Abstract

一種潤滑導管及具潤滑導管的滑台裝置,該潤滑導管以多孔性材質製成中空管狀,且一內環面垂直於一軸線的截面輪廓呈非圓形,該內環面具有數個圍繞該軸線呈間隔設置的內儲油槽,以及數個分別介於每兩個內儲油槽之間的導滑部,該等內儲油槽相對於該等導滑部朝該外環面凹設,該潤滑導管的一外環面具有數個凸出部及數個分別介於每兩個凸出部之間的圓弧部,每一個圓弧部與相鄰兩個凸出部共同界定出一外儲油槽,該潤滑導管利用多孔性材質特性,以及該等內儲油槽、外儲油槽的設置,可達儲油、潤滑目的。且兩個潤滑導管配合一線性軌道、一滑座、兩對循環器及二滾珠組組成該滑台裝置,可使該滑座達到順暢滑動之目的。

Description

潤滑導管及具潤滑導管的滑台裝置
本發明是有關於一種線性滑台裝置,特別是指一種潤滑導管及具潤滑導管的滑台裝置。
一般普遍應用於機械的滑台裝置,主要具有一線性軌道、一滑動塊、兩對循環器,以及二設置於該線性軌道、該滑動塊與該等循環器之間的滾珠組。該滑動塊設於該線性軌道上,並可供一承載體結合定位。當一驅動模組驅動該滑動塊在該線性軌道之一軌道槽移動時,該承載體上之一工作機構會被帶動而進行線性移動。
在現有的滑台裝置中,潤滑油從該滑動塊注入後,經過一油體通道進入二供該等滾珠組安裝的滾珠通孔中且直接潤滑該等滾珠組,然而,在該滑台裝置其使用過程中,潤滑油脂無法持續保持於該滑台裝置內,需定期保養注入潤滑油,確保該等滾珠組的潤滑並延長該滑台裝置的使用壽命。因此,如何提供一種具儲油、潤滑之滑座,能夠藉由改變其結構而達到長期保油及良好的潤滑效果,減少定期保養頻率,進而提升操作的整體效率,實為當前重要課題之一。
在此之前,已有在該滑動塊內部設置潤滑元件的設計,並藉由該潤滑元件能儲油並釋放潤滑油脂,以達到潤滑該軌道槽與循環運作的滾珠組的目的。
例如,日本特開200141304號,其所設置的潤滑構件是含潤滑油的聚合物構件,利用其材質本身具有的多孔特性可以儲油,並逐漸滲出到滾珠螺桿。另外,在潤滑構件和滾珠螺母之間所形成的縫隙雖也能用作潤滑脂貯存器,但是潤滑構件和滾珠螺母之間的縫隙僅為相對轉動的餘隙,儲油量有限 。
另外,日本特許第3733654號、特許第3950540號、特許第4502290號、特許第6196128號等專利案,也都是利用含潤滑油的聚合物構件來達到相對轉動物件之間的潤滑效果,但是這些專利案所揭示的聚合物構件的儲油量有限,仍然無法解決長期保油及良好的潤滑效果的問題,且必須經常添加潤滑油及保養的操作,使用上並不方便。
因此,本發明的一目的,即在提供一種可解決長期保油且結構簡單的潤滑導管。
本發明的另一目的,即在提供一種可解決長期保油且保養方便之具潤滑導管的滑台裝置。
於是,本發明的潤滑導管,以多孔性材質製成中空管狀,且沿一軸線延伸,並包括一圍繞該軸線的內環面,以及一相反於該內環面的外環面,該內環面垂直於該軸線的截面輪廓呈非圓形,該內環面具有數個圍繞該軸線呈間隔設置的內儲油槽,以及數個分別介於每兩個內儲油槽之間的導滑部,該等內儲油槽與該等導滑部共同界定出一內孔,該等內儲油槽相對於該等導滑部朝該外環面凹設。
本發明的具潤滑導管的滑台裝置,包含一線性軌道、一滑座、二潤滑導管、兩對循環器及二滾珠組。該線性軌道沿一長軸向延伸,並具有一對沿垂直於該長軸向的橫軸向呈相對設置的側壁,以及一對分別凹設於該等側壁且沿該長軸向延伸的外軌槽,該滑座可沿該長軸向滑動地套設於該線性軌道上,並具有二沿該長軸向呈垂直設置的端面、一對分別對應於該等外軌槽且沿該長軸向貫穿該等端面的滾珠通孔、一可連通至該等滾珠通孔的注油通道,以及一對與該等外軌槽相對設置的內軌槽,該等潤滑導管以多孔性材質製成中空管狀,且分別沿一軸線延伸且分別安別安裝於該等滾珠通孔中,每一潤滑導管包括一圍繞該軸線的內環面,以及一相反於該內環面的外環面,該內環面垂直於該軸線的截面輪廓呈非圓形,該內環面具有數個圍繞該軸線呈間隔設置的內儲油槽,以及數個分別介於每兩個內儲油槽之間的導滑部,該等內儲油槽與該等導滑部共同界定出一內孔,該等內儲油槽相對於該等導滑部朝該外環面凹設,該等循環器分別安裝於該滑座,並各具有一連通於所對應的內孔與所對應的外軌槽之間的循環孔,在每一潤滑導管、循環器、外軌槽、內軌槽共同形成一滾珠循環通道,該等滾珠組可分別在該等滾珠循環通道中循環運轉。
