Claims (3)

1. Postupak za izradu staklenog spremnika s uskim grlom, koji spremnik ima završetak grla (34) spremnika i tijelo (39) spremnika i koji ima najmanje jedno unutarnje ispupčenje, u postupku proizvodnje prešanjem i puhanjem, pri čemu ovaj postupak uključuje sljedeće korake: (a) pribavljanje pred-kalupa (10) koji ima tijelo kalupa (16) i grleni prsten (12), (b) stavljanje mase rastaljenog stakla, koja masa ima oblik kapi u navedeni pred-kalup, (c) pomicanje klipa (28) kroz navedeni grleni prsten u navedeno tijelo kalupa, kako bi se oblikovala navedena masa rastaljenog stakla koja ima oblik kapi prema navedenoj unutarnjoj površini navedenog grlenog prstena i navedenog tijela kalupa, i kako bi se na taj način stvorio pred-oblik (26) staklene mase, (d) uklanjanje navedenog pred-oblika staklene mase iz navedenog pred-kalupa, (e) stavljanje navedenog pred-oblika staklene mase (26) u završni kalup za dobivanje proizvoda puhanjem (32), koji kalup ima unutarnju površinu (36), i (g) uklanjanje staklenog spremnika s uskim grlom iz navedenog završnog kalupa za dobivanje proizvoda puhanjem, naznačen time što navedeni grleni prsten ima unutarnju površinu za formiranje završetka grla spremnika, koje grlo ima promjer za učvršćenje vanjskog dodatnog elementa za zatvaranje, koji promjer nije veći od 36 mm, pri čemu navedeno tijelo kalupa koje je pribavljeno u navedenom koraku (a) ima unutarnju površinu s najmanje jednim ispupčenjem (20, 22, 24) koje ima unaprijed određenu geometriju, i pri čemu se u navedenom koraku (c) formira pred-oblik staklene mase koji ima dovršeno navedeno grlo spremnika, a tijelo pred-oblika staklene mase (35) ima najmanje jedno vanjsko ispupčenje (20a, 22a, 22b), koje navedeno vanjsko ispupčenje odgovara navedenom unutarnjem ispupčenju na navedenoj unutarnjoj površini navedenog tijela kalupa, (f) nakon koraka (e) uvodi se plin za puhanje kroz navedeni završetak grla spremnika u navedeno tijelo pred-oblika staklene mase, kako bi se tijelo pred-oblika staklene mase rastegnulo prema unutarnjoj površini navedenog završnog kalupa za dobivanje proizvoda puhanjem, i kako bi se na taj način potisnulo najmanje jedno navedeno vanjsko ispupčenje, koje je na navedenom pred-obliku staklene mase, kroz navedeno tijelo pred-oblika staklene mase, pri čemu se navedeno tijelo staklene mase rastegne najmanje za 40 % i stvara se rastegnuto tijelo spremnika koje ima najmanje jedno unutarnje ispupčenje (20b, 22b, 24b) koje se podudara s navedenim vanjskim ispupčenjem.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se navedeno tijelo pred-oblika staklene mase za vrijeme navedenog koraka (f) rastegne u području od 45 % do 70 %.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što najmanje jedno navedeno unutarnje ispupčenje (20, 22, 24), koje se nalazi na navedenoj unutarnjoj površini navedenog tijela pred-kalupa, uključuje veći broj unutarnjih ispupčenja prema geometrijskom uzorku i pri čemu najmanje jedno unutarnje ispupčenje (20b, 22b, 24b) koje je formirano u navedenom koraku (f) obuhvaća veći broj unutarnjih ispupčenja prema geometrijskom uzorku, koji uzorak se podudara s navedenim unaprijed određenim geometrijskim uzorkom navedenih unutarnjih ispupčenja.
