Description

具環狀吸收性構件之吸收性物件
本發明係關於一吸收性物件，例如像是一個人衛生護墊，用於處理經血、尿失禁以及其他體液。
例如像是衛生棉、內褲護墊以及用於尿失禁的物件(在本文中以「吸收性物件」指稱)吸收並留存由穿戴者身體所釋出的體液，已經是個人衛生技術領域中廣為周知。此吸收性物件通常包括一頂薄片、一底薄片，以及一吸收芯置於頂薄片和底薄片之間。該頂薄片係經配置為液體可滲透，以容許體液穿透至用來留存體液的吸收芯，在此同時底薄片係經配置為液體不可滲透，以避免體液外滲而弄污穿戴者的肌膚或內衣褲。
為示範先前技藝之吸收性物件，第一圖顯示國際專利申請公告案WO1997/001998所揭示的一吸收性物件。第二圖是第一圖之剖線II-II所取得之剖視圖。參照第一及第二圖，吸收性物件(50)包括一蓋板(52)、一導流片(54)、一主要吸收性構件(56)以及一輔助吸收性構件(58)。蓋板(52)係液體可滲透，並被放置於與穿戴者的身體接觸。導流片(54)係液體不可滲透，且係附著至穿戴者的內褲。主要吸收性構件(56)適合用於吸收透過蓋板(52)的體液。輔助吸收性構件(58)係形成為具有一開口(60)，有一部分的主要吸收性構件(56)係透過此開口顯露於外。
然而，第一及第二圖所顯示的先前技藝吸收性物件(50)之中，輔助吸收性構件(58)包括50%至90%的無吸收力之聚合物組成，因而輔助吸收性構件(58)難以協助傳播體液。也就是說，輔助吸收性構件(58)的傳播速度相對緩慢。因此，雖然開口(60)具有足夠容積迅速留存大量體液，暫時留存在輔助吸收性構件(58)之中的體液無法被主要以及輔助吸收性構件(56,58)立即吸收。因此，穿戴者可能感覺潮濕。此外，暫時被留存的體液會滲漏至吸收性物件以外，而沾汙穿戴者的皮膚以及內褲。
本發明係要解決以上所提及的諸多問題。本發明提出一種吸收性物件，可適當處理預期之外突如其來的體液分泌。
依據本發明的不同具體實施例，提出具備一環狀吸收性構件的吸收性物件。依據一具體實施例的吸收性物件，可包括如下：一液體可滲透頂薄片；一液體不可滲透底薄片；一環狀吸收性構件置於頂薄片與底薄片之間，用於吸收並留存穿透頂薄片的液體，該環狀吸收性構件在其中央部分定義一開口，該開口係在縱軸方向伸長；以及一輔助吸收性構件置於環狀吸收性構件與底薄片之間，該次級吸收性構件具有一可見區域對齊該環狀吸收性構件之開口的位置。
在一具體實施例中，該輔助吸收性構件可包括：一傳輸構件，吸收並傳輸留存在該環狀吸收性構件之中的液體；以及一吸收體，吸收穿該傳輸構件被傳輸而來的液體。進一步，該可見區域可包括複數個點狀物印在該傳輸構件上，或在該傳輸構件上包括複數個孔洞。
在一具體實施例中，該環狀吸收性構件可經配置，使得面對輔助吸收性構件的環狀吸收性構件之下表面，與面對頂薄片之環狀吸收性構件上表面比較，前者吸收以及分散液體更快。
在一具體實施例中，該環狀吸收性構件可具有22~52公厘的寬度以及50~150公厘的長度。該環狀吸收性構件可具有0.5~3公厘的厚度。
在一具體實施例中，開口可具有20~50公厘的寬度以及30~100公厘的長度。該開口的內容積，此係定義為開口之平面面積與環狀吸收性構件之厚度的乘積，可在0.5至3.0毫升的範圍內。環狀吸收性構件之寬度方向的一端至開口的距離，可等於或大於2公厘。
在一具體實施例中，環狀吸收性構件可包括一吸收性材料，其係等於或多於該環狀吸收性構件之總重量的50%。進一步，該吸收性材料的密度可小於輔助吸收性構件之密度。該吸收性材料可包括纖維質纖維。
在一具體實施例中，該開口的平面面積可等於或大於該環狀吸收性構件之全部表面面積的20%。
在一具體實施例中，該開口可包括複數個孔洞。
依據一具體實施例之吸收性物件包括具有開口的環狀吸收性構件。因此，吸收性物件可立即吸收並留存大量的體液，並可傳輸該體液穿透傳輸構件至吸收性主體。由於頂薄片係經由環狀吸收性構件之開口部分地與傳輸構件間隔分開，頂薄片可在引入體液之後較短時間內乾燥。因此，該吸收性物件可提供一乾爽感受給穿戴者。
由於開口係在該環狀吸收性構件之中央部位依吸收性物件的縱軸方向伸長成形，穿透過頂薄片的體液可顯著地在縱軸方向擴散而非在該吸收性物件的幅寬方向擴散。因此，如此做法可避免體液在吸收性物件的幅寬方向重度擴散從而在該吸收性物件的幅寬方向滲漏出來。
