Description

多層組合式鞋面部位及其製造方法
本發明主要係揭示一種多層組合式鞋面部位及其製造方法。
鞋子的鞋面為了美觀或鞋面的設計以及為了彰顯其商標常會在鞋面上車縫有飾片,藉由飾片提供設計的效果,且飾片更能夠設為具有螢光的材質,而提供夜間行走的安全性。除此之外,鞋子上還會車縫有鞋頭片與後腫片。
這種採用車縫技術的飾片,僅適用於大面積的飾片,因為車縫時必須預留縫份,讓縫線縫合於飾片上,當飾片成狹長狀且成彎折狀時,將會讓車縫技術變得比較困難,且可能發生無法車縫的情事,因此尺寸太小的飾片以及形狀複雜的飾片將會增加車縫成本。再者,採用車縫的手段需要負擔車縫工法的成本,其必須透過人力來完成,而會增加勞力成本。
因此,本發明想排除或至少減輕先前技術所遭遇的問題。
本發明所欲解決之技術問題係在於針對現有技術存在的缺失,提供一種多層組合式鞋面部位及其製造方法。
本發明主要改良的技術手段為,利用熱壓的方式而結合在一起,無需採用傳統車縫的工法,而能夠有效降低加工成本。
本發明次要改良的技術手段為,藉由第一片體與第二片體能夠設為小尺寸的片體,且第一片體與第二片體縱使具有細微與複雜的外形也能夠輕易的熱壓結合,而不受到車縫技術與預留縫份的影響。
其他目的、優點和本發明的新穎特性將從以下詳細的描述與相關的附圖更加顯明。
有關本發明所採用之技術、手段及其功效,茲舉三個較佳實施例並配合圖式詳述如後,此僅供說明之用,在專利申請上並不受此種結構之限制。
參照圖一,為本發明之第一實施例之多層組合式鞋面部位的製造方法之流程圖。本發明之鞋面部位的製造方法為備料→排列→組合→熱壓→移除該易貼膠。
參照圖二與圖三,為本發明之第一實施例之多層組合式鞋面部位的立體分解圖與剖視圖。
備料:備有一個基材10、一個第一片體21、一個第二片體22與一個易貼膠30。將該基材10、該第一片體21與該第二片體22依照所需形狀以模具裁切完成。該基材10可為布或皮。
該第一片體21設為熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯(Thermoplastic Polyurethane;TPU)或聚氨基甲酸乙酯(Polyurethane;PU),該第一片體21的一面設有熱熔膠膜211,且該熱熔膠膜211上設有一個離型紙9。
該第二片體22設為熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯(Thermoplastic Polyurethane;TPU)或聚氨基甲酸乙酯(Polyurethane;PU),該第二片體22的一面設有熱熔膠膜221,且該熱熔膠膜221上設有一個離型紙9。
該易貼膠30具有容易黏貼與撕離的功效,縱使該易貼膠30受到熱壓,依然保有容易黏貼與撕離的功效。
參照圖四與圖五,為本發明之第一實施例之鞋面部位進行排列之示意圖。排列:將該第一片體21與該第二片體22排列為預定的方式,該第一片體21與該第二片體22能夠同時設於該基材10之上,該第一片體21與該第二片體22能夠完全重疊,而令該第一片體21貼設於該基材10上,該第一片體21與該第二片體22也能夠局部重疊,且兩者的未重疊部位位於該基材10上。將該基材10擺放於固定治具上,撕除該第一片體21的離型紙9,令該第一片體21之熱熔膠膜211朝向該基材10。撕除該第二片體22的離型紙9,令該第二片體22之熱熔膠膜221朝向該第一片體21。
組合:該易貼膠30貼於該基材10,且該第一片體21與第二片體22位於該基材10與該易貼膠30之間,該易貼膠30覆蓋於該第二片體22上,且該易貼膠30黏貼於該基材10,該易貼膠30能夠固定排列位置,此時能夠將該基材10、該第一片體21、該第二片體22與該易貼膠30從固定治具上取下。
同時參照圖六與圖七,為本發明之鞋面部位進行熱壓之示意圖。熱壓:熱壓機40之熱壓條件已設定完成,該熱壓機40必須先設定溫度、時間與壓力,該熱壓機40的溫度、時間與壓力關係著該第一片體21與該第二片體22之間的黏著力,令該第一片體21與該第二片體22的結合更加牢固。
將由固定治具取下之該基材10、該第一片體21、該第二片體22與該易貼膠30置入該熱壓機40,該熱壓機40加熱且施壓於該基材10、該第一片體21、該第二片體22與該易貼膠30,令該基材10、該第一片體21與該第二片體22結合在一起。
