1233378 A7 B7 經濟部智慧財4局g(工消費合作社印製 五、發明説明(1 ) 發明背景 本發明係關於一種影響輥軋條外形之方法,係用於在 至少一輥軋臺中之冷軋。 在冷軋鋼條期間,相較於鋼條的中間區域,在鋼條的 邊緣區域會產生不同的負荷,如此對於在整個寬度上的鋼 條厚度會產生不利的影響。除了在輥輪上產生熱彎曲以及 在鋼條邊緣較大的輥軋磨耗之外,如此會導致在邊緣的輪 廓要比起鋼帶中間區域要厚,藉由材質在邊緣的寬度方向 上具有橫向流動特性,會導致在厚度上的顯著下降。相較 於鋼條的中間區域,這些較薄的鋼條邊緣輪廓,導因於材 質流動特性,係被稱爲邊緣下降。 根據EP 0 7 7 6 7 1 0 A1揭示一方法,可以 減少這些邊緣下降,此方法爲在鋼條的邊緣區域中更加極 度地冷卻輥輪本體。結果,在鋼條邊緣區域中的輥輪直徑 會輕微減少,致使在這些區域中的輥輪間隙會對應地上升 。如此可抵銷由於材質橫向流動特性所導致的邊緣下降。 也可以藉由在輥輪本體尾端上執行一面對操作而在鋼 條的邊緣區域中達成在輥輪間隙中的對應增加。 最後,已知可藉由工作輥輪之以鋼條邊緣導向的移動 而影響邊緣下降的形成。 假如邊緣下降的形成並沒有被抵銷的話,被輥軋的鋼 帶在整個寬度上則不會達成所要求的鋼條厚度,因此無法 被使用。 然後則需要進一步的加工,藉由修剪邊緣達成精確。 (請先閱讀背面之注意事- 4 項再填· 裝—ς— :寫本頁) 訂 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公釐) -4 - 1233378 A7 B7 五、發明説明(2 ) 這不僅是一額外的操作,也會增加進一步的成本。 發明槪述 本發明的目的是要提供一種方法,藉此減少邊緣下降 的發生。 藉由以下方式,達成本發明的目的,亦即在鋼條移動 到輥軋臺或第一輥軋臺中之前,將鋼條的正對邊緣區域予 以極度地冷卻。 例如,可藉由將鋼條的邊緣區域暴露在液態氮中而達 成此種冷卻。 爲了盡快達成此冷卻,由於考慮到一般很高的輥軋速 度,假如鋼條的邊緣區域係被引導通過配置在鋼條兩側上 的U形圍欄,如此將會很方便,而且在此圍欄內鋼條的邊 緣區域可以暴露到冷卻劑中。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印^ j: ·-----0^ί— (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 在本發明的情形中,未輥軋的鋼條邊緣在進入輥軋臺 之前會相繼變成較低的溫度。這個順序的原因是因爲輥軋 的原料在鋼條的邊緣會變得比較硬,致使它較難以變形。 而且,它在低溫下會稍微收縮,換句話說會變得較薄。然 而’最後鋼條邊緣的低溫亦同樣對於接觸鋼條的輥輪本體 尾端具有影響’由於藉由極度地冷卻,所以在此區域中其 直徑會減少。如此會累積影響程度,以便導致鋼條在邊緣 區域會比中央區域輥軋得較少,如此會顯著地減少邊緣下 降。 本發明的方法相較於習知方法具有許多優點,因爲一 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210X 297公釐) -5- 1233378 A7 _B7_ 五、發明説明(3 ) .方面不需要複雜的輥軋臺結構,如此對於工作輥輪的移動 較方便。 另一方面,上述的方法可延長輥輪的壽命,且最後用 於冷卻鋼條邊緣的裝置可以在隨後的時間安裝而不會在輥 軋臺的整個安裝上產生干渉。 配置在輥軋臺的上游,在多數連續的輥軋臺之情形中 ,在第一輥軋臺的上游,在欲被輥軋的鋼條兩側是冷卻箱 ,係用以當鋼條經過時使其在正對邊緣區域產生較低溫。 具有這些極度冷卻的鋼條邊緣,鋼條會進入輥軋臺內 且然後以一般方式輥軋,如此可防止邊緣下降,或至少顯 著地減少。 圖式簡單說明 圖1顯示依據本發明在輥軋臺上游冷卻輥軋條之示 意圖。 (請先閱讀背面之注意事 I# •項再填」 裝--r :寫本頁) • ----訂 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210Χ297公釐) -6-
