Description

電連接器及其組合
本發明涉及一種電連接器及其組合,尤其是一種焊接至電路板之電連接器及其組合。
臺灣專利公告第M285832號揭示了一種現有的電連接器,其用於電性連接晶片模組至電路板。該電連接器包括絕緣本體、收容於絕緣本體內之導電端子及搭接於導電端子之焊料。絕緣本體底部設有定位部以定位該絕緣本體到電路板。在電連接器安裝到電路板時,由於絕緣本體通過定位部固定到電路板上,若定位部優先端子與電路板固定導致絕緣本體被定位時,絕緣本體可能無法向下移動,導致部分端子之錫球熔化的過程中發生與電路板斷開之情形,影響電連接器之接觸品質。
鑒於此,確有必要對現有的電連接器進行改進以克服現有技術的上述缺陷。
本發明的目的在於提供一種防止焊料空焊之電連接器及其組合。
為解決前述技術問題,本發明提供一種電連接器組合,包括焊接到電路板之電連接器及組裝到電連接器之吸取板,電連接器包括收容有導電端子之絕緣本體、與導電端子搭接之焊料及圍設在絕緣本體周圍且可相對絕緣本體運動之定位裝置,絕緣本體設有防 止定位裝置向下脫離絕緣本體之限位部,吸取板設有防止定位裝置向上脫離絕緣本體之阻擋部,焊料向下延伸出絕緣本體,定位裝置設有位於絕緣本體之限位部與吸取板之阻擋部之間的基部,當焊料與定位裝置被放置到同一平面內時,定位裝置的基部與吸取板之阻擋部之間具有間隙。
相較於先前技術,本發明電連接器組合之定位裝置與絕緣本體可相對移動,在電連接器焊接之過程中,絕緣本體隨著焊料之熔化一起向下運動,有效保證電連接器之焊接品質,防止空焊現象的發生。

請參閱第一圖及第三圖所示,本發明電連接器組合100包括電連接器5及組裝在電連接器5上之吸取板3。電連接器5焊接至電路板4。電連接器5包括絕緣本體1、收容於絕緣本體1內之導電端子11、與導電端子11搭接之焊料12及圍設在絕緣本體1周圍且可相對絕緣本體1運動之定位裝置2。焊料12凸伸出絕緣本體1下側。
絕緣本體1設有主體部10、自主體部10延伸之一對固定部101及向外凸伸之限位部102。限位部102設有靠近電路板4之底面1021。 焊料12延伸出限位部102之底面1021。
定位裝置2包括基部20、自基部20向下延伸之四個焊接腳21及自基部20向上延伸之一對固持部22。基部20設有收容絕緣本體1之開口201。固持部22設有收容孔220。
吸取板3包括平板狀之吸取部30、自吸取部30向下延伸之阻擋部31及扣持部32以及自吸取部30向上延伸之手持部33。手持部33方便操作者抓取吸取板3。阻擋部31朝絕緣本體1的限位部102側凸伸。
請參閱第二圖所示,本發明電連接器組合100組裝完成後,定位裝置2框設於絕緣本體1之週邊,吸取板3之扣持部32與絕緣本體1之固定部101扣持使得吸取板3固定至絕緣本體1,定位裝置2之基部20位於絕緣本體1之限位部102與吸取板3之阻擋部31之間,使得定位裝置2不脫離絕緣本體1與吸取板3。
請參閱第三圖所示,本發明電連接器組合100放置到電路板4上之後,定位裝置2之四個焊接腳21及電連接器5之焊料12支撐在電路板4上,定位裝置2之基部20位於絕緣本體1之限位部102與吸取板3之阻擋部31之間且與吸取板3之阻擋部31之間具有間隙。當本發明電連接器組合100焊接到電路板4的時候,定位裝置2之四個焊接腳21與電連接器5的焊料12經過同一工序焊接到電路板4上。請參閱第四圖所示,本發明電連接器組合100焊接到電路板4之過程中,電連接器5之絕緣本體1收容在定位裝置2之開口201內且絕緣本體1隨著焊料12之熔化高度降低而沿開口201下沉,有效改善電連接器5之導電端子11通過焊料12與電路板4之充分接觸,提高焊接品質,防止空焊現象之發生。
請參閱第五圖所示,本發明電連接器5之定位裝置2還可用於固定散熱器6,使用時,散熱器6之鉤部61穿過定位裝置2之固持部22的收容孔220並與定位裝置2之固持部22扣持,把散熱器6固定到定位裝置2上。
本發明電連接器組合100之定位裝置2受到絕緣本體1之限位部102與吸取板3之阻擋部31的限制作用,不會脫離絕緣本體1且可相對絕緣本體1運動,使得電連接器5焊接之過程中,絕緣本體1可以隨著焊料12之熔化一起向下運動,有效保證電連接器5的焊接品質,防止空焊現象之發生。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種電連接器組合,其包括:電連接器,係可被焊接至電路板上,該電連接器包括收容有導電端子之絕緣本體、與導電端子搭接之焊料及圍設在絕緣本體周圍且可相對於絕緣本體運動之定位裝置;及吸取板,其組裝到電連接器;其中絕緣本體設有向外凸伸之限位部,吸取板設有朝限位部側凸伸之阻擋部,定位裝置設有位於絕緣本體之限位部與吸取板之阻擋部之間的基部,可防止定位裝置脫離絕緣本體,當焊料與定位裝置被放置到同一平面內時,定位裝置的基部與吸取板之阻擋部之間具有間隙,焊料凸伸出絕緣本體下側。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之電連接器組合,其中所述定位裝置還設有自基部向下延伸之焊接腳,該焊接腳與電連接器之焊料經過同一工序焊接到電路板。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第2項之電連接器組合,其中所述定位裝置還包括自基部向上延伸之固持部,用於和組裝至電連接器之散熱器固定。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之電連接器組合,其中所述吸取板設有平板狀之吸取部,所述阻擋部自吸取部向下延伸。
  5. 根據申請專利範圍第4項之電連接器組合,其中所述吸取板還包括自吸取部向下延伸之扣持部,絕緣本體設有與吸取板之扣持部相扣持之固定部。
  6. 一種電連接器,係可被焊接到電路板上,該電連接器包括:絕緣本體; 導電端子,其收容在絕緣本體內;及焊料,其與導電端子搭接;其中該電連接器還包括圍設在絕緣本體周圍且可相對於絕緣本體運動之定位裝置,絕緣本體設有防止定位裝置向下脫離絕緣本體之限位部,焊料凸伸出絕緣本體下側。
  7. 根據申請專利範圍第6項之電連接器,其中所述定位裝置包括基部及自基部向下延伸之焊接腳,該焊接腳與電連接器之焊料經過同一工序焊接到電路板。
  8. 根據申請專利範圍第7項之電連接器,其中所述定位裝置還包括自基部向上延伸之固持部,用於和組裝至電連接器之散熱器固定。
