Description
本發明關於一種加壓整形用潤滑油組成物,且特別地係關於一種用於加壓整形燒結金屬(特別是諸如齒輪之機械構件用的燒結金屬)之潤滑油組成物。
燒結金屬之機械構件(諸如齒輪)通常係經由一個壓緊步驟、一個燒結步驟、一個加壓整形步驟及一個碾磨步驟所產製。在加壓整形步驟中,迄今已使用礦物油型機油。然而,已知之機油經碾磨步驟後有產生銹蝕之問題。經發現加壓整形用之潤滑油對銹生成具有重大之影響。換言之,因為慣用之礦物油型機油不具有足夠之防銹性質,經加壓整形後之摩擦表面經碾磨步驟後易於產生銹蝕。慣用之機油在機械加工性上仍存有改善之空間。
在此情況下,需要具有優異機械加工性和防銹性質之加壓整形用潤滑油。關於公開文件,專利文件1揭示使用菜油。專利文件2所揭示使用之油含有由合成酯、脂及油所組成之底質油、顏色防止劑及黏著防止劑。該等已知油於效能上存有改善之空間。

本發明係在上述之情況下完成,且本發明之目標係提供一種具有優異機械加工性和防銹性質之加壓整形用潤滑油組成物。
本案發明人已作深入之研究並發現藉由含有特定含量的特定之低黏度潤滑底質油及混合在其中之特定的耐特壓及防銹劑之組成物可有效地達成該目標。本發明係基於上述之發現而完成。
因此,本發明之目標如下:1.一種加壓整形用潤滑油組成物,其包含(A)40o
C下運動黏度為0.5至150mm2
/s之潤滑底質油、及混合在其中作為耐特壓及防銹劑之(B)5至80質量%之高鹼性磺酸鈣,其含量係基於該組成物之總量。
2.前述1所定義之加壓整形用潤滑油組成物更包含混合在其中作為防銹劑之(C)0.5至30質量%之中性磺酸鋇及/或多元醇脂肪酸酯,其含量係基於該組成物之總量。
3.前述1或2所定義之加壓整形用潤滑油組成物更包含混合在其中作為金屬減活化劑之(D)0.005至10質量%之苯並三唑化合物及/或噻二唑化合物,其含量係基於該組成物之總量。
4.前述1至3中任一所定義之加壓整形用潤滑油組成物更包含混合在其中之(E)0.05至10質量%之抗氧化劑,其含量係基於該組成物之總量。
依據本發明,可提供一種具有優異機械加工性和防銹性質之加壓整形用潤滑油組成物。
於本發明之加壓整形用潤滑油組成物中,使用於40o
C下具有運動黏度為0.5至150mm2
/s之礦物油及/或合成油以作為底質油係必需的。黏度低於0.5mm2
/s係不利的,因為降低油膜強度及增加因蒸發所產生之損失。黏度超過150mm2
/s導致該油之可分離性不佳及增加該油因搬運所造成之損失。另外,該油變為吾人所不欲之黏稠。該運動黏度適宜地係0.5至100mm2
/s,較適宜地係0.5至60mm2
/s。
可使用各種不同之礦物油。該礦物油之實例包括經常壓蒸餾石蠟底質粗油、中間底質粗油或萘底質粗油所可得到之餾出油、經真空蒸餾上述常壓蒸餾之殘餘油所可得到之餾出油、及藉由慣用之方法精鍊上述之餾出油所可得到之精鍊油,諸如溶劑精鍊油、氫化精鍊油、脫蠟油及黏土處理油。自氧化溶解度之觀點,所有上述之高度精鍊礦物油皆為適宜的。
作為合成油,可使用例如聚(α-烯烴)、烯烴共聚物(諸如乙烯-丙烯共聚物)、支鏈聚烯烴(諸如聚丁烯、聚異丁烯或聚丙烯)、上述聚合物之氫化產物、烷基苯或烷基萘。所有前述中,聚(α-烯烴)係適宜的。
作為本發明之底質油,上述之礦物油可單獨使用或其二種或多種併用,且上述之合成油可單獨使用或其二種或多種併用。亦可併用一種或多種礦物油及一種或多種合成油。傾點(即低溫下特徵指數)並無特別之限制,但其適宜地係-10℃或低於-10℃。
於本發明之加壓整形用潤滑油組成物中,使用成份(B)高鹼性磺酸鈣作為耐特壓及防銹劑。
