Abstract

本发明涉及基于计算机的便携式装置,其中例如PDA、手机或者笔记本之类的基于计算机的便携式装置可以用作为第二基于计算机的装置的操作元件。本发明所述的基于计算机的便携式装置能够模拟另一个装置的鼠标输入和键盘输入并且向被遥控的第二基于计算机的装置传送。

技术领域
本发明涉及基于计算机的便携式装置。
背景技术
基于计算机的便携式装置,诸如PDA(个人数字助理)、手机(移动电话)或者笔记本(便携式计算机)因其小巧的构形越来越受到青睐。此外,这些装置还有适于传输数据的无线电或者红外线接口。这些装置还因其独特的任务总是处于使用者伸手可及的范围内。
然而这些装置的应用范围受到限制。这显然地与这些装置往往非常高的购买价格相对立。因此值得追求扩展这些高价格的、便携的基于计算机的装置的应用可能性。
对于例如PDA之类的基于计算机的便携式装置所公知,如下地扩展PDA的原始应用目的,使这些装置可以用作诸如电视机或者高保真音响装置之类的娱乐用电器的多用遥控器。尚未知把这些装置作操用作元件,譬如基于计算机的装置的操作元件。所述第二基于计算机的装置的主要操作元件例如是鼠标和/或键盘,用之为计算机应用输入和操作数据。另一方面还公知把这些输入装置用作无绳的装置,它们通过无线电通道或者红外线通道与第二基于计算机的装置连接。
发明内容
本发明的任务是改善这种情况。
该任务通过权利要求1所述的基于计算机的便携式装置解决,并且在从属权利要求中有利地进行了扩展。
其中可以把例如PDA、手机或者笔记本之类的基于计算机的便携式装置用作为第二基于计算机的装置的操作元件。本发明所述的基于计算机的便携式装置能够模拟另一个装置的鼠标输入和键盘输入并且向被遥控的第二基于计算机的装置传送。这样的基于计算机的便携式装置的优点汇总如下:
1.通过利用标准的传输途径可以控制多个第二基于计算机的装置。
2.诸如PDA、手机或者笔记本之类的现有硬件通过附加的功能得到通常的以及必须的附加装置操作元件的替代方案。
3.可以代替第二基于计算机的装置的装置专用输入装置。
4.可以利用大量的对被控制的第二基于计算机的装置的无绳连接可能性,譬如WLAN、IR、“蓝牙”等。
5.可以综合诸如键盘组合或者键盘输入序列之类的复杂操作步骤,然后通过一个简单的动作,譬如按键或者文字记号,调出和传送。
基于计算机的便携式装置的优选实施形式例如为PDA、手机或者笔记本,与第二基于计算机的装置红外线连接。用这样的基于计算机的便携式装置为第二基于计算机的装置开辟多方面的操作可能性。从而,通过在PDA显示器上显示的弹出键盘,可以产生模拟复杂的指令系列的键控组合。此外可以把PDA的触摸屏用作第二基于计算机的装置的触摸板。同样地可以通过软件或者按键实现特定的鼠标运动或者鼠标定位。属于这方面的例如有把鼠标或者光标向屏幕或显示器的角上定位,或者把鼠标或者光标向屏幕或显示器的中间定位,或者向屏幕或显示器面之一的中间定位。此外可以快速地产生多用的键盘指令。
其中可以从受遥控装置向遥控装置快速回送数据的,PDA、手机或者笔记本之间用双向数据通信的数据传输的一个扩展中得到另外的多方面应用变例,例如在便携式或进行遥控的装置上显示受遥控装置的信息或者控制。
根据本发明的基于计算机的装置能够用不同的无线协议譬如用“蓝牙”或WLAN或者无线有线结合地通过带有USB的适当的附加设备与第二受遥控的装置保持联系。另一方面便携的基于计算机的装置还可以通过有线的连接线路例如USB连接在第二基于计算机的装置上。
根据本发明的基于计算机的装置的一个有利的扩展可以用笔记本遥控第二基于计算机的装置。从而可以实现通过笔记本键盘和笔记本鼠标进行遥控输入。
非常有利地还有诸如手机之类的基于计算机的装置的根据本发明的扩展的可能性,这里可以考虑针对电视机的菜单操作模拟鼠标功能。

下面参照实施例和附图说明本发明。附图中示出根据本发明的PDA,作为其它的基于计算机的装置的代表。
具体实施方式
根据本发明的PDA1有接口5。接口5可以实施为无线接口也可以实施为红外线接口,其中在无线接口的情况下它相应于例如“蓝牙”或者WLAN协议。
此外PDA1具有触摸屏或者触摸板2,所述触摸屏或者触摸板2优选地起对第二基于计算机的装置的鼠标定位的输入元件的作用。
此外PDA1在触摸屏的下端3显示有一个完整键盘,其中通过用尖的物体进行触摸选择字符并且自动地通过PDA1向第二基于计算机的装置传输。
此外PDA1具有鼠标定位键4,所述的鼠标定位键可以把受遥控的第二基于计算机的装置的鼠标指示器向整个预定的位置,例如向左上、右下、左下、右下或者屏幕中间或者选择性地还向其它预定的位置快速地移动。
上面首先说明对诸如PDA、手机、或者笔记本之类的基于计算机的装置的应用,其中使所述装置可以操纵第二基于计算机的装置,譬如PC机或者类似物。但是本发明不仅仅局限于这些实施例。相反,可以清楚地看出,本发明的基本思想可以应用于基于计算机的装置的其它组合。

Claims (10)

1.基于计算机的便携式装置,作为第二基于计算机的装置的操作元件,所述基于计算机的便携式装置例如是PDA、手机或者笔记本之类,
其特征在于,
所述的基于计算机的便携式装置可以对第二基于计算机的装置用作输入装置,例如鼠标和/或键盘。
2.如权利要求1所述的基于计算机的便携式装置,
其特征在于,
存在红外线接口用于在第一和第二基于计算机的装置之间传输数据。
3.如权利要求1所述的基于计算机的便携式装置,
其特征在于,
存在无线电连接用于在所述两个基于计算机的装置之间传输数据。
4.如权利要求3所述的基于计算机的便携式装置,
其特征在于,
无线电连接按照“蓝牙”或者WLAN或者GSM/GPRS协议实施。
5.如权利要求1所述的基于计算机的便携式装置,
其特征在于,
存在有线连接,用于在所述两个基于计算机的装置之间传输数据。
6.如权利要求5所述的基于计算机的便携式装置,
其特征在于,
有线连接按照串行连接、USB、FireWire或者LAN的协议实施。
7.如以上权利要求之一所述的基于计算机的便携式装置,
其特征在于,
基于计算机的装置的触摸屏可以用作“遥控触摸板”。
8.如以上权利要求之一所述的基于计算机的便携式装置,
其特征在于,
可以通过预定的按键在第二基于计算机的装置上进行鼠标/光标的移动和/或定位。
9.如以上权利要求之一所述的基于计算机的便携式装置,
其特征在于,
可以在便携式装置上通过预定的按键进行第二基于计算机的装置的键盘输入序列。
10.如以上权利要求之一所述的基于计算机的便携式装置,
其特征在于,
在所述基于计算机的装置和所述第二基于计算机的装置之间的数据传输通道是双向的。