參照圖八,為本發明之鞋面部位移除易貼膠之示意圖。移除該易貼膠30即完成鞋面部位。
參照圖九與圖十,為本發明之鞋面部位之立體外觀圖。同時見圖五,該鞋面部位能夠結合於鞋面,該鞋面部位包括該基材10、該第一片體21與該第二片體22,該第一片體21之一面設有該熱熔膠膜211,該第一片體21之熱熔膠膜211設於該基材10上。該第二片體22之一面設有該熱熔膠膜221,該第二片體22之熱熔膠膜221設於該第一片體21上,該基材10、該第一片體21與該第二片體22藉由熱壓結合在一起。
本發明之鞋面部位的組合能夠是熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯與熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯的組合,或聚氨基甲酸乙酯與聚氨基甲酸乙酯的組合,或熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯與聚氨基甲酸乙酯的組合,或再與其他布料或皮料之組合。
本發明之鞋面部位利用熱壓的方式而結合在一起,無需採用傳統車縫的工法,而能夠有效降低加工成本。本發明之第一片體21與該第二片體22能夠設為小尺寸的片體,且該第一片體21與該第二片體22縱使具有細微與複雜的外形也能夠輕易的熱壓結合,而不受到車縫技術與預留縫份的影響。
參照圖十一至圖十四,為本發明之第二實施例之多層組合式鞋面部位的示意圖。第二實施例之鞋面部位的製造方法與第一實施例相同,為備料→排列→組合→熱壓→移除該易貼膠。第二實施例與第一實施例之差異在於該第一片體23與該第二片體24的形狀與尺寸不同於第一實施例。且第二實施例提供了立體之鞋面部位。該第二片體24設於該第一片體23之上,該第二片體24的外周緣完全落入該第一片體23的外周緣之內。且該第一片體23的厚度小於該第二片體24的厚度。
將該第一片體23與該第二片體24排列為預定的方式,該第一片體23貼設於該基材10上,該第二片體24貼設於該第一片體23上。令該第一片體23之熱熔膠膜231朝向該基材10,以及令該第二片體24之熱熔膠膜241朝向該第一片體23。
該易貼膠30貼於該基材10,且該第一片體23與第二片體24位於該基材10與該易貼膠30之間,該易貼膠30覆蓋於該第二片體24上,且該易貼膠30黏貼於該基材10,該易貼膠30能夠固定排列位置,此時能夠將該基材10、該第一片體23、該第二片體24與該易貼膠30從固定治具上取下。
由固定治具取下之該基材10、該第一片體23、該第二片體24與該易貼膠30經過熱壓步驟而結合在一起。
移除該易貼膠30即完成立體之鞋面部位。
參照圖十五、圖十六與圖十七,為本發明之第三實施例之多層組合式鞋面部位的立體分解圖與剖視圖。第三實施例之鞋面部位的製造方法與第一實施例相同,為備料→排列→組合→熱壓→移除該易貼膠。第三實施例與第一實施例之差異在於該基材10與該易貼膠30的擺放順序不同。
備料,相同於第一實施例,在此不多作贅述。
排列:將該第一片體21與該第二片體22排列為預定的方式,該第一片體21與該第二片體22能夠同時設於該易貼膠30之上,該第一片體21與該第二片體22能夠完全重疊,而令兩者其中之一位於該易貼膠30上,該第一片體21與該第二片體22也能夠局部重疊,且兩者的未重疊部位位於該易貼膠30上。
將該易貼膠30擺放於固定治具上,該第一片體21相反於該離型紙9的一面貼設於該易貼膠30,再撕除該第一片體21的離型紙9,該第二片體22相反於該離型紙9的一面貼設於該第一片體21之熱熔膠膜211。再撕除該第二片體22的離型紙9,令該基材10貼設於該第二片體22之熱熔膠膜221。
組合:該基材10依序覆蓋於該第二片體22、該第一片體21與該易貼膠30,令該易貼膠30貼於該基材10,且該第一片體21與第二片體22位於該基材10與該易貼膠30之間,藉由該易貼膠30黏貼於該基材10,該易貼膠30能夠固定排列位置,此時能夠將該基材10、該第一片體21、該第二片體22與該易貼膠30從固定治具上取下。
同時參照圖十八與圖十九,為本發明之鞋面部位移除易貼膠之示意圖。熱壓,相同於第一實施例,在此不多作贅述。移除該易貼膠30即完成鞋面部位。