該高鹼性磺酸鈣係磺酸之鈣鹽。該磺酸之實例包括芳香族石油磺酸、烷基磺酸、芳基磺酸及烷基芳基磺酸。該磺酸之特定實例包括十二烷基苯磺酸、二(十二烷基)十六烷基苯磺酸、經石蠟取代之苯磺酸、經聚烯烴取代之苯磺酸、經聚異丁烯取代之苯磺酸及萘磺酸。自加入量之觀點,總鹼值適宜地係至少50mg KOH/g(JIS K2501;過氯酸方法),較適宜地係至少200mg KOH/g,更為適宜地係至少400mg KOH/g。
作為成份(B),上述之磺酸可單獨使用或其二種或多種併用。成份(B)之含量基於該組成物之總量係5至80質量%。成份(B)之含量若低於5質量%,則不足以顯現其功效。成份(B)之含量過多若超過80質量%,則不能顯現任何額外之功效,因此係不經濟的。該量適宜地係5至50質量%,較適宜地係5至30質量%。
於本發明之加壓整形用潤滑油組成物中,如有需要可額外使用作為防銹劑之中性磺酸鋇及/或多元醇脂肪酸酯,其係為成份(C)。
該中性磺酸鋇係磺酸之鋇鹽且其總鹼值幾乎為0mg KOH/g(JIS K2501;過氯酸方法)。如上述成份(B)所述之相同磺酸類型可作為該磺酸。
該多元醇脂肪酸酯可為全酯或部分酯。該多元醇適宜地係三元醇至六元醇,諸如丙三醇、三羥甲基乙烷、三羥甲基丙烷、赤蘚醇、五赤蘚醇、阿糖醇、山梨糖醇及山梨糖醇酐。
該脂肪酸適宜地具有至少12個碳原子,適宜地12至24個碳原子。具有12至24個碳原子之脂肪酸可為線形或支鏈且可為飽和或未飽和。
該線形飽和脂肪酸之特定實例包括十二烷酸、十三烷酸、十四烷酸、十五烷酸、十六烷酸、十七烷酸、十八烷酸、十九烷酸、二十烷酸、二十二烷酸及二十四烷酸。線形未飽和脂肪酸之特定實例包括十二烯酸、5-十二烯酸、粗租酸、9-十四烯酸、9-十六烯酸、巖芹酸、油酸、反油酸、可待酸、芥酸及鯊油酸。
該支鏈飽和脂肪酸之特定實例包括甲基十一烷酸、丙基壬酸、甲基十二烷酸、丙基癸酸、甲基十三烷酸、甲基十四烷酸、甲基十五烷酸、乙基十四烷酸、甲基十六烷酸、丙基十四烷酸、乙基十六烷酸、甲基十七烷酸、丁基十四烷酸、甲基十八烷酸、乙基十八烷酸、甲基十九烷酸、乙基十八烷酸、甲基二十烷酸、丙基十八烷酸、丁基十八烷酸、甲基二十二烷酸、戊基十八烷酸、甲基二十三烷酸、乙基二十二烷酸、丙基二十六烷酸、己基十八烷酸;4,4-二甲基癸酸、2-乙基-3-甲基壬酸、2,2-二甲基-4-乙基辛酸、2-丙基-3-甲基壬酸、2,3-二甲基十二烷酸、2-丁基-3-甲基壬酸、3,7,11-三甲基十二烷酸、4,4-二甲基十四烷酸、2-丁基-2-戊基庚酸、2,3-二甲基十四烷酸、4,8,12-三甲基十三烷酸、14,14-二甲基十五烷酸、3-甲基-2-庚基壬酸、2,2-二戊基庚酸、2,2-二甲基十六烷酸、2-辛基-3-甲基壬酸、2,3-二甲基十七烷酸、2,4-二甲基十八烷酸、2-丁基-2-庚基壬酸、及20,20-二甲基二十一烷酸。
該支鏈未飽和脂肪酸之特定實例包括5-甲基-2-十一烯酸、2-甲基-2-十二烯酸、5-甲基-2-十三烯酸、2-甲基-9-十八烯酸、2-乙基-9-十八烯酸、2-丙基-9-十八烯酸及2-甲基-9-二十烯酸。在上述具有12至24個碳原子之脂肪酸中,十八烷酸、油酸及16-甲基十七烷酸(異十八烷酸)係適宜的。
上述成份(C)化合物可單獨使用或其二種或多種併用。成份(C)之含量基於該組成物之總量係0.5至30質量%。成份(C)之含量若低於0.5質量%,則不足以顯現其防銹功效。成份(C)之含量過多若超過30質量%,則不能顯現任何額外之功效,因此係經濟上不利的。該量適宜地係0.5至20質量%。
於本發明之加壓整形用潤滑油組成物中,如有需要可額外使用作為金屬減活化劑之苯並三唑化合物及/或噻二唑化合物,其係為成份(D)。
該苯並三唑化合物可為下述通式(I)所示之苯並三唑或烷基苯並三唑、下述通式(II)所示之N-(烷基)烷基苯並三唑或下述通式(III)所示之N-(烷基)胺基烷基苯並三唑:

烷基,適宜地係C1 - 2
烷基。該烷基之特定實例係與R1
所描述者相同。符號b係0至4之整數,適宜地係0或1。