本發明的功效在於:利用該等潤滑導管以多孔性材質製成,以及在該內環面設有該等內儲油槽的作用,可達到長期保油及良好的潤滑效果,並可減少定期保養頻率,進而提升操作的整體效率。
參閱圖1與圖2,本發明具潤滑導管的滑台裝置的一實施例,包含一線性軌道10、一滑座20、二潤滑導管30、兩對循環器40、二滾珠組50及多數螺絲60。
該線性軌道10沿一長軸向X延伸,並具有一對沿垂直於該長軸向X的橫軸向Y呈相對設置的側壁11、一相交連接於該等側壁11之間的底壁12,以及一對分別凹設於該等側壁11內側面且沿該長軸向X延伸的外軌槽13。
該滑座20可沿該長軸向X滑動地套設於該線性軌道10上,並具有二沿該長軸向X呈垂直設置的端面21、一對分別對應於該等外軌槽13且沿該長軸向X貫穿該等端面21的滾珠通孔22、多數分別設置於該等端面21且鄰近於該等滾珠通孔22的螺孔23、一可連通至該等滾珠通孔22的注油通道24,以及一對與該等外軌槽13相對設置的內軌槽25,每一個滾珠通孔22分別由一個內周面221界定而成,且具有一中段222,以及二沿該軸線L連通於該中段222的兩側且相對於該中段222呈擴孔狀的擴孔部223。
配合參圖5A及圖5B,該等潤滑導管30以多孔性材質製成中空管狀,本實施例的潤滑導管30採用高密度聚乙烯粉末熱壓成型。該等潤滑導管30分別沿一軸線L延伸且分別安別安裝於該等滾珠通孔22中,每一潤滑導管30包括一圍繞該軸線L的內環面32、一相反於該內環面32的外環面33、二沿該軸線L呈相反設置的側面34、二分別由該等側面34凹設的嵌槽35,以及一連通該內環面32與該外環面33之間的通孔36。每一潤滑導管30的內環面32與外環面33垂直於該軸線L的截面輪廓呈非圓形,該內環面32具有數個圍繞該軸線L呈間隔設置的內儲油槽321,以及數個分別介於每兩個內儲油槽321之間的導滑部322,該等內儲油槽321與該等導滑部322共同界定出一內孔31,該等內儲油槽321相對於該等導滑部322朝該外環面33凹設。每一個潤滑導管30的外環面33垂直於該軸線L的截面輪廓也呈非圓形,該外環面33具有數個圍繞該軸線L呈間隔設置的凸出部331,以及數個分別介於每兩個凸出部331之間的圓弧部332,該等凸出部331相對於該等圓弧部332朝遠離於該軸線L的外部凸出,每一個圓弧部332與相鄰兩個凸出部331共同界定出一外儲油槽333。該通孔36設置於其中一個凸出部331,以及與該凸出部331對應的內儲油槽321之間,該通孔36連通於該注油通道24。
配合參圖3,該等循環器40分別安裝於該滑座20,每一循環器40包括一定位於該等端面21的主體41、一凸設於該主體41且伸設至該擴孔部223的延伸管42、一由該主體41連通至該延伸管的循環孔43,以及多數設置於該主體41且供該等螺絲60穿設的鎖孔44。該循環孔43具有一連通於所對應的滾珠通孔22與所對應的外軌槽13、內軌槽25之間,並具有一設置於該主體41內部且呈U形的迴彎段431,以及一設置於該延伸管42內部且相對於該迴彎段431呈擴大狀的銜接段432,該迴彎段431與該銜接段432銜接處形成一肩面433,該肩面433設有一朝該銜接段432凸設的定位塊434。該銜接段432垂直於該軸線L的截面形狀與該等潤滑導管30的外環面33垂直於該軸線L的截面輪廓相同。在每一潤滑導管30與所對應的循環器40、外軌槽13、內軌25共同形成一滾珠循環通道。
該等滾珠組50可循環運轉且分別安裝於由每一潤滑導管30與所對應的循環器40、外軌槽13、內軌25所共同形成的滾珠循環通道中。
