Description

控制顯示器之定位系統 發明領域
本發明係有關於控制顯示器之定位系統;更特別地,本發明係有關於一種與醫學/手術設備使用之控制顯示器之定位系統。
發明背景
習知技藝之具有控制顯示器之醫學/手術系統(諸如,眼科手術系統)提供有限之接近控制顯示器、觸控式螢幕,及圖形用戶界面(GUI)。於某些醫學/手術系統,控制顯示器係被永久附著於機器之前面板,因此係不能被移動。於其它醫學/手術系統,控制顯示器被安裝於軛型裝置上,以使控制顯示器可繞著垂直軸作側向旋轉,而且亦可繞著水平軸傾斜。但是,因為顯示器仍位於醫學/手術系統上之中央且安裝於此系統,醫療專業人員對於從直接於此機器前之位置接近控制顯示器仍受限制。
使控制顯示器限制於直接在醫學/手術系統前之位置係其間手術工具及裝置盤需經常被置於直接在此系統前之醫學/手術裝置之一問題。於此結構,醫療專業人員需伸過手術工具及裝置以便接近控制顯示器。控制顯示器之此種定位冒有放棄掉接近此機器及越過手術工具及裝置之消毒範圍之危險。
呈現困難之另一情況係當患者位於醫學/手術系統及使用者間之位置時接近GUI。於此情況,使用者需伸過患者以便接近GUI。
另一問題係適應使用此醫學/手術系統之醫療專業人員之身體位置。於某些程序,醫療專業人員由坐姿能更舒適地工作。於其它程序,醫療專業人員由站姿能更舒適地工作。無論坐著或站著,醫療專業人員之身高亦係主要考量。此係因為醫療專業人員會因螢幕未被適當置放以提供清楚視線而誤讀螢幕。誤讀螢幕會造成手術程序中之不適當及可能不安全之步驟。因此,相對於醫療專業人員之眼睛而適當置放控制顯示器以避免來自螢幕之眩光、室內光線反射,或控制顯示器上出現之影像失真係重要的。
發現樞轉習知技藝之控制顯示器之定位系統成不同位向造成置於控制顯示器之定位系統內之電纜扭轉。此電纜扭轉於電纜上施加機械應力。此機械應力最後會造成電纜斷裂。於某些習知技藝之系統,導至控制顯示器之電纜會被繞捲成緊的線圈。於其它習知技藝之系統,電纜之移動於每一電纜端部處受限制。此一於每一端部處電纜移動之限制發生而使於每一軸上之電纜移動造成之機械應力會隨軸而降低。
隨軸而對電纜移動限制之問題係因為用以處理每一軸內之旋轉所需之電纜長度增加而使電纜需相當長。此增加之電纜長度需以相對較大之線圈貯存。此一貯存相對較大之電纜線圈之必要性增加控制顯示器之定位系統之整體尺寸。當數個電纜移動軸被串聯使用時,電纜長度需要大量地增加控制顯示器之定位系統之尺寸。亦發現使用呈線圈狀之電纜及限制電纜端部之移動於數個電纜被使用時並非係一可接受之解決方式。再者,亦發現有利地係使視訊信號傳輸電纜與其它電纜分開,以降低對視訊信號增加之雜訊量。
習知技藝之控制顯示器之定位系統之另一問題係用以使產生摩擦力之表面推在一起而使用之彈簧力典型上係藉由壓縮一系列之波形墊圈而產生。因為個別之波形墊圈被壓縮時提供相對較低程度之力量,數個波形墊圈需呈串聯使用以產生用以按壓產生摩擦力之表面所需之力量。波形墊圈之特徵亦在於對力量曲線(彈簧速率)之線性偏差。因此,由波形圈及其相配零件之尺寸變化造成之波形墊圈偏差之變化造成彈力大量變化。此彈力大量變化因而造成摩擦力大量變化。
因此,於此技藝仍需一種可與一醫學/手術設備物件使用之控制顯示器之定位系統,其:a)使控制顯示器之位置調整至可由醫療專業人員最佳地見到者;b)降低用以提供至控制顯示器之電訊之電纜上之機械應力;c)對控制顯示器提供廣範圍之移動,及d)當以人工重新定位時使保持其位置。
發明概要
