Claims (24)

  1. 一種鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,包括以下步驟:(1)形成一塑膠層於一基板上;(2)形成一觸控層於該塑膠層上,使該觸控層與該塑膠層形成一觸控薄膜;(3)分離該觸控薄膜與該基板;(4)切割該觸控薄膜以形成多個觸控模塊;及(5)貼合該觸控模塊與一強化鏡片。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,其中該塑膠層為聚亞醯胺(PI)層或聚酯醯亞胺(polyesterimide)層。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,其中,該觸控層包括一感應圖案,該感應圖案由光刻工藝製得。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,更包括一離形層,該離形層是形成於該塑膠層與該基板之間,該離形層材料選自矽膠系(silicon-base)或氟系(F-base)化合物。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,其中該基板與該離形層間的黏力至少是該離形層與該塑膠層黏力的三倍。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,其中該觸控薄膜更包括一緩衝層,該緩衝層是形成於該觸控層與該塑膠層之間,該緩衝層的材料為矽的衍生物或化合物。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,其中該塑膠層厚度小於25微米。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,更包括形成一遮光層於該強化鏡片上,其中該遮光層與該觸控模塊位於於該強化鏡片的同一側。
  9. 一種鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,包括以下步驟:(1)形成一塑膠層於一母基板上;(2)形成一觸控層於該塑膠層上,使該母基板、塑膠層及觸控層形成一觸控組件;(3)切割該觸控組件以形成多個觸控子件;(4)貼合該觸控子件與一強化鏡片;及(5)分離出分割後的母基板。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,其中該塑膠層為聚亞醯胺(PI)層或聚酯醯亞胺(polyesterimide)層。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,其中該觸控層包括一感應圖案,該感應圖案由光刻工藝製得。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,其中該觸控組件更包括一離形層,該離形層是形成於該塑膠層與該母基板之間,該離形層材料選自矽膠系(silicon-base)或氟系(F-base)化合物。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,其中該觸控組件更包括一緩衝層,該緩衝層是形成於該觸控層與該塑膠層之間,該緩衝層的材料為矽的衍生物或化合物。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,其中該觸控組件包含的該塑膠層及觸控層組成一觸控薄膜。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第14項所述鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,其中該觸控子件包括該子基板與一觸控模塊,其中該觸控模塊是由該觸控薄膜切割後所形成。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第15項所述鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,其中步 驟(4)的貼合是由該觸控子件的觸控模塊貼合於該強化鏡片。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第15項所述鏡片觸控裝置的製程方法,更包括形成一遮光層於強化鏡片上,其中該遮光層與該觸控模塊位於於該強化鏡片的同一側。
  18. 一種如申請專利範圍第1項至第17項中任意一項所述的制程方法形成的鏡片觸控裝置,包括:一強化鏡片;及一觸控模塊,貼合於該強化鏡片,該觸控模塊是由一觸控薄膜切割而成,該觸控薄膜包含一觸控層與一塑膠層,其中,該塑膠層具有厚度小於25微米。
  19. 如申請專利範圍第18項所述鏡片觸控裝置,其中該塑膠層的厚度為10微米-20微米。
  20. 如申請專利範圍第18項所述鏡片觸控裝置,其中該塑膠層的厚度為0.5微米-10微米。
  21. 如申請專利範圍第18項所述鏡片觸控裝置,其中該塑膠層為聚亞醯胺(PI)層或聚酯醯亞胺(polyesterimide)層。
  22. 如申請專利範圍第18項所述鏡片觸控裝置,其中該觸控層包括一感應圖案,該感應圖案是由光刻工藝製得。
  23. 如申請專利範圍第18項所述鏡片觸控裝置,其中該觸控薄膜更包括一緩衝層,該緩衝層形成於該觸控層與該塑膠層之間,該緩衝層的材料為矽的衍生物或化合物。
  24. 如申請專利範圍第18項所述鏡片觸控裝置,更包括一遮光層,與該觸控模塊形成於該強化鏡片的同一側。