該等螺絲60穿過該等鎖孔44且螺鎖於該等螺孔23,可將該等循環器40鎖固於該滑座20的該等端面21。
為供進一步瞭解本發明各元件配合所產生的作用、運用技術手段,以及所預期達成的功效,將再說明如下,相信當可由此而對本發明有更深入且具體的瞭解。
再如圖1、圖4、圖5A及圖6所示,且配合參圖3,當本發明的滑台裝置整體組配完成時,利用該等循環器40以該等螺絲60鎖固於該滑座20,且該等潤滑導管30穿設於該等滾珠通孔22、該等銜接段432中,則利用該銜接段432垂直於該軸線L的截面形狀與該等潤滑導管30的外環面33垂直於該軸線L的截面輪廓相同,可使該等潤滑導管30不可轉動地穿設於該等滾珠通孔22與該等銜接段432中。再利用該等嵌槽35與該等定位塊434的嵌接,可使該等潤滑導管30沿該軸線L相對於該滑座20產生定位,且使該等通孔36對準於該注油通道24的內側端。
當操作者自該注油通道24的外側端注入潤滑油脂時,潤滑油脂會流至該等滾珠通孔22,並充填於該等外儲油槽333中,且利用該等通孔36以及該等潤滑導管30的多孔性材質特性,潤滑油脂也會進入該等內孔31,且充填於該等內儲油槽321中,潤滑油脂可提供該等滾珠組50運轉時的順暢性,並延長機件的使用壽命。
且本發明的該等潤滑導管30,除了利用多孔性材質可儲存潤滑油脂外,更可利用該等內儲油槽321、該等外儲油槽333提供更多的儲油空間,可達到長期保油及良好的潤滑效果,並可減少定期保養頻率,進而提升操作的整體效率。
以下再將本發明的功效歸納說明:
一、利用該等潤滑導管30可避免該等滾珠組50直接接觸該等滾珠通孔22之孔壁(滑座20),且避免滾珠通孔22孔徑過小不容易加工、及提升該滑座20含儲油量來延長該滑台裝置保養週期。
二、本發明之潤滑導管30採用高密度聚乙烯粉末熱壓成型,該等潤滑導管30藉由其多孔結構而能吸收並保留油體,在該等潤滑導管30吸收油體飽和時,會釋放油體給通過該等潤滑導管30的內孔31中的滾珠組50而達到持續潤滑的效果。
三、本發明之潤滑導管30側面設有通孔36,利用該等通孔36可使該注油通道24相連通,可讓油體直接進入該等潤滑導管30內,且藉由特殊的模具加工技術,可將該等潤滑導管30的剖面形狀設計成非傳統的真圓外型,讓該等潤滑導管30之外環面33上有複數個外儲油槽333可供填充油體,內環面32上也設有複數的內儲油槽321以供填充油體,而通孔36也可設計於其中一個內儲油槽321處,可避免通孔36成型上的毛邊影響到滾珠移動的順暢性。
以滾珠組50的滾珠珠徑4.7㎜設計為例,在相同1㎜厚度的潤滑導管設計上,傳統的真圓設計儲油截面積約為5.609㎜2 ,本發明因為增加了外環面33上的外儲油槽333,以及內環面32上的內儲油槽321後,其截面積可增加至10.128㎜2 ,整體儲油量提升約1.8倍。另外,在潤滑導管30與滾珠組50之間形成一空隙,可藉由前述合適的空隙設計達到潤滑導管30與滾珠組50之間的潤滑效果最佳化。
本發明之循環器40具有延伸管42,對應該等延伸管42之銜接段432截面形狀係配合潤滑導管30的外環面33截面形狀,可達到限制潤滑導管30旋轉之效果,配合延伸管42內的定位塊434與潤滑導管30上的嵌槽35,組裝時可確保潤滑導管30上的通孔36與注油通道24相連通,且該等延伸管42也可於組裝時,矯正潤滑導管30吸收滑座20的滾珠通孔22的加工誤差及循環器40的裝配公差,確保循環器40與潤滑導管30所形成的滾珠通道順暢無段差產生。