進一步，既然可見區域是形成在傳輸元件上以對應至該環狀吸收性構件的開口，穿戴者可透過頂薄片肉眼看到該可見區域。因此，穿戴者可信服該開口的吸收量大於實際容積，並可期待該吸收性物件立即吸收大量體液。因此，該吸收性物件可提供一安全感受給穿戴者。
以下將配合參照本文所隨附之圖示，詳述一吸收性物件的具體實施例。參照至圖示的所有說明當中，相同參照數字指示相同或相應部位。
本文中所用「縱軸方向」一般而言係指稱當吸收性物件被穿戴在穿戴者身上的時候，和穿戴者之前後方向相合之方向，而「幅寬方向」指的是與縱軸方向垂直的方向。進一步，本文中所用「上方」一般而言是依據圖示中所指出的定向為準，而「下方」一般而言係指與上方相反的方向。
參照第三圖至第五圖，依據本發明一具體實施例的吸收性物件(100)包括：一液體可滲透頂薄片(110)；一液體不可滲透底薄片(120)；以及一環狀吸收性構件(130)和一輔助吸收性構件(140,150)放置在頂薄片(110)與底薄片(120)之間。輔助吸收性構件(140,150)係置放於環狀吸收性構件(130)與底薄片(120)之間。環狀吸收性構件(130)吸收並留存穿透過頂薄片(110)的液體。環狀吸收性構件(130)具有一開口(131)定義其中央部位之上。該開口(131)係在縱軸方向伸長成形。輔助吸收性構件具有一可見區域或可識別區域(141)，與該環狀吸收性構件(130)的開口(131)對齊。在一具體實施例中，該輔助吸收性構件(140,150)可包括：一傳輸構件(140)，吸收並傳輸留存在該環狀吸收性構件(130)之中的液體；以及一吸收體(150)，吸收並收集穿該傳輸構件(140)被傳輸而來的液體。該傳輸構件(140)與吸收體(150)可分開配置或整合成形。所稱液體可包括從穿戴者身體所釋出的液體(在本文中稱為體液)。

底薄片(120)可由液體不可滲透的聚乙烯薄膜製成。底薄片(120)避免留存在吸收體(150)內的體液外漏或被擠出而汙染或沾染穿戴者的皮膚或內褲。
環狀吸收性構件(130)係置放於頂薄片(110)之下。環狀吸收性構件(130)用來吸收一部分穿過或滲透過頂薄片(110)的體液，並暫時將其留存。
如第五圖所示，一單獨的開口(131)定義於該環狀吸收性構件(130)的中央部位。另一具體實施例中，環狀吸收性構件(130)可包括複數個孔洞，經配置以對應開口(131)的形狀，而非一單獨開口(131)。開口(131)可有助於增加環狀吸收性構件(130)可暫時留存的容積。由於頂薄片(110)和傳輸構件(140)係彼此間隔該開口(131)配置，吸收性物件(100)可提供穿戴者乾爽的感覺。在一具體實施例中，開口(131)的寬度W1可在20-30公厘範圍內，且開口(131)的長度L1可在30-100公厘範圍內。進一步，環狀吸收性構件(130)的寬度W2可在22-52公厘範圍內，而環狀吸收性構件(130)長度L2可在50-450公厘範圍內。為提供一實體障壁至該環狀吸收性構件(130)，環狀吸收性構件(130)與開口(131)在幅寬方向的邊到邊距離d可等於或大於2公厘。
若開口(131)係在吸收性物件(100)的縱軸方向延展成形，體液顯著地傾向於被吸收及擴散在該吸收性物件(100)的縱軸方向，而非在其幅寬方向因此，如此做法可避免體液大量擴散於該吸收性物件(100)的幅寬方向而滲漏出該吸收性物件(100)。在一具體實施例中，該開口(131)的厚度t(也就是環狀吸收性構件的厚度)可在0.5~3公厘範圍內。進一步，開口(131)的內容積，此係定義為開口(131)平面面積乘上開口(131)厚度，可在0.5~2.0公厘的範圍內。因此，環狀吸收性構件(130)可暫時留存大量體液。

