第1及2圖顯示根據本揭露內容之例示性實施例,玻璃容器製造作業之坯料模階段。坯料模10包含多段頸環12,該多段頸環12具有內表面14,用以在製造中坯料模階段形成容器頸部成品之幾何形狀。多段坯料模體16具有內表面18,該內表面18具有至少一個內凹穴或沉花,且較佳地具有複數個內凹穴或沉花,其具有預定幾何形狀,且較佳地成預定幾何圖案。例如,第2圖顯示十字形幾何形狀之內沉花20、部分球狀之內沉花22及三角形幾何形狀之內沉花24。內沉花20,22,24之個別系列平行於坯料模體16之軸線成直線陣列。此等特定內沉花幾何形狀及安置僅用來解說。
為製造容器預塑坯或型坯26(第1及3A圖),將熔融玻璃填料或充填料放入坯料模體16之內模腔內,將柱塞28推進通過頸環12而進入坯料模體16之內模腔內。柱塞28使熔融玻璃抵在坯料模10之內表面14,18,而形成最後幾何形狀之頸成品34及具有外浮雕20a,24a(以及第3A圖中未顯示之22a),此等外浮雕20a,24a在幾何形狀及隔距上對應於模體內表面18上之個別內沉花20,24。撤回柱塞28並將型坯26移至多段吹塑模32(第3A及3B圖)。窄頸成品34於此例子中具有不大於36mm(毫米)之T直徑(第3A圖)之螺紋成品。(所有例示性尺寸均額定的,並因製造公差而發生變化)。
將吹製氣體,通常是空氣導引通過型坯26之頸成品34而進入型坯之中空內部,以將型坯體35朝吹塑模32之內表面36撐大(第3B圖)。(可同時於型坯附近,向外對吹塑模表面抽成真空。)隨著型坯膨脹及撐大,型坯的外浮雕20a,24a(以及22a)亦同時膨脹及擴張。當膨脹型坯體之外表面接觸內吹塑模表面36時,型坯體上之外浮雕20a,24a(以及未圖示之22a)被有效推擠穿過膨脹型坯體之側壁,而於吹製容器本體39之側壁38上形成內浮雕20b,22b,24b(第3A-4D圖)。如第4D圖所示,內浮雕之幾何形狀典型地因在吹製期間所發生穿過容器壁之撐大及位移而較原外浮雕之幾何形狀更鈍。型坯體之玻璃正常地於此吹製作業期間撐大超過45%,且典型地撐大在45%至70%的範圍。當於吹塑作業期間撐大及位移時,內浮雕20b,22b,24b(第4A-5C圖)具有對應於坯料模體16中內沉花20,22,24(第2圖)之幾何形狀和圖案的幾何形狀和圖案。此撐大及位移顯示於第5A-5C圖中。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種窄頸玻璃容器製造方法,該容器係以壓及吹製造作業製成,包括容器頸成品(34)及容器本體(39),該容器具有至少一個內浮雕,包括以下步驟:(a)提供坯料模(10),該坯料模(10)包含模本體(16)及頸環(12);(b)將一熔融玻璃充填料放置於該坯料模中;(c)移動柱塞(28)通過該頸環而進入該模本體,以使該熔融玻璃充填料抵住該頸環及該模本體之內表面,藉以形成玻璃型坯(26);(d)自該坯料模移除該玻璃型坯;(e)將該型坯(26)置入吹塑模(32)內,該吹塑模(32)具有內表面(36);以及(f)自該吹塑模移除該窄頸玻璃容器;其特徵在於:該頸環具有用以形成容器頸成品之內表面,該容器頸成品具有不大於36mm之外蓋附件直徑;於該步驟(a)提供之該模本體具有內表面,其具有至少一個預定幾何形狀之內沉花(20,22,24);該步驟(c)形成具有該容器頸成品及型坯體(35)的玻璃型坯,該型坯體(35)具有至少一個對應於在該吹塑模內表面上的內沉花之外浮雕(20a,22a,24a);以及 (g)在該步驟(c)之後但在該步驟(f)之前,將吹氣導引通過該窄頸玻璃容器而進入該型坯體內,以將該型坯體撐大抵在該吹塑模內表面,因此,藉由該型坯體,將該至少一個外浮雕推擠在該型坯上,其中該型坯體被撐大至少45%,及形成被撐大的容器本體具有至少一個內浮雕(20b,22b,24b)對應於該外浮雕。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中在該步驟(g)期間,該型坯體撐大至少45%至70%。
