Description
(1) 支持体上に前記支持体とは剥離可能な機能性層を少なくとも有し、前記機能性層は機能性微粒子の圧縮層であり、且つ前記機能性層上に、活性エネルギー線硬化性成分(A)として3官能以上のアクリル系モノマー(M)と、ポリエステルポリウレタン樹脂(P)とを含む接着剤組成物からなる接着剤層を有し、前記機能性層中には前記接着剤組成物が含浸されている、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)製の対象物体表面に機能性層を形成するための転写用機能性フィルム。支持体は可撓性を有する。
機能性層を付与すべきポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)製の対象物体表面に予め、活性エネルギー線硬化性成分(A)として3官能以上のアクリル系モノマー(M)と、ポリエステルポリウレタン樹脂(P)とを含む接着剤組成物からなる接着剤層を設け、
前記転写用機能性フィルムを、物体表面上に予め設けられた前記接着剤層を介して、支持体が外側になるようにして貼り付け、前記機能性層中に前記接着剤組成物を含浸させ、貼り付け後に活性エネルギー線を照射して前記接着剤層を硬化させ、支持体を剥離することを特徴とする、物体表面への機能性層の形成方法。
前記物体表面はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)製であり、
前記機能性層は機能性微粒子の圧縮層であり、
前記機能性層において、機能性微粒子の空隙に、前記接着剤組成物が含浸硬化されている、機能性層が表面に付与された物体。
図1(a) は、通常の意味で用いられる剥離の形態であり、互いに接する層Aと層Bがその界面から完全に剥がれるものである。
図1(b) と図1(c) は、互いに接する層Aと層Bがその界面から剥がれるが、一方の層Aの一部が他方の層B上に残るような剥離の形態である。このように微視的に見れば図1(a) のように完全な剥離とは言えなくとも、剥がした後の各層が実質的に層を成していれば、剥離可能とする。本発明の場合、機能性層は図1(b) と図1(c) の層Aに該当する場合も含むものである。
第1形態のフィルムは、前記支持体上に前記支持体から剥離可能な中間層が形成され、前記剥離可能な中間層上に前記機能性層が形成され、前記剥離可能な中間層は前記機能性層と共に前記支持体から剥離可能である、前記の転写用機能性フィルムである。この第1形態の機能性性フィルムを用いて、機能性層を転写対象物体表面に転写すると、対象物体表面に機能性層が転写され、その機能性層上に前記剥離可能な中間層が存在する。
第2形態のフィルムは、前記支持体上に下地層が形成され、前記下地層上に前記機能性層が形成され、前記機能性層は、前記下地層から剥離可能である、前記の転写用機能性フィルムである。
図3に示すように、支持体(1) 上に樹脂層(3) 、導電層(4) 及び接着剤層(5) をこの順で有する第2形態の転写用導電性フィルムを次の手順で作成した。
50μm厚のPETフィルム(T100−50、三菱化学ポリエステルフィルム製)の片面にコロナ処理を施して純水の接触角が42°になるようにした。シリコーンハードコート液KP−854(信越化学工業製)をPETフィルムのコロナ処理された面に塗布、乾燥し、70℃、48時間で硬化させ、0.4μm厚のシリコーンハードコートを形成した。このようにして、圧縮時の転写防止フィルムを予め準備した。
50μm厚のPETフィルム(1) (T100−50、三菱化学ポリエステルフィルム製)の片面にコロナ処理を施して純水の接触角が42°になるようにした。シリコーン樹脂溶液フレッセラN−180(松下電工製)のA液100重量部とB液360重量部を混合し、樹脂層用の塗布液とした。PETフィルム(1) のコロナ処理された面に前記塗布液を塗布、乾燥し、70℃、48時間で硬化させ、0.6μm厚のシリコーン樹脂層(3) を形成した。
一次粒径が5〜30nmのITO微粒子SUFP−HX(住友金属鉱山(株)製)100重量部にエタノール300重量部を加え、メディアをジルコニアビーズとして分散機にて分散した。得られた塗液を前記樹脂層(3) 上に、バーコーターを用いて塗布し、100℃の温風を送って乾燥した。得られたフィルムを、以降において、圧縮前ITOフィルムと称する。ITO含有塗膜の厚みは1.7μmであった。