本發明之控制顯示器之定位系統能使控制顯示器之位置調整至醫療專業人員可最佳地見到之廣範圍的不同位置;降低用以提供至控制顯示器之電訊之電纜上之機械應力;及當以人工重新定位時使保持其位置。
所揭露之控制顯示器之定位系統特徵在於三個樞紐--每一者具有實質上垂直之軸,以提供實質上呈水平面之旋轉移動。第一或底垂直樞紐係安裝於醫學/手術設備物件之固定部份。自底垂直樞紐之近端部向外延伸係第一臂。於第一臂之相反或遠端部係置放第二或肘垂直樞紐。自肘垂直樞紐之近端部向外延伸係第二臂。於第二臂之遠端部係置放第三或顯示器垂直樞紐。使顯示器垂直樞紐與控制顯示器連接係控制顯示器之安裝或水平樞紐,以使控制顯示器相對於實質上垂直之面移動。水平樞紐被安裝於控制顯示器之背面。
於每一垂直樞紐內係實質上呈圓柱形之通道。提供至控制顯示器之電訊之電纜束通過此實質上呈圓柱形之通道。
圍繞於每一垂直樞紐內之實質上呈圓柱形之通道係用以使每一垂直樞紐維持於選定位置之摩擦機構。此用以使每一垂直樞紐維持於選定位置之摩擦機構包含堆疊之墊圈。摩擦力係藉由摩擦墊圈與鋼墊圈間之接觸而產生。使摩擦墊圈及鋼墊圈推在一起之力量係藉由堆疊之一或多個貝勒維爾(Belleville)墊圈提供。

實施例之詳細說明
如第1圖顯示之所揭露之控制顯示器之定位系統10係用以支撐及定位用於醫學/手術系統100(諸如,眼科手術系統)之控制顯示器90。熟習此項技藝者會瞭解所揭露之系統10亦可與其它型式之醫學/手術設備使用。
所揭露之系統10之一重要特徵係遞送電能及信號至置於控制顯示器90內之電子組件之電纜110係容納於控制顯示器之定位系統10內。所揭露之控制顯示器之定位系統10之另一特徵係樞紐20,30,50,70內之摩擦力使控制顯示器90保持於任何選定之位置。醫療專業人員藉由施加足夠力量克服樞紐20,30,50,70內之摩擦力而簡單地使控制顯示器90重新定位。結果係所揭露之控制顯示器之定位系統10能使控制顯示器90被置放及保持於圍繞醫學/手術系統100之前方或任一側之半圓形區域內之任何位置。
控制顯示器90包含一圖形用戶界面(GUI)91,其具有一觸控式面板或觸控式螢幕92。觸控式面板92作為此系統100之主要之使用者輸入裝置。所揭露之控制顯示器之定位系統10之4軸臂之移動使控制顯示器90位於從機器中心,越過患者,至延伸出醫學/手術設備物件之前方或側邊位置等範圍之位置而置放。此增加之移動範圍便利於在醫學/手術程序期間扮演數種不同操作角色之護士接近此顯示器。
所揭露之控制顯示器之定位系統10包含3個通過每一樞紐30,50,70之垂直旋轉軸V1 ,V2 ,V3 ,及一通過剩餘之樞紐20之水平傾斜軸H1 。3個垂直旋轉軸V1 ,V2 ,V3 容許揭露之控制顯示器之定位系統10使控制顯示器90於其移動範圍內以與地板平行之水平面移至任何位置。由樞紐20提供之水平傾斜軸H1 使顯示器90之觀看角度以相對於垂直面呈±20°作調整以適應不同高度之使用者。
垂直位向之樞紐30,50,70及水平位向之樞紐20皆具有個別如第2A及2B圖所示之摩擦力產生機構,以於其一旦被定位時產生阻力及使每一臂40及60保持於定位。於垂直軸軸V1 ,V2 ,V3 ,摩擦力係藉由如第2A圖所示般使不銹鋼墊圈102壓抵塑料摩擦墊圈104而產生。具有非線性彈簧常數之貝勒維爾墊圈106被用以於墊圈102上產生負重。貝勒維爾墊圈106降低摩擦載重之波動。
發現更一致之摩擦力係藉由使用具非線性彈簧速率之貝勒維爾墊圈106達成。對用於所揭露發明而選擇之貝勒維爾墊圈106係被特別設計,以使偏差係位於其力量曲線之極平直之區段。此結果係藉由堆積之容限變化造成之偏差變化造成對摩擦墊圈104施加之法向力極小變化。
