本發明公開一種能增加濕潤感的隱形眼鏡溶液及隱形眼鏡產品,其中隱形眼鏡溶液包含一舒適性增強成分。舒適性增強成分的含量,以隱形眼鏡溶液的總量為100wt%計,為0.01wt%至3wt%,舒適性增強成分具有麩胺酸單體,且舒適性增強成分的分子量為3000Dalton至1,500,000Dalton,如此隱形眼鏡溶液可具有介於1cps至3cps之間的黏度。藉此,本發明能有效提升隱形眼鏡的配戴舒適度。

本發明涉及一種隱形眼鏡溶液,特別是涉及一種能增加濕潤感的隱形眼鏡溶液,例如隱形眼鏡的包裝溶液、儲存溶液、清潔溶液或養護溶液,以及使用其的隱形眼鏡產品。
資訊社會來臨後,頻繁使用智慧型手機或電腦等3C產品的結果,不僅導致國人罹患近視的比率不斷升高,近視年齡層也有逐年下降的趨勢。考慮到美觀性與使用方便性,配戴隱形眼鏡是一種非常有價值的選擇。
由於大多數視力不佳的人都有長時間配戴隱形眼鏡的習慣,配戴隱形眼鏡時的舒適度就顯得非常重要。配戴隱形眼鏡時,鏡片的透氧率、保濕力與潤滑度等,都是決定舒適度的重要指標。雖然隱形眼鏡在材質經過不斷改良之後,鏡片的透氧率、保濕力與潤滑度等特性均有所改善,但是依使用環境與配戴者眼睛的健康狀況不同,配戴者的眼睛,隨著配戴隱形眼鏡的時間增加,容易因缺氧、缺水而感到不適,甚至引發角膜受傷、病變,尤其長時間處於冷氣房。
通常,在隱形眼鏡保養液中添加保濕劑(如:甘油),只能減緩配戴隱形眼鏡時的不適感。因此,目前亟需一種新穎的眼科配方來與隱形眼鏡配合使用,以提升配戴隱形眼鏡時的舒適感,並讓眼角膜保持健康狀態。
本發明所要解決的技術問題在於,針對現有技術的不足提供一種能增加濕潤感的隱形眼鏡溶液,其能長時間維持眼睛的舒適。並且,提供一種使用此隱形眼鏡溶液的隱形眼鏡產品
為了解決上述的技術問題,本發明所採用的其中一技術方案是,提供一種能增加濕潤感的隱形眼鏡溶液,其包含一舒適性增強成分,其中所述舒適性增強成分的含量,以所述隱形眼鏡溶液的總量為100wt%計,為0.01wt%至3wt%,所述舒適性增強成分具有麩胺酸單體,且所述舒適性增強成分的分子量為3000Dalton至1,500,000Dalton,其中所述隱形眼鏡溶液的黏度為1cps至3cps。

在本發明的一實施例中,所述硼酸鹽緩衝劑包含硼酸、氯化鈉以及硼酸鈉中的至少一種。
在本發明的一實施例中,所述磷酸鹽緩衝劑包含氯化鈉、
磷酸二氫鈉、磷酸氫二鈉、磷酸二氫鉀以及磷酸氫二鉀中的至少一種。
在本發明的一實施例中,所述隱形眼鏡溶液還進一步包含一親水性分子,所述親水性分子的含量,以所述隱形眼鏡溶液的總量為100wt%計,為0.01wt%至5wt%,其中,所述親水性分子選自聚乙烯醇、纖維素及其衍生物、聚乙二醇、棕櫚酸、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮及其共聚物、2-甲基丙烯醯氧乙基磷酸膽鹼及其共聚物以及玻尿酸中的至少一種。
在本發明的一實施例中,所述隱形眼鏡溶液還進一步包含至少一功能性添加劑,所述功能性添加劑的含量,以所述隱形眼鏡溶液的總量為100wt%計,為0.01wt%至5wt%,其中,所述功能性添加劑選自抗菌劑、維生素或其組合。
在本發明的一實施例中,所述隱形眼鏡溶液的pH值為6至8,且滲透壓為250Osmol/Kg至450Osmol/Kg。
為了解決上述的技術問題,本發明所採用的另外一技術方案是,提供一種隱形眼鏡產品,其包括一包裝結構、一具有前述配方的隱形眼鏡溶液以及一隱形眼鏡鏡片,所述隱形眼鏡溶液與所述隱形眼鏡鏡片一起被密封在所述包裝結構內,且所述隱形眼鏡鏡片浸泡於所述隱形眼鏡溶液中。
本發明的其中一有益效果在於,本發明的能增加濕潤感的隱形眼鏡溶液及隱形眼鏡產品,其能通過“舒適性增強成分的含量為0.01wt%至3wt%,且舒適性增強成分具有麩胺酸單體”的技術方案,以提升有效提升隱形眼鏡的配戴舒適度,並讓眼角膜保持健康狀態。

