1235943 玖、發明說明: [發明所屬之技術領域] 本發明涉及一種以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置。 以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置,例如,PDAs(Personal Digital Assistant) ’f了動電話(m〇bile telephone)或筆 記型電腦(可攜式電腦),由於其緊密之構造形式而深受喜 愛。此外’此種裝置具有無線電及I r介面,其適合用來傳 送資料。此種裝置由於其獨特之目的而持續地爲使用者所 使用。 此種裝置之應用領域因此會受限。這與此種裝置通常 很高之購買價格形成強烈之對比。於是期望使此種高價格 之以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置之應用領域擴大。 [先前技術] 以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置(例如,PDA )之應用已爲人所 知’其以下述方式使PDA之原來之應用目的擴大:該裝置 可作爲消費電子裝置(例如TV裝置或Hi Π裝置)用之多樣 {匕遙控裝置。此種裝置作爲以電腦爲主之裝置用之操控元 件或輸入裝置則尙未爲人所知。此種以電腦爲主之第二裝 置之主要操控元件例如可爲滑鼠及/或鍵盤,電腦之應用因 此須以資料塡入來進行操控。另一方式是此種輸入裝置亦 可用作無線電裝置而已爲人所知,其經由無線電-或紅外 線區段而與以電腦爲主之第二種裝置相連接。 [發明內容] 本發明之目的是改良上述之情況。 此目的以申請專利範圍第1項之以電腦爲主之可攜式 -5- 1235943 裝置來達成且有利地繼續描述在申請專利範圍各附屬項 中。 以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置,例如,pDA、Handy (行動電 話)或Not ebook,可作爲以電腦爲主之第二裝置用之操控元 件。本發明中以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置可模擬另一裝置用 之滑鼠和鍵盤輸入且在可遙控之以電腦爲主之第二裝置上 進行傳送。此種以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置之優點綜合如下: 1 ·藉由使用標準傳送路徑,則可控制多個以電腦爲主之第 二裝置。 2 ·現有之硬體,例如,PDA、Handy或Notebook,藉由額外 之功能,則除了可用作其它一般-或必要之額外裝置之 外亦可用作操控元件。 3·可使用以電腦爲主之第二裝置之特定之輸入裝置。 4 .可使用多種方式以無線電方式連接至可控制之以電腦爲 主之第二裝置,例如,WLAN、IR、,,藍牙(Blue tooth),,。 5 .複雜之操控步驟(例如,各鍵之組合或各鍵之輸入順序) 可相組合且藉由一種簡單之作用(例如,鍵壓)或一種簡 略字而發出且進行傳送。 以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置之有利之實施形式例如可爲 PDA,Handy或Not ebook,其以紅外線連接至以電腦爲主之 第二裝置。利用此種以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置,則可對以 電腦爲主之第二裝置形成多樣化之操控可能性。因此,經 由PDAs顯示器上所顯示之Pop-Up鍵盤,則可產生該複雜 之命令序列模擬時所用之鍵組合。此外,可使用PDA之觸 1235943 控螢幕以作爲以電腦爲主之第二裝置用之控觸墊(pacj)。同 . 樣可藉由軟體或鍵壓來進行特殊之滑鼠移動或滑鼠定位。 追例如包旨亥滑琐^或游標被定位在營幕中或顯示器角隅中 或該滑鼠或游標被定位在螢幕-或顯示器之中央或定位在 螢幕之一或顯不頁之中央。此外,可快速地產生多種已使 用之鍵盤命令。 在PDA,Handy或Notebook之間使資料在雙向之資料 通信中擴展時,其中資料可由待遙控之裝置回送至該可遙 控之裝置,則可形成其它多樣化之使用方式,例如:已受 參 遙控之裝置之資訊-或狀態顯示在可攜式-或可遙控之裝置 上。 本發明之以電腦爲主之裝置以各種不同之無線電規約 (protocol),例如,”藍牙(blue tooth)”或 WLAN 或一種與 其它具有USB之適當之裝置所形成之無線電組合,而保持 著與以電腦爲主之待遙控之第二裝置相接觸。另一方式是 該以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置亦可經由一以導線相連之連接 區段(例如,USB )而連接至以電腦爲主之第二裝置。 · 依據以電腦爲主之裝置之其它有利之形式,可使用筆 記型電腦(Not ebook)來遙控一以電腦爲主之第二裝置。各 種遙控輸入可經由Notebook鍵盤及滑鼠來達成。 本發明中以電腦爲主之裝置之其它可能之形式(例如’ 行動電話(Handy ))亦很有利,其可針對一種TV裝置之表單 (menu)操作來模擬一種滑鼠功能。 [實施方式] -7-
Claims (1)
1235943 維/叫曰修正 拾、申請專利範圍: 弟92115360 5虎「以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置」號專利案 (94年1月修正) 1 . 一種以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置,包含PDA、Handy或 Not ebook,其作爲以電腦爲主之第二裝置用之操控元件 ,其特徵爲:該以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置相對於以電腦 爲主之第二裝置而言可用作輸入裝置,包含滑鼠及/或鍵 盤。 2 ·如申請專利範圍第1項之以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置,其 中爲了在以電腦爲主之第一及第二裝置之間傳送資料而 設有一種紅外線介面。 3 ·如申請專利範圍第1項之以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置,其 中爲了在以電腦爲主之第一及第二裝置之間傳送資料而 設有一種無線電連接介面。 4 ·如申請專利範圍第3項之以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置,其 中該無線電連接介面依據”藍牙,,或WLAN或GSM/GPRS的 規約來進行。 5 .如申請專利範圍第1項之以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置,其 中爲了在以電腦爲主之第一及第二裝置之間傳送資料而 設有一種連接線。 6 .如申請專利範圍第5項之以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置,其 中該連接線依據串聯、USB、F 1 r e w 1 r e或LAN的規約來 進行。 7 .如申請專利範圍第!至6項中任一項之以電腦爲主之可 -1- 1235943 攜式裝置’其中該以電腦爲主之裝置之觸控螢幕可用作” 遠端觸控墊(P a d ) ”。 8 ·如申請專利範圍第1至6項中任一項之以電腦爲主之可 攜式裝置’其中以電腦爲主之第二裝置上該滑鼠指示/游 標之移動及/或定位可藉由預定之鍵來達成。 9 ·如申請專利範圍第丨至6項中任一項之以電腦爲主之可 攜式裝置’其中以電腦爲主之第二裝置之鍵盤輸入順序 可藉由該可攜式裝置上已預定之各鍵來達成。 1 0 ·如申請專利範圍第1至6項中任一項之以電腦爲主之可 攜式裝置,其中以電腦爲主之裝置及以電腦爲主之第二 裝置之間之資料傳送路徑是雙向的。 1 1 .如申請專利範圍第8項之以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置,其 中以電腦爲主之裝置及以電腦爲主之第二裝置之間之資 料傳送路徑是雙向的。 1 2 .如申請專利範圍第9項之以電腦爲主之可攜式裝置,其 中以電腦爲主之裝置及以電腦爲主之第二裝置之間之資 料傳送路徑是雙向的。