在一具體實施例中，可見區域(141)可包括複數個點狀物印刷在該傳輸構件(140)的上方表面。進一步，該可見區域(141)可包括複數個孔洞(或小孔)形成於該傳輸構件(140)當中。如第三圖所示，該等複數個點狀物或複數個孔洞可經配置以匹配或對應至開口(131)的形狀。若可見區域包括點狀物，此等點狀物可採較頂薄片(110)或傳輸構件(140)更深的顏色印刷。若具有較深顏色的點狀物可透過頂薄片(110)還有開口被看到，穿戴者可確信開口(131)的深度(或環狀吸收性構件(130)的高度)大於實際深度或高度。因此，穿戴者可期盼開口(131)具有較大容積，且吸收性物件吸收大量體液。因此，穿戴者可感到安全無虞。進一步，既然可見區域(141)包括孔洞，穿戴者可相信透過頂薄片(110)所見到開口(131)的容積較大些，因而可感覺安全無虞。此外，孔洞可實質上增加開口(131)的容積。因此，留存在開口(131)以及孔洞兩方面的體液可被迅速輸送至吸收體(150)。在其他具體實施例中，可見區域(141)可包括各種圖樣以增進吸收性物件(100)的美感。
吸收體(150)係置放於傳輸構件(140)與底薄片(120)之間，迅速吸收並收集在其內的體液。吸收體(150)可包括一材料為壓縮性、可順應肌膚並不刺激。
在一具體實施例中，吸收性物件(100)可進一步包括一壓花部位(160)，用於有效地避免結塊以及體液洩漏。壓花部位(160)可藉由輒壓頂薄片(110)、傳輸構件(140)以及吸收體(150)而形成。壓花部位(160)可包括：一第一壓花部位(161)沿著傳輸構件(140)以及吸收體(150)放置；一第二壓花部位(162)依該吸收性物件(100)的縱軸方向緊鄰第一壓花部位(161)。第一壓花部位(161)可具有一圈狀曲線外形，且第二壓花部位(162)可具有不連續點狀外形。
接下來，將描述吸收性物件的表現，此係依據針對一具體實施例之吸收性物件與比較樣本的所做檢驗結果。檢驗之中係使用人造血當作是要被吸收性物件吸收的液體。動物(例如像是牛或馬)的血可用來做為要被吸收的液體。
吸收時間
以下所提供之表格一顯示，相同狀況之下人造血載入不同種類吸收性物件之吸收時間。
A1：依據一具體實施例的吸收性物件
B1：比較樣本一
B2：比較樣本二(另一公司的吸收性物件)
由表格一可見，若與比較樣本一及二(B1,B2)做比較，依據一具體實施例之吸收性物件(A1)的吸收時間減少約30~50%。
與反覆加載關連之吸收時間變化
以下所提供之表格二顯示，相同狀況之下3毫升人造血三次載入不同種類吸收性物件之吸收時間。
A1：依據一具體實施例的吸收性物件
B1：比較樣本一
就比較樣本一而言，第二及第三吸收時間增加約二倍以及約三倍，且與第一吸收時間比較約三倍。與此相對，依據一具體實施例的吸收性物件(A1)，第二吸收時間幾乎等於第一吸收時間。此外，與第一或第二吸收時間比較，第三吸收時間增加約二倍。因此，雖然人造血係反覆載入吸收性物件(A1)，吸收性物件(A1)的吸收時間並未顯著增加。
環狀吸收性構件的實體障壁功能
第六圖顯示人造血載入吸收性物件，並依其縱軸方向傾斜載入。第七圖顯示人造血如第六圖所示被載入後分散。第八圖顯示人造血被載入吸收性物件，並依其幅寬方向載入。第九圖顯示人造血如第八圖所示被載入後分散。
第六圖及第七圖中，人造血係被載入依其縱軸方向傾斜約30度的吸收性物件。與第七圖比較可清楚發現，比較樣本二(B2)當中，人造血被載入後係沿著該吸收性物件的傾斜方向流動。然而，在依據一具體實施例之吸收性物件(A1)中，極少量人造血往該環狀吸收性構件之開口以外流動。
參照第八圖及第九圖，人造血係被載入依其幅寬方向傾斜約30度的吸收性物件。與第九圖比較可清楚發現，比較樣本二(B2)當中，人造血被載入後係沿著該吸收性物件的傾斜方向流動。然而，在依據一具體實施例之吸收性物件(A1)中，極少量人造血往該環狀吸收性構件之開口以外流動。
因此，可確定依據一具體實施例之吸收性物件的環狀吸收性構件可發揮實體障壁的功能。
吸收性物件的可撓曲性
以下的表格三顯示在相同條件下要變形不同種吸收性物件所需的力。
A1：依據一具體實施例之具有環狀吸收性構件的吸收性物件
B1：比較樣本一
相較於比較樣本一(B1)，要變形依據一具體實施例之吸收性物件(A1)所需外力減少約50%。也就是說，相較於比較樣本(B1)的撓曲性，吸收性物件(A1)的可撓曲性增加約50%。因此，若穿戴者穿著該吸收性物件時移動或激烈運動，吸收性物件的如此可撓曲性可提供穿戴者緊密服貼。
人造血在一吸收性物件之中的擴散
第十圖顯示載入人造血之後的吸收性物件頂薄片。第十一圖顯示載入人造血之後的吸收性物件底薄片。