以下是通過特定的具體實施例來說明本發明所公開有關“能增加濕潤感的隱形眼鏡溶液及隱形眼鏡產品”的實施方式,本領域技術人員可由本說明書所公開的內容瞭解本發明的優點與效果。本發明可通過其他不同的具體實施例加以施行或應用,本說明書中的各項細節也可基於不同觀點與應用,在不悖離本發明的構思下進行各種修改與變更。另外,本發明的附圖僅為簡單示意說明,並非依實際尺寸的描繪,事先聲明。以下的實施方式將進一步詳細說明本發明的相關技術內容,但所公開的內容並非用以限制本發明的保護範圍。

為了增進隱形眼鏡的配戴舒適感,本發明提供一種隱形眼
鏡溶液,其主要包含一眼科可接受的液體媒介(如水)以及一舒適性增強成分;液體媒介的含量,以隱形眼鏡溶液的總量為100wt%計,可為75wt%至99wt%,較佳為85wt%至99wt%。本發明的隱形眼鏡溶液可作為隱形眼鏡的包裝溶液、儲存溶液、清潔溶液或養護溶液,但不限於此。
使用時,可以適當的方式將隱形眼鏡鏡片與隱形眼鏡溶液接觸,使有效量的舒適性增強成分附著於隱形眼鏡鏡片上,然後再將隱形眼鏡鏡片戴於眼睛上。舉例來說,可將隱形眼鏡鏡片浸泡於隱形眼鏡溶液中一段時間,或將隱形眼鏡溶液滴於隱形眼鏡鏡片表面;然而,本發明不以上述所舉的例子為限。本文中術語“有效量(effective amount)”是指一用量可傳遞足夠量的舒適性增強成分至隱形眼鏡鏡片產生保濕和潤滑效果。
在本實施例中,舒適性增強成分至少具有麩胺酸單體,且具有高吸水性和黏滯性。在舒適性增強成分的存在下,隱形眼鏡溶液具有介於1cps至3cps之間的黏度。進一步而言,舒適性增強成分可選自γ-聚麩胺酸(poly-gamma-glutamic acid,γ-PGA)、其鹽類以及γ-聚麩胺酸酯(poly-gamma-glutamate)中的至少一種;舒適性增強成分的分子量可為3000Dalton至1,500,000Dalton;舒適性增強成分的含量,以隱形眼鏡溶液的總量為100wt%計,為0.01wt%至3wt%(如0.05wt%、0.1wt%、0.2wt%、0.3wt%、0.4wt%、0.5wt%、0.6wt%、0.7wt%、0.8wt%、0.9wt%、1.0wt%、1.5wt%、2.0wt%或2.5wt%)。
值得說明的是,當本發明的隱形眼鏡溶液與隱形眼鏡鏡片充分接觸時,舒適性增強成分可以在隱形眼鏡鏡片表面上形成一層薄膜;此薄膜具有良好的透氧性、表面親水性、濕潤性及潤滑性,而能有效提升隱形眼鏡的配戴隱舒適度。
本發明的隱形眼鏡溶液還可包含緩衝劑、表面活性劑、親
水性分子及其他功能性添加劑。緩衝劑可以協助調節隱形眼鏡溶液的酸鹼值pH和滲透壓,從而隱形眼鏡溶液可以發揮預期的效果,即對眼睛提供有益效果。隱形眼鏡溶液的pH值可為6至8,隱形眼鏡溶液的滲透壓可為250Osmol/Kg至450Osmol/Kg。
在本實施例中,緩衝劑可為硼酸鹽或磷酸鹽緩衝劑;緩衝劑的含量,以隱形眼鏡溶液的總量為100wt%計,可為大於0且小於5wt%(如0.5wt%、1wt%、1.5wt%、2wt%、2.5wt%、3wt%、3.5wt%或4wt%)。硼酸鹽緩衝劑可包含硼酸、氯化鈉及硼酸鹽(如四硼酸鈉),但不限於此。磷酸鹽緩衝劑可包含氯化鈉及磷酸鹽(如磷酸二氫鈉、磷酸氫二鈉、磷酸二氫鉀及磷酸氫二鉀等),但不限於此。
表面活性劑可以更好的發揮舒適性增強劑的效果;表面活性劑可選自聚山梨醇酯80(TWEEN 80)、磺基丁二酸烷基酯(SBFA 30)、聚乙二醇、聚氧丙烯二醇(polyoxypropylene glycol)、十二烷基硫酸鈉(sodium dodecyl sulfate,SDS)及月桂基硫酸鈉(sodium lauryl sulfate,SLS)中的至少一種,但不限於此。表面活性劑的含量,以隱形眼鏡溶液的總量為100wt%計,可為0.01wt%至2wt%,優選為0.01wt%至1wt%(如0.05wt%、0.1wt%、0.2wt%、0.3wt%、0.4wt%、0.5wt%、0.6wt%、0.7wt%、0.8wt%或0.9wt%)。