包含於每一垂直樞紐組件內係一內軸承環扳手螺帽11、一外軸承環扳手螺帽13,及一滾珠軸承15。雖然,滾珠軸承15被用於較佳實施例,但熟習此項技藝者會瞭解其它型式之軸承可於未偏離本發明範圍而使用。於每一垂直樞紐組件之底部係旋轉限位環16。一或多個遮罩或蓋子17可被包含以使污物或碎裂物留於樞紐組件外。樞紐組件30,50及70每一者係被容納於一與外軸承環扳手螺帽13旋轉偶合之外殼18內。樞紐組件30,50及70每一者具有一樞軸19,其係與內軸承環扳手螺帽11旋轉偶合。樞紐30及70之旋轉係限於180°,而樞紐50之旋轉係完整之360°。
顯示器之垂直樞紐組件70係附接至第一臂60之遠端部62。於第一臂60之相反端部64係置放肘垂直樞紐組件50。肘垂直樞紐組件50提供第一臂60之端部64與第二臂40之遠端部42間之連接。第二臂40之相反端部44係置放底垂直樞紐組件30。底垂直樞紐組件30與醫學/手術系統100之固定部份連接。
每一樞紐組件30,50,70內具有足夠空間,如此,數個電纜能經過樞紐之中間孔12。此等電纜可包含LVDS信號電纜、界面數據電纜,及電纜集結帶。藉由於所有3個旋轉軸處使電纜以未受限方式通過樞紐組件30,50,70之中間孔12,電纜內之機械應力及形成之電纜損壞被降低。
電纜長度及電纜應力係藉由使電纜經過如第3圖所示之通過每一臂40,60長度之開放空間99而進一步降低。此電纜應力降低因二原因而發生。第一,藉由使電纜行經之路徑於垂直軸間未受限,一軸之扭轉移動會抵消相鄰軸之相反扭轉移動。另外,使電纜行進路徑99於每一臂40,60之整個長度未受限制能容許更大之電纜長度。此更大之電纜長度能使任何特定之角度偏差於較長之電纜段分佈,因而降低電纜內之任何機械應力之集中。若電纜如習知技藝系統般於每一軸之任一端部被應變解除,角度偏差會集中於數英吋之電纜。發現藉由於一系列之軸之開始及結束處使電纜應變解除,角度偏差會分佈之長度被增加超過12英吋。
參考第3圖,控制顯示器90係裝設於二垂直桿24上。桿24係與控制顯示器之安裝或水平樞紐組件20(其係提供控制顯示器90繞著實質上水平之軸傾斜)連接。水平樞紐組件20係與顯示器之垂直樞紐組件70連接。
藉由比較第3圖與第2B圖,可看出軸22通過每一垂直桿24之孔洞21。軸22之每一端部使螺釘23容置於具內螺紋之部份25內。水平樞紐組件20進一步包含一不銹鋼填隙墊圈112、一塑料摩擦墊圈114,及一組貝勒維爾墊圈116。使螺釘23轉緊使貝勒維爾墊圈116壓抵桿24及摩擦墊圈114,以提供用以維持控制顯示器90繞著水平軸H1 傾斜所需之摩擦力。相似於樞紐30,50及70內之貝勒維爾墊圈106,貝勒維爾墊圈116具有非線性之彈簧常數,而降低摩擦載重之波動。

  16. 一種使一控制顯示器相對於一醫學/手術系統定位之方法,包含下列步驟:使該控制顯示器附接至一具有一實質上水平之軸的顯示器樞紐,以使該控制顯示器繞著該水平軸傾斜;使該顯示器樞紐附接至一具有一實質上垂直之軸的顯示器安裝樞紐,以使該控制顯示器繞著該垂直軸旋轉;使該顯示器安裝樞紐附接至一具有實質上垂直之軸的肘樞紐,以使該顯示器樞紐繞著該垂直軸旋轉;使該肘樞紐附接至一具有一實質上垂直之軸的底樞紐,以使該肘樞紐繞著該垂直軸旋轉;及使該底樞紐附接至該醫學/手術系統之一固定部份, 其中該顯示器樞紐、該顯示器安裝樞紐或該肘樞紐之至少一者包含:一軸,其可轉動地耦合至一內扳手螺帽;一外扳手螺帽,其可轉動地耦合至一外樞紐殼體;以及一滾珠軸承,其設置在一側之該內扳手螺帽及該外扳手螺帽與在一相對側之該組墊圈之間。