如第十圖及第十一圖所示，比較樣本一及比較樣本二(B1與B2)當中的人造血擴散在其個別吸收性物件的縱軸方向和幅寬方向。進一步，比較樣本一和比較樣本二(B1及B2)當中，在該吸收性物件之縱軸方向擴散的程度幾乎等於在幅寬方向擴散的程度。更明確地說，比較樣本二(B2)當中的人造血擴散直抵吸收性物件之幅寬方向的兩端。然而，在依據一具體實施例的吸收性物件(A1)當中，人造血主要係擴散於縱軸方向而非其幅寬方向。也就是說，依據一具體實施例的吸收性物件(A1)當中，體液可最大量地朝向傳輸構件以及吸收體之縱軸方向兩末端擴散。因此，依據一具體實施例的吸收性物件(A1)可減少吸收時間並增加吸收量。進一步，依據一具體實施例的吸收性物件(A1)可避免體液大量擴散於該吸收性物件的幅寬方向而在該吸收性物件的幅寬方向滲漏。
雖本發明已藉前述具體實施例顯示並詳加描述，本發明不應被限制於其間。熟習此項技術者應可輕易看出，可做出多種或變化型或修飾型而不會偏離本發明的範疇。

Claims (18)

  1. 一種吸收性物件，其包含：一液體可滲透頂薄片；一液體不可滲透底薄片；一環狀吸收性構件置於該頂薄片與該底薄片之間，可吸收並留存穿透該頂薄片的液體，該環狀吸收性構件在其中央部分定義一開口沿其縱軸方向伸長；一輔助吸收性構件置於該環狀吸收性構件與該底薄片之間，其中該輔助吸收性構件包含：一傳輸構件，用於吸收並傳輸留存在該環狀吸收性構件中的液體；一獨立的吸收體，用於吸收穿透該傳輸構件被傳送而來的液體；該輔助吸收性構件具有一可見區域對齊該環狀吸收性構件之開口的位置，其中該可見區域包含一印刷至該傳輸構件上的印刷圖樣；以及一壓花部位，其中該壓花部位至少部分圍繞著該環狀吸收性構件。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項的吸收性物件，其中該環狀吸收性構件係經配置，使得面對輔助吸收性構件的環狀吸收性構件之下表面，與面對頂薄片之環狀吸收性構件上表面比較，前者吸收以及分散液體更快。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項的吸收性物件，其中該環狀吸收性構件具有22~52公厘的寬度，以及50~150公厘的長度。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項的吸收性物件，其中該環狀吸收性構件具有0.5~3公厘的厚度。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項的吸收性物件，其中該開口具有20~50公厘的寬度，以及30~100公厘的長度。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項的吸收性物件，其中該開口的內容積為0.5~3.0毫升範圍，該內容積係定義為該開口之平面面積與該環狀吸收性構件之厚度的乘積。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項的吸收性物件，其中在幅寬方向該環狀吸收性構件之一末端至該開口的距離等於或大於2公厘。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項的吸收性物件，其中該環狀吸收性構件包含一吸收性材料，該材料係等於或大於該環狀吸收性構件之總重的50%。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項的吸收性物件，其中該吸收性材料的密度小於該輔助吸收性構件的密度。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第8項的吸收性物件，其中該吸收性材料包含纖維素纖維。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項的吸收性物件，其中該開口的平面面積係等於或大於該環狀吸收性構件之總平面面積的20%。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第1項的吸收性物件，其中該可見區域係被形成使其與該環狀吸收性物件之開口的形狀一致。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第1項的吸收性物件，其中該印刷圖樣包含複數個點狀物。