就以上所述可以歸納出本發明具有以下之優點:
1.本發明『多層組合式鞋面部位及其製造方法』,其利用熱壓的方式而結合在一起,無需採用傳統車縫的工法,而能夠有效降低加工成本。
2.本發明『多層組合式鞋面部位及其製造方法』,其第一片體與第二片體能夠設為小尺寸的片體,且第一片體與第二片體縱使具有細微與複雜的外形也能夠輕易的熱壓結合,而不受到車縫技術與預留縫份的影響。

Claims (13)

  1. 一種多層組合式鞋面部位的製造方法,其包含有:備料:備有一個基材、一個第一片體、一個第二片體與一個易貼膠,該第一片體設為熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯或聚氨基甲酸乙酯,該第一片體的一面設有熱熔膠膜,且該熱熔膠膜上設有一個離型紙;該第二片體設為熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯或聚氨基甲酸乙酯,該第二片體的一面設有熱熔膠膜,且該熱熔膠膜上設有一個離型紙;排列:撕除該第一片體的離型紙及該第二片體的離型紙,將該第一片體與該第二片體排列為預定的方式;組合:該易貼膠貼於該基材,且該第一片體與第二片體位於該基材與該易貼膠之間;熱壓:藉由熱壓機加熱且施壓於該基材、該第一片體、該第二片體與該易貼膠,令該基材、該第一片體與該第二片體結合在一起;移除該易貼膠即完成鞋面部位。
  2. 如請求項1所述之多層組合式鞋面部位的製造方法,其中該基材、該第一片體與該第二片體依照所需形狀以模具裁切完成。
  3. 如請求項1所述之多層組合式鞋面部位的製造方法,其中該第一片體與該第二片體能夠完全重疊。
  4. 如請求項1所述之多層組合式鞋面部位的製造方法,其中該第一片體與該第二片體能夠局部重疊。
  5. 如請求項1所述之多層組合式鞋面部位的製造方 法,其中該第二片體設於該第一片體之上,該第二片體的外周緣完全落入該第一片體之內。
  6. 如請求項1或5所述之多層組合式鞋面部位的製造方法,其中該第一片體的厚度小於該第二片體的厚度。
  7. 如請求項1、3、4或5所述之多層組合式鞋面部位的製造方法,其中該第一片體貼設於該基材上,該易貼膠覆蓋於該第二片體上。
  8. 如請求項7所述之多層組合式鞋面部位的製造方法,其中該基材擺放於固定治具上,撕除該第一片體的離型紙,令該第一片體之熱熔膠膜朝向該基材,撕除該第二片體的離型紙,令該第二片體之熱熔膠膜朝向該第一片體。
  9. 如請求項1、3、4或5所述之多層組合式鞋面部位的製造方法,其中該第一片體貼設於該易貼膠上,該基材貼設於該第二片體上。
  10. 如請求項9所述之多層組合式鞋面部位的製造方法,其中將該易貼膠擺放於固定治具上,該第一片體相反於該離型紙的一面貼設於該易貼膠,再撕除該第一片體的離型紙,該第二片體相反於該離型紙的一面貼設於該第一片體之熱熔膠膜,再撕除該第二片體的離型紙,令該基材貼設於該第二片體之熱熔膠膜。
  11. 如請求項1至5中任一項所述之多層組合式鞋面部位的製造方法,其中該熱壓機之熱壓條件已設定完成,該熱壓機設定溫度、時間與壓力,該熱壓機的溫度、時間與壓力關係著該第一片體與該第二片體之間的黏著力,令該 第一片體與該第二片體的結合更加牢固。
  12. 如請求項11所述之多層組合式鞋面部位的製造方法,其中將由固定治具取下之該基材、該第一片體、該第二片體與該易貼膠置入該熱壓機,該熱壓機加熱且施壓於該基材、該第一片體、該第二片體與該易貼膠,令該基材、該第一片體與該第二片體結合在一起。
  13. 一種多層組合式鞋面部位,其包含有:一個基材;一個第一片體,該第一片體設為熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯或聚氨基甲酸乙酯,該第一片體之一面設有該熱熔膠膜,該第一片體之熱熔膠膜設於該基材上;一個第二片體,該第二片體設為熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯或聚氨基甲酸乙酯,該第二片體之一面設有該熱熔膠膜,該第二片體之熱熔膠膜設於該第一片體上,該基材、該第一片體與該第二片體藉由熱壓結合在一起。