烷基。該烷基之特定實例包括甲基、乙基、正丙基、異丙基、正丁基、異丁基、另丁基、特丁基、各種不同戊基、各種不同己基、各種不同庚基、各種不同辛基、各種不同壬基、各種不同癸基、各種不同十一烷基及各種不同十二烷基。符號c係0至4之整數,適宜地係0或1。
在上述之苯並三唑化合物中,苯並三唑、N-甲基苯並三唑及N-二辛基胺基甲基-1,2,3-苯並三唑係適宜的。
作為噻二唑化合物,適宜使用者係例如下述通式(IV)所示之1,3,4-噻二唑、1,2,4-噻二唑或1,4,5-噻二唑:

烷基且d和e各別為0至8之整數。
適當噻二唑化合物之實例係2,5-二(正己基二硫)-1,3,4-噻二唑、2,5-二(正辛基二硫)-1,3,4-噻二唑、2,5-二(正壬基二硫)-1,3,4-噻二唑、2,5-二(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基二硫)-1,3,4-噻二唑、3,5-二(正己基二硫)-1,2,4-噻二唑、3,5-二(正辛基二硫)-1,2,4-噻二唑、3,5-二(正壬基二硫)-1,2,4-噻二唑、3,5-二(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基二硫)-1,2,4-噻二唑、4,5-二(正己基二硫)-1,2,3-噻二唑、4,5-二(正辛基二硫)-1,2,3-噻二唑、4,5-二(正壬基二硫)-1,2,3-噻二唑及4,5-二(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基二硫)-1,2,3-噻二唑。其中,2,5-二(正辛基二硫)-1,3,4-噻二唑和2,5-二(正壬基二硫)-1,3,4-噻二唑係適宜的。
上述成份(D)化合物可單獨使用或其二種或多種併用。成份(D)之含量基於該組成物之總量係0.005至10質量%。成份(D)之含量若低於0.005質量%將造成極差之機械加工性。成份(D)之含量過多若超過10質量%,則不能顯現任何額外之功效,因此係不經濟的。該量適宜地係0.03至5質量%。
於本發明之加壓整形用潤滑油組成物中,如有需要可額外使用抗氧化劑,其係為成份(E)。
作為抗氧化劑,可使用者為酚型抗氧化劑、胺型抗氧化劑及硫型抗氧化劑。
該酚型抗氧化劑可為例如單酚系列,諸如2,6-二-特丁基-4-甲基酚(下文簡稱為DBPC)或2,6-二-特丁基-4-乙基酚;双酚系列,諸如4,4’-甲撐基二(2,6-二-特丁基酚)或2,2’-甲撐基二(4-乙基-6-特丁基酚);或,聚合物型酚系列,諸如四[甲撐基-3-(3,5-二-特丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]甲烷。上述酚型抗氧化劑可單獨使用或其二種或多種併用。
該胺型抗氧化劑可為單烷基二苯基胺系列,諸如單辛基二苯基胺或單壬基二苯基胺;二烷基二苯基胺系列,諸如4,4’-二丁基二苯基胺、4,4’-二戊基二苯基胺、4,4’-二己基二苯基胺、4,4’-二庚基二苯基胺、4,4’-二辛基二苯基胺或4,4’-二壬基二苯基胺;多烷基二苯基胺系列,諸如四丁基二苯基胺、四己基二苯基胺、四辛基二苯基胺或四壬基二苯基胺;或,萘基胺系列,諸如α-萘基胺、苯基-α-萘基胺、丁基苯基-α-萘基胺、戊基苯基-α-萘基胺、己基苯基-α-萘基胺、庚基苯基-α-萘基胺、辛基苯基-α-萘基胺或壬基苯基-α-萘基胺。其中,該二烷基二苯基胺系列係適宜的。上述胺型抗氧化劑可單獨使用或其二種或多種併用。
該硫型抗氧化劑可為吩噻嗪、五赤蘚醇-四-(3-十二烷基硫丙酸酯)、二(3,5-特丁基-4-羥基苄基)硫化物、硫二乙撐基二(3-(3,5-二-特丁基-4-羥基苯基))丙酸酯或2,6-二-特丁基-4-(4,6-二(辛基硫)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-甲基胺基)酚。該等硫型抗氧化劑可單獨使用或其二種或多種併用。