一対の直径350mmの金属ロール(ロール表面にハードクロムめっき処理が施されたもの)を備えるロールプレス機を用いて、ロールを回転させず且つ前記ロールの加熱を行わないで室温(23℃)にて、前記転写防止フィルムのハードコート面と前記圧縮前ITOフィルムのITO面とが接するように重ねて両フィルムを挟み圧縮した。この時、フィルム幅方向の単位長さ当たりの圧力は1100N/mmであった。次に、圧力を解放し、圧縮された部分のフィルム長手方向の長さを調べたら3.0mmであった。この結果から、単位面積当たりに367N/mm2 の圧力で圧縮したことになる。
得られた圧縮されたITOフィルムを、温度:50℃、露点:−40℃の雰囲気下に72時間おいて、応力緩和した。
ポリエステルポリウレタン樹脂UR1400(固形分濃度:30重量%、東洋紡績(株)製)100重量部に、紫外線硬化型樹脂SD−318(大日本インキ化学工業(株)製)106重量部とメチルエチルケトン274重量部とを加えて、接着剤層用塗布液とした。前記塗布液を、前記導電層(4) 上に塗布、乾燥して、3.5μm厚の接着剤層(5) を形成した。接着剤層(5) を指でさわったところ、タック感があった。このようにして、転写用導電性フィルムを得た。
得られた転写用導電性フィルムを、易接着層が形成されていないPETフィルム HSL75(75μm厚み、帝人デュポン製)に接するようにラミネーターにて貼り付けた。紫外線を照射して、接着剤層(5) を硬化させ、硬化後に支持体PETフィルム(1) を剥がした。接着剤層(5) は非常に強固であった。
非接触型抵抗測定装置(MODEL717B、コペル電子(株)製)を用いて、導電層(4) の電気抵抗を測定したところ、250Ω/□であった。
碁盤目テープ法(JIS K5400)に準じて密着性試験を行った。PETフィルム(6) 上に付与された導電層(4) 表面にカッターで1mm間隔で縦横各11本の切り込みを入れた(計100個の正方形マス目状)。これにセロファン粘着テープを貼り、剥離した。100個すべてのマス目が残っていた。
接着剤層の形成において、アクリル樹脂1BR−305(固形分濃度:39.5重量%、大成加工(株)製)100重量部に、紫外線硬化型樹脂SD−318(大日本インキ化学工業(株)製)140重量部とメチルエチルケトン358重量部とを加えて、接着剤層用塗布液とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして、転写用導電性フィルムを作製した。次に、これを用いて、実施例1と同様にして、易接着層が形成されていないPETフィルム HSL75に導電層を転写した。導電層の電気抵抗を測定したところ、250Ω/□であった。密着性試験を行ったところ、100個すべてのマス目が剥がれた。

Claims (6)
- 支持体上に前記支持体とは剥離可能な機能性層を少なくとも有し、前記機能性層は機能性微粒子の圧縮層であり、且つ前記機能性層上に、活性エネルギー線硬化性成分(A)として3官能以上のアクリル系モノマー(M)と、ポリエステルポリウレタン樹脂(P)とを含む接着剤組成物からなる接着剤層を有し、前記機能性層中には前記接着剤組成物が含浸されている、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)製の対象物体表面に機能性層を形成するための転写用機能性フィルム。
- 前記接着剤組成物は、前記ポリエステルポリウレタン樹脂(P)と前記3官能以上のアクリル系モノマー(M)とを、重量比率P/M=2/8〜8/2で含む、請求項1に記載の転写用機能性フィルム。
- 機能性層を付与すべきポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)製の対象物体表面に、請求項1又は2に記載の転写用機能性フィルムを、前記フィルムの接着剤層を介して支持体が外側になるようにして貼り付け、貼り付け後に活性エネルギー線を照射して前記接着剤層を硬化させ、支持体を剥離することを特徴とする、物体表面への機能性層の形成方法。
- 機能性層を付与すべき前記対象物体表面は、易接着処理されていない、請求項3に記載の物体表面への機能性層の形成方法。
- 支持体上に前記支持体とは剥離可能な機能性層を少なくとも有し、前記機能性層は機能性微粒子の圧縮層である転写用機能性フィルムを準備し、
機能性層を付与すべきポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)製の対象物体表面に予め、活性エネルギー線硬化性成分(A)として3官能以上のアクリル系モノマー(M)と、ポリエステルポリウレタン樹脂(P)とを含む接着剤組成物からなる接着剤層を設け、
