能更好的發揮清涼劑的使用效果,並能消除或舒緩隱形眼鏡配戴者眼睛的不適感和異物感與長時間維持眼睛於潤滑、濕潤與清涼的狀態。

- 一種隱形眼鏡用組成物,其包含清涼劑、介面活性劑以及水溶性聚合物,其特徵在於,所述介面活性劑包含月桂醯乳酸鈉(sodium lauroyl lactylate)、聚氧乙烯月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯鹽(polyoxyethylene laureth sulfate)、聚氧丙烯二醇(polyoxypropylene glycol)、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油(polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil)、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮(PVP)、SDS、TWEEN 80TM以及GEROPONTM SBFA-30之中的一種或兩種以上的組合,所述水溶性聚合物包含聚乙二醇與丙烯酸甲酯磷酸膽鹼,且聚乙二醇與丙烯酸甲酯磷酸膽鹼的重量比例為1:20。
- 如請求項1所述的隱形眼鏡用組成物,其中,所述介面活性劑的含量介於0.001%(w/v)至0.5%(w/v)之間。
- 如請求項1所述的隱形眼鏡用組成物,其中,所述清涼劑包含薄荷醇、樟腦、冰片、乳酸薄荷醇酯(menthyl lactate)、薄荷酮甘油縮酮(menthone-glycerol ketal)、琥珀酸單薄荷酯(monomethyl succinate)以及對薄荷烷-3,8-二醇(p-menthane-3,8-diol)之中的一種或兩種以上的組合。
- 如請求項1所述的隱形眼鏡用組成物,其中,所述清涼劑為薄荷醇。
- 如請求項3或4所述的隱形眼鏡用組成物,其中,所述清涼劑的含量介於0.001%(w/v)至0.25%(w/v)之間。
- 如請求項1所述的隱形眼鏡用組成物,其中,所述水溶性聚合物的含量介於0.05%(w/v)至5%(w/v)之間。
- 如請求項1所述的隱形眼鏡用組成物,進一步包含緩衝劑,所述緩衝劑包含硼酸以及四硼酸鈉。
- 一種隱形眼鏡的保養方法,其包括以下步驟: 提供一液態組成物,其包含清涼劑、介面活性劑以及水溶性聚合物,其中所述介面活性劑包含月桂醯乳酸鈉(sodium lauroyl lactylate)、聚氧乙烯月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯鹽(polyoxyethylene laureth sulfate)、聚氧丙烯二醇(polyoxypropylene glycol)、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油(polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil)、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮(PVP)、SDS、TWEEN 80TM以及GEROPONTM SBFA-30之中的一種或兩種以上的組合,所述水溶性聚合物包含聚乙二醇與丙烯酸甲酯磷酸膽鹼,且聚乙二醇與丙烯酸甲酯磷酸膽鹼的重量比例為1:20;以及將所述液態組成物與一隱形眼鏡的鏡面充分接觸。
- 如請求項8所述的隱形眼鏡的保養方法,其中,所述介面活性劑的含量介於0.001%(w/v)至0.5%(w/v)之間。
- 如請求項8所述的隱形眼鏡的保養方法,其中,所述清涼劑包含薄荷醇、樟腦、冰片、乳酸薄荷醇酯(menthyl lactate)、薄荷酮甘油縮酮(menthone-glycerol ketal)、琥珀酸單薄荷酯(monomethyl succinate)以及對薄荷烷-3,8-二醇(p-menthane-3,8-diol)之中的一種或兩種以上的組合。
- 如請求項8所述的隱形眼鏡的保養方法,其中,所述清涼劑為薄荷醇。
- 如請求項10或11所述的隱形眼鏡的保養方法,其中,所述清涼劑的含量介於0.001%(w/v)至0.25%(w/v)之間。
- 如請求項8所述的隱形眼鏡的保養方法,其中,所述水溶性聚合物的含量介於0.05%(w/v)至5%(w/v)之間。
- 如請求項8所述的隱形眼鏡的保養方法,其中,所述液態組成物進一步包含緩衝劑,所述緩衝劑包含硼酸以及四硼酸鈉。