上述各種不同類型之抗氧化劑可併用其二種或多種。
該抗氧化劑之含量基於該組成物之總量係0.05至10質量%,適宜地係0.03至5質量%。
只要本發明之目標不會被不利地影響,於本發明之加壓整形用潤滑油組成物中,如有需要可混合一種或多種添加劑,諸如耐特壓劑(磷系列或硫系列)、抗發泡劑、摩擦控制劑、清潔分散劑、黏度指數改良劑及增稠劑。適宜地,本發明之加壓整形用潤滑油組成物的運動黏度基於機械加工性和處理便利性最終調整為40℃下2至200mm2
/s。
藉由下述之實施例進一步描述本發明,但本發明並不以該實施例為限。
對表1所示之潤滑底質油,混合表1所示之成份(其中表1所示之量(質量%)係基於該組成物之總量),藉以製備潤滑油組成物。
(2)加壓整形用潤滑油之評估測試:藉由下述之方法對所製備之加壓整形用潤滑油組成物進行評估測試。其結果示於表1。
(a)潤滑性測試(JASO擺錘試驗)依據JASOm-314 6.13,室溫下進行該測試以測定摩擦係數。
(b)防銹性測試將加壓整形用油覆於燒結金屬上。隨後令該金屬靜置1天藉以分離該油,並隨後令其進行潮濕試驗和屋簷下曝露試驗。
潮濕試驗(49℃,95%濕度):令測試片靜置5天。隨後判斷是否有銹生成。
屋簷下曝露試驗:令測試片靜置10天。隨後判斷是否有銹生成。
(3)附註:潤滑油組成物之成份A1:聚異丁烯之氫化產物,40 ℃下運動黏度為1.25mm2
/s A2:石蠟底質礦物油,40 ℃下運動黏度為8.38mm2
/s,硫含量為10ppm或低於10ppm A3:石蠟底質礦物油,40 ℃下運動黏度為32.4mm2
/s,硫含量為10ppm或低於10ppm A4:萘底質礦物油,40℃下運動黏度為56.8mm2
/s,硫含量為10ppm或低於10ppm A5:石蠟底質礦物油,40 ℃下運動黏度為131mm2
/s,硫含量為950ppm B1:高鹼性磺酸鈣,總鹼值為500mg KOH/g B2(比較性):大豆白榨油,40 ℃下運動黏度為30.5mm2
/s C1:中性磺酸鋇C2:山梨糖醇酐單油酸酯D1:N-二辛基胺基甲基-1,2,3-苯並三唑D2:苯並三唑D3:2,5-二(正壬基二硫)-1,3,4-噻二唑E1:DBPC E2:α-萘胺
Claims (5)
- 一種用於加壓整形燒結金屬之潤滑油組成物,其包含(A)40℃下運動黏度為0.5至150mm2 /s之潤滑底質油、及混合在其中作為耐特壓及防銹劑之(B)25至60質量%之高鹼性磺酸鈣,其含量係基於該組成物之總量。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之用於加壓整形燒結金屬之潤滑油組成物,其更包含混合在其中作為防銹劑之(C)0.5至30質量%之中性磺酸鋇及/或多元醇脂肪酸酯,其含量係基於該組成物之總量。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之用於加壓整形燒結金屬之潤滑油組成物,其更包含混合在其中作為金屬減活化劑之(D)0.005至10質量%之苯並三唑化合物及/或噻二唑化合物,其含量係基於該組成物之總量。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之用於加壓整形燒結金屬之潤滑油組成物,其更包含混合在其中之(E)0.05至10質量%之抗氧化劑,其含量係基於該組成物之總量。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之用於加壓整形燒結金屬之潤滑油組成物,其更包含混合在其中之(E)0.05至10質量%之抗氧化劑,其含量係基於該組成物之總量。
