Claims (3)

  1. 一種鋰離子蓄電池用正極活性物質,其特徵為具有以下述組成式表示之化合物:[Li1.5 ][Li0.5(1-x) Mn1-x M1.5x ]O3 (式中x滿足0.15≦x≦0.3,M係以Niα Coβ Mnγ 表示,且滿足0<α≦0.5、0≦β≦0.33、0<γ≦0.5)以X射線繞射所測定之前述化合物之(001)結晶面之峰值半寬值(half width)為0.19以上且0.212以下,前述化合物之平均一次粒徑為0.19μm以上且0.25μm以下。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之鋰離子蓄電池用正極活性物質,其中前述組成式中,x滿足0.15≦x≦0.25,α、β、γ分別滿足0<α≦0.457、0≦β≦0.1、0<γ≦0.457。
  3. 一種鋰離子蓄電池,其特徵為含有如申請專利範圍第1項之鋰離子蓄電池用正極活性物質。
