【物品用途】;本設計物品，係為一種具有離形紙方格線的人體工學膠帶貼布之形狀、裝飾、圖案及配置設計，乃尤指如附圖所示之外觀造型，用以作為具有離形紙方格線的人體工學膠帶貼布之使用。;【設計說明】;本設計係為一種具有離形紙方格線的人體工學膠帶貼布之形狀、裝飾、圖案及配置設計，如立體圖所示，整體由上而下呈現長條形，上、下邊界呈現六個對稱半圓，並在膠帶貼布之表面覆設有一離形紙，每一對稱半圓端點自覆設有離形紙之面向上、向下延伸連接為一條可供使用時撕開後展開之切縫，而鄰近上、下邊界之處各具有一條垂直切縫之撕除線，將膠帶貼布整體劃分為上、中、下三區域，於上、下區域端緣各設有彎折段，於中間區域則設有二等距間隔開的彎折段，每一彎折段上係具有可供彎折且與撕除線平行之方格線，可於使用前經表面方格線使該彎折段形成彎折，先反折該離形紙至該方格線而逐一地自膠帶貼布上方移除，當使用時，離形紙已全被移除，可將膠帶貼布覆貼於欲治療部位上，即可以切縫對照該部位各曲面順勢延展，藉以因應身體之曲線弧度而得以緊密黏貼。綜上所述，使其整體外觀造型形成獨特造型及設計感，並於申請前未見於刊物或公開使用，符合設計專利申請要件，爰依法提出申請。;右側視圖與左側視圖對稱，故省略右側視圖。後視圖與前視圖對稱，故省略後視圖。底部透視圖與仰視圖中點畫線是用來說明離型紙的折線，此構成設計的部分。;
