Abstract
本發明提供一種鋰鎳錳鈷複合氧化物,具有LiaNixMnyCozO2
(x+y+z=1,1.05<a<1.3)之組成,其特徵在於:測量該複合氧化物之拉曼光譜所得之數據中,相對於主峰位於590~610cm-1
之六方晶系結構之A1g振動模式峰值強度,位於480~495cm-1
之六方晶系結構之Eg振動模式峰值強度及位於500~530cm-1
之尖晶石結構之F2g振動模式峰值強度,分別為前述主峰之六方晶系結構之A1g振動模式峰值強度的15%以上、40%以下。藉此,將拉曼光譜使用於結晶結構之鑑定上,使由鋰鎳錳鈷複合氧化物構成之正極前驅物之特性明確,而可得到特別是充放電特性及循環特性優異之鋰鎳錳鈷複合氧化物及鋰二次電池。