親水性分子可以增加眼睛的濕潤感。親水性分子可選自聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)、纖維素及其衍生物、聚乙二醇(polyethylene glycol,PEG)、棕櫚酸、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮(polyvinylpyrrolidone,PVP)及其共聚物、2-甲基丙烯醯氧乙基磷酸膽鹼(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine,MPC)及共聚物以及玻尿酸(hyaluronic acid)中的至少一種,但不限於此。親水性分子的總量為100wt%計,可為0.01wt%至5wt%,較佳為0.01wt%至3wt%(如0.5wt%、1
wt%、1.5wt%、2wt%或2.5wt%)。纖維素及其衍生物可舉出:羥丙基甲基纖維素(hydroxypropyl methylcellulose,HPMC)、羧甲基纖維素(carboxymethyl cellulose,CMC)、甲基纖維素(methyl cellulose,MC)、羥乙基纖維素(hydroxyethyl cellulose,HEC)、陽離子纖維素衍生物等。
功能性添加劑可選自抗菌劑、維生素、類黃酮物質及多酚類物質中的至少一種,但不限於此。功能性添加劑的含量,以隱形眼鏡溶液的總量為100wt%計,可為0.01wt%至5wt%。抗菌劑的具體例包括:聚六亞甲基雙胍(polyhexamethylene biguanide,PHMB)、聚六亞甲基雙胍的水溶性鹽、聚胺丙基雙胍(polyaminopropyl biguanide,PAPB)及聚胺丙基雙胍的水溶性鹽等;維生素的具體例包括:維生素B6(鹽酸吡多醇,pyridoxine hydrochloride)、維生素B12(氰鈷胺,cyanocobalamin)及維生素E(人工合成的α-生育酚,DL-alpha-tocopherol)。然而,本發明不以上述所舉的例子為限。
表1中列出本發明的隱形眼鏡溶液的幾個代表性實驗例,然而,本發明不以上述所舉的例子為限。
參閱圖1及圖2所示,本發明的隱形眼鏡產品100的其中一較佳實施方式為隱形眼鏡包裝,其包括:一包裝結構110、一隱形眼鏡溶液120及一隱形眼鏡鏡片130。隱形眼鏡溶液120與隱形眼鏡鏡片130一起被密封在包裝結構110內,並經過滅菌處理(如:高溫或高壓滅菌),其中隱形眼鏡鏡片130浸泡於隱形眼鏡溶液120中。
進一步而言,包裝結構110包括一容器111及一覆片112,容器111用於容置隱形眼鏡溶液120與隱形眼鏡鏡片130,覆片112可剝離的結合於容器111上,以將容器111的開口封閉。在本實施例中,容器111的材料可為塑膠,且可對隱形眼鏡鏡片130提供合理程度的保護;覆片112的材料可為金屬或塑膠;隱形眼鏡鏡片130的材料可為水膠(hydrogel)或矽水膠(silicone hydrogel),且視需要可含有功能性成分(如藍光吸收成分或UV吸收成分)。然而,本發明不以上述所舉的例子為限。
值得說明的是,浸泡時隱形眼鏡溶液120中的舒適性增強成分會進入隱形眼鏡鏡片130或附著於隱形眼鏡鏡片130上,而產生保濕和潤滑效果,增加配戴的舒適感;本發明的隱形眼鏡溶液120尤其適用於長時間佩戴隱形眼鏡者。
[測試項目]
製造眼科產品:
依表1中記載的配方製備隱形眼鏡溶液作為包裝溶液,再將多片晶碩公司生產的水膠隱形眼鏡分別泡入根據實驗例1-8的隱形眼鏡溶液中,然後進行密封及高溫滅菌處理(125℃、30分鐘),如此即完成了隱形眼鏡產品的製造;其中鏡片的表面性質給10人進行盲測評分,從1分到10分,分數越高表示潤滑性越好,平均結果顯示於下表2中。
測試水膜破裂的時間:
依表1中記載的配方製備隱形眼鏡溶液作為包裝溶液,再將多片晶碩公司生產的水膠隱形眼鏡分別泡入根據實驗例1-8的隱形眼鏡溶液中,然後取出這些隱形眼鏡,記錄鏡片表面上水膜破裂的時間,結果顯示於下表3中;而從表3可以看出,在隱形眼鏡溶液中加入有效含量的γ-聚麩胺酸,可以延長水膜破裂時間。
