一种塑料瓶制造方法,包括:注塑、吹塑、脱模三道工序;第一工位(21),将瓶坯料精确注塑出瓶嘴部分并对瓶体进行拉伸,得到预制瓶,模芯连同预制瓶转到第二工位(22);第二工位(22),在吹塑模具中用吹塑的方法生产出塑料瓶,吹塑模具包括不可吹塑的容腔及可吹塑的空腔,容腔的形状尺寸与瓶嘴部分相适配,瓶身置于空腔中,吹塑完成后再转到第三工位(23);在第三工位(23),进行脱模。本方法适用于生产瓶嘴成型精度高、便于与瓶盖实现密封要求的塑料瓶。

Description

塑料瓶制造方法
本发明涉及一种塑料瓶的制造方法。本发明基于申请日为2011年10月29日、申请号为201110335809.6的中国发明专利申请,该申请的内容作为与本发明密切相关的参考文献引入本文。
公开号为CN101670659A的中国专利申请公开了一种注拉吹塑料中空容器制品的模具设备及其工艺成型方法,该模具设备包括注塑模组件、吹塑模组件及拉伸装置,工艺过程包括注塑过程、吹塑过程及拉伸过程,具体是:注塑过程中,动模与定模合模,模具闭合,注塑瓶胚,动模与定模开模,模具开启后进入吹塑过程,吹塑成型模块闭合,将瓶胚同时进行拉伸、吹气成型形成中空容器,接着拉伸装置回复原位,开启吹塑成型模块将成型的中空容器顶出。有些中空容器在使用过程中是要与其他零件有配合要求的,例如作为中空容器的塑料瓶,通常需要与塑料盖配合,以实现对容器内部空间的密封,这种用吹塑方法生产的塑料瓶,因为得到的塑料瓶瓶嘴精度差,与瓶盖的配合达不到密封的要求,不能满足对于密封要求严格的使用场合。
碳粉瓶作为激光打印机、复印机等办公设备所补充的碳粉的包装方式之一,越来越受欢迎,有取代其他补充碳粉包装方式的趋势,使用碳粉瓶进行加粉时操作比较方便。因为碳粉不能受潮,需要密封保存,而现有碳粉瓶多使用吹塑方法生产的塑料瓶,由于前述原因不能满足密封要求,其密封方式通常是在瓶嘴焊接一层铝薄膜来进行密封,使用这种塑料瓶包装碳粉不但要有瓶盖,还多了一道焊接铝薄膜工序及多使用了铝薄膜材料,在使用时揭开铝薄膜又比较困难,使用不方便。
本发明的目的是提供一种瓶嘴成型精度高、便于与瓶盖实现密封要求的塑料瓶制造方法。
本发明的塑料瓶制造方法所采用的技术方案是:包括:注塑、吹塑、脱模三道工序;第一工位,将瓶坯料精确注塑出瓶嘴部分并对瓶体进行拉伸,得到预制瓶,模芯连同预制瓶转到第二工位;第二工位,在吹塑模具中用吹塑的方法生产出塑料瓶,吹塑模具包括不可吹塑的容腔及可吹塑的空腔,容腔的形状尺寸与瓶嘴部分相适配,瓶身置于空腔中,,吹塑完成后再转到第三工位;在第三工位,进行脱模。
进一步的技术方案是塑料瓶的材料是PET塑料。由于PET塑料耐蠕变、抗疲劳性、耐摩擦和尺寸稳定性好,磨耗小而硬度高,受温度影响小,使塑料瓶的瓶嘴部分的形状及尺寸更稳定。
由于本发明的塑料瓶制造方法采用了上述技术方案,较之于焊接封膜的密封方法,可以省去焊接铝薄膜工序,节省了铝薄膜材料。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
塑料瓶制造方法所采用工艺包括注塑、吹塑、脱模三个步骤,参见图1,在第一工位21,注塑模具31闭合后,首先将瓶坯料注塑出瓶嘴部分,并使模芯朝向远离瓶嘴部分的方向行走,拉伸出具有瓶体的预制瓶1,然后模芯4连同预制瓶1转到第二工位22;在第二工位22,在吹塑模具32中用吹塑的方法生产出塑料瓶,最后再转到第三工位23,进行脱模,将工件取下后,又进行下一个循环。塑料瓶的材料采用PET塑料。
参见图2,在注塑工序,首先将瓶坯料注塑出精确尺寸的瓶嘴部分11。
参见图3,在注塑工序,注塑出瓶嘴部分11部分的同时,还再继续将模芯往下走,拉伸出预制瓶1中的瓶身12部分。
参见图4,吹塑工序,将预制瓶中的瓶身12部分用吹塑的方法扩大到预定尺寸,则形成塑料瓶的成品形状。
参见图5,吹塑模具32包括不可吹塑的容腔321及可吹塑的空腔322,瓶嘴部分11与容腔321相适配,合模后预制瓶的瓶嘴部分11镶嵌在容腔321中,预制瓶的瓶身12置于空腔322中。由于瓶嘴部分11与容腔321相适配,使容腔321与空腔322被瓶嘴部分11相区隔,从模芯4的芯轴孔41往瓶身12内吹气,使预制瓶的瓶身12受到拉伸扩大至填满空腔322,由于芯轴孔41的出口不进入瓶嘴部分11,即使气体的流动性使得气体有渗进瓶嘴部分11的倾向,但瓶嘴部分11本体已将容腔321填满,而且瓶嘴部分11呈敞口,不会对气体产生密闭包裹效应,即瓶嘴部分11的内外气压不会产生压差,所以瓶嘴部分11的形状及尺寸不受吹塑操作的影响。瓶嘴部分11与瓶身12一起构成预定形状尺寸的塑料瓶。
参见图6,所制成的塑料瓶高精度的瓶嘴部分11与瓶盖5螺旋配合直接密封。
在另外的实施例中,参见图7,所制成的塑料瓶高精度的瓶嘴部分11与瓶盖5过盈配合直接密封。
瓶嘴在注塑模具中完全用注塑方法成型,因为由注塑方法所得的产品的尺寸精度高,所以由注塑方法所得的预制瓶瓶嘴的尺寸精度也高,转到第二工位的吹塑模具中时,吹塑模具合模后预制瓶的瓶嘴部分置于与之相适配容腔中,使瓶嘴部分的尺寸精度继续得到保证,而预制瓶的瓶身部分处于空腔中,芯轴在瓶身中吹气,将预制瓶的瓶身部分吹成型,在此工位,瓶嘴部分不受吹塑操作的影响,瓶嘴部分的形状及尺寸均由模具来保证,因此瓶嘴部分的形状及尺寸的精度得以保证,可以与瓶盖精密配合实现密封。

Claims (2)

  1. 塑料瓶制造方法,包括
    注塑、吹塑、脱模三道工序;
    其特征在于:
    第一工位,将瓶坯料精确注塑出瓶嘴部分并对瓶体进行拉伸,得到预制瓶,模芯连同所述预制瓶转到第二工位;
    第二工位,在吹塑模具中用吹塑的方法生产出塑料瓶,所述吹塑模具包括不可吹塑的容腔及可吹塑的空腔,所述容腔的形状尺寸与所述瓶嘴部分相适配,所述瓶身置于所述空腔中,吹塑完成后再转到第三工位;
    第三工位,进行脱模。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料瓶制造方法,其特征在于:所述塑料瓶的材料是PET塑料。