綜上所述,本發明的潤滑導管30形狀、結構簡單,且安裝於該滑台裝置內部時,可提供滾珠組50潤滑且產生較佳的運轉順暢性,且使該滑台裝置具有長期保油的功效及良好的潤滑效果,可減少定期保養頻率,進而提升整體的移動效率並延長元件的使用壽命,確實能達成本發明的目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明的實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施的範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作的簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋的範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種潤滑導管,以多孔性材質製成中空管狀,且沿一軸線延伸,並包括一圍繞該軸線的內環面,以及一相反於該內環面的外環面,該內環面垂直於該軸線的截面輪廓呈非圓形,該內環面具有數個圍繞該軸線呈間隔設置的內儲油槽,以及數個分別介於每兩個內儲油槽之間的導滑部,該等內儲油槽與該等導滑部共同界定出一內孔,該等內儲油槽相對於該等導滑部朝該外環面凹設。
  2. 如請求項1所述的潤滑導管,其中,該外環面垂直於該軸線的截面輪廓也呈非圓形,該外環面具有數個圍繞該軸線呈間隔設置的凸出部,以及數個分別介於每兩個凸出部之間的圓弧部,該等凸出部相對於該等圓弧部朝遠離於該軸線的外部凸出,每一個圓弧部與相鄰兩個凸出部共同界定出一外儲油槽。
  3. 如請求項2所述的潤滑導管,其中,還包括一連通該內環面與該外環面之間的通孔,該通孔設置於其中一個凸出部,以及與該凸出部對應的內儲油槽之間。
  4. 如請求項1所述的潤滑導管,該潤滑導管採用高密度聚乙烯粉末熱壓成型。
  5. 一種具潤滑導管的滑台裝置,包含: 一線性軌道,沿一長軸向延伸,並具有一對沿垂直於該長軸向的橫軸向呈相對設置的側壁,以及一對分別凹設於該等側壁且沿該長軸向延伸的外軌槽; 一滑座,可沿該長軸向滑動地套設於該線性軌道上,並具有二沿該長軸向呈相反設置的端面、一對分別對應於該等外軌槽且沿該長軸向貫穿該等端面的滾珠通孔、一可連通至該等滾珠通孔的注油通道,以及一對與該等外軌槽相對設置的內軌槽; 二潤滑導管,以多孔性材質製成中空管狀,且分別沿一軸線延伸且分別安裝於該等滾珠通孔中,每一潤滑導管包括一圍繞該軸線的內環面,以及一相反於該內環面的外環面,該內環面垂直於該軸線的截面輪廓呈非圓形,該內環面具有數個圍繞該軸線呈間隔設置的內儲油槽,以及數個分別介於每兩個內儲油槽之間的導滑部,該等內儲油槽與該等導滑部共同界定出一內孔,該等內儲油槽相對於該等導滑部朝該外環面凹設; 兩對循環器,分別安裝於該滑座,並各具有一連通於所對應的內孔與所對應的外軌槽之間的循環孔,每一潤滑導管與所對應的循環器、外軌槽、內軌槽共同形成一滾珠循環通道;及 二滾珠組,分別在該等滾珠循環通道中循環運轉。
  6. 如請求項5所述的具潤滑導管的滑台裝置,其中,每一個潤滑導管的外環面垂直於該軸線的截面輪廓也呈非圓形,該外環面具有數個圍繞該軸線呈間隔設置的凸出部,以及數個分別介於每兩個凸出部之間的圓弧部,該等凸出部相對於該等圓弧部朝遠離於該軸線的外部凸出,每一個圓弧部與相鄰兩個凸出部共同界定出一外儲油槽。
  7. 如請求項6所述的具潤滑導管的滑台裝置,其中,每一個潤滑導管還包括一連通該內環面與該外環面之間的通孔,該通孔設置於其中一個凸出部,以及與該凸出部對應的內儲油槽之間,該通孔連通於該注油通道。
  8. 如請求項5所述的具潤滑導管的滑台裝置,其中,該等潤滑導管採用高密度聚乙烯粉末熱壓成型。
  9. 如請求項5所述的具潤滑導管的滑台裝置,其中,每一個循環器包括一主體,以及一凸設於該主體的延伸管,該循環孔具有一設置於該主體內部的迴彎段,以及一設置於該延伸管內部且相對於該迴彎段呈擴大狀的銜接段,該迴彎段與該銜接段銜接處形成一肩面,該銜接段垂直於該軸線的截面形狀與該等潤滑導管的外環面垂直於該軸線的截面輪廓相同,該等潤滑導管沿該軸線呈相反的兩端分別不可轉動地穿設於該等銜接段中。
  10. 如請求項9所述的具潤滑導管的滑台裝置,其中,每一個循環器還包括一個凸設於該肩面的定位塊,該等潤滑導管還各包括二沿該軸線呈相反設置的側面,以及二分別由該等側面凹設且可分別嵌套於該等定位塊的嵌槽。