臨床測試結果:
依表1中記載的配方製備隱形眼鏡溶液作為包裝溶液,再將多片晶碩公司生產的水膠隱形眼鏡分別泡入根據實驗例2-8的隱形眼鏡溶液中,然後取出這些隱形眼鏡,挑選11位試驗者來使用這些隱形眼鏡,並對異物感、乾澀感等項目進行評價,結果顯示於下表4中。關於自我感覺的舒適感,得分越高表示異物感、乾澀感越明顯;另外,關於非侵入式淚膜破裂時間(NIBUT),秒數越大表示眼睛呈現越保濕的狀態。
[實施例的有益效果]
本發明的能增加濕潤感的隱形眼鏡溶液及隱形眼鏡產品,其能通過“舒適性增強成分的含量為0.01wt%至3wt%,且舒適性增強成分具有麩胺酸單體”的技術方案,以提升有效提升隱形眼鏡的配戴舒適度,並讓眼角膜保持健康狀態。
更進一步來說,舒適性增強成分可以在隱形眼鏡鏡片表面上形成一層薄膜,此薄膜具有良好的透氧性、表面親水性、潤濕性及潤滑性;因此,本發明的隱形眼鏡溶液適用於長時間佩戴隱形眼鏡者。
以上所公開的內容僅為本發明的優選可行實施例,並非因此侷限本發明的申請專利範圍,所以凡是運用本發明說明書及圖式內容所做的等效技術變化,均包含於本發明的申請專利範圍內。

Claims (9)
- 一種隱形眼鏡產品,包括一包裝結構、一隱形眼鏡溶液以及一隱形眼鏡鏡片,所述隱形眼鏡溶液與所述隱形眼鏡鏡片一起被密封在所述包裝結構內,且所述隱形眼鏡鏡片浸泡於所述隱形眼鏡溶液中;其中,所述隱形眼鏡溶液包含一舒適性增強成分,用以在所述隱形眼鏡鏡片的表面上形成一層薄膜,其中所述舒適性增強成分的含量,以所述隱形眼鏡溶液的總量為100wt%計,為0.1wt%至3wt%,所述舒適性增強成分具有麩胺酸單體,且所述舒適性增強成分的分子量為3000Dalton至1,500,000Dalton,其中,所述隱形眼鏡溶液的黏度為1cps至3cps。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的隱形眼鏡產品,其中,所述舒適性增強成分選自γ-聚麩胺酸(poly-gamma-glutamic acid)、其鹽類以及γ-聚麩胺酸酯(poly-gamma-glutamate)中的至少一種。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的隱形眼鏡產品,其中,所述隱形眼鏡溶液還進一步包含一表面活性劑,所述表面活性劑的含量,以所述隱形眼鏡溶液的總量為100wt%計,為0.01wt%至2wt%,其中,所述表面活性劑選自聚山梨醇酯、磺基丁二酸烷基酯、聚乙二醇、聚氧丙烯二醇、十二烷基硫酸鈉以及月桂基硫酸鈉中的至少一種。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的隱形眼鏡產品,其中,所述隱形眼鏡溶液還進一步包含一緩衝劑,所述緩衝劑的含量,以所述隱形眼鏡溶液的總量為100wt%計,為0.01wt%至5wt%,其中,所述緩衝劑為硼酸鹽緩衝劑或磷酸鹽緩衝劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的隱形眼鏡產品,其中,所述硼酸鹽緩衝劑包含硼酸、氯化鈉以及硼酸鈉中的至少一種。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的隱形眼鏡產品,其中,所述磷酸鹽緩衝劑包含氯化鈉、磷酸二氫鈉、磷酸氫二鈉、磷酸二氫鉀以及磷酸氫二鉀中的至少一種。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的隱形眼鏡產品,其中,所述隱形眼鏡溶液還進一步包含一親水性分子,所述親水性分子的含量,以所述隱形眼鏡溶液的總量為100wt%計,為0.01wt%至5wt%,其中,所述親水性分子選自聚乙烯醇、纖維素及其衍生物、聚乙二醇、棕櫚酸、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮及其共聚物、2-甲基丙烯醯氧乙基磷酸膽鹼及其共聚物以及玻尿酸中的至少一種。
