Abstract

藉由本發明,係提供一種偏心擺動式行星齒輪型式的減速機用潤滑劑組成物,其含有:(a)含有合成油之基油;(b)選自由石油磺酸的鈣鹽、烷基芳香族磺酸的鈣鹽、柳酸鹽的鈣鹽、酚鹽的鈣鹽、氧化蠟的鈣鹽、石油磺酸的高鹼性鈣鹽、烷基芳香族磺酸的高鹼性鈣鹽、柳酸鹽的高鹼性鈣鹽、酚鹽的高鹼性鈣鹽、氧化蠟的高鹼性鈣鹽所組成之群組的至少1種鈣鹽;(c)抗氧化劑;以及(d)甘油脂肪酸酯。

Description

減速機用潤滑劑組成物及減速機
本發明係關於使用在偏心擺動式行星齒輪型式的減速機之潤滑劑組成物,以及使用該潤滑劑組成物之偏心擺動式行星齒輪型式的減速機。
減速機之內部是由複數個滑動部分與轉動部分所構成,將扭矩施加於輸入側時,會減速並將高扭矩傳遞至輸出側。此種減速機除了使用於鐵路、航空、船舶等之輸送領域之外,於機器人等之產業領域中亦被廣泛地使用。
作為減速機的性能之一,係要求不會產生潤滑劑的洩漏。減速機中,為了將潤滑劑密封而設置有封件(seal),潤滑劑的洩漏,是由於潤滑劑的劣化所產生之潤滑劑不溶解物(油泥)堆積於封件附近而產生。因此,係要求來自潤滑劑的油泥產生量少者。
作為減速機的其他性能,則要求高效率。至目前為止,曾有人提出將鈣鹽調配於二硫代胺甲酸鉬之潤滑油或是滑脂(例如專利文獻1)。
作為減速機之另一性能,係要求伴隨著減速機之使用環境的擴大,即使於寒冷地區等亦能夠使用者。於寒冷地區等,在冬天般之低溫下,會有輸入側扭矩(啟動扭矩)增大之問題,因而要求低溫下之輸入扭矩的降低者。

因此,本發明之目的在於提供一種與先前之偏心擺動式行星齒輪型式的減速機用潤滑劑相比,油泥的產生量為同等以下,低溫下的輸入扭矩低,並且具有同等以上的啟動效率之偏心擺動式行星齒輪型式的減速機用潤滑劑組成物。
本發明之其他目的在於提供一種不易產生潤滑劑的洩漏,並且低溫下的輸入扭矩低,啟動效率高之偏心擺動式行星齒輪型式的減速機。
藉由本發明,係提供以下的潤滑劑組成物及封入有該組成物之減速機:
1.一種減速機用潤滑劑組成物,係偏心擺動式行星齒輪型式的減速機用潤滑劑組成物,含有下述成分(a)至(d):(a)含有合成油之基油, (b)選自由石油磺酸的鈣鹽、烷基芳香族磺酸的鈣鹽、柳酸鹽的鈣鹽、酚鹽的鈣鹽、氧化蠟的鈣鹽、石油磺酸的高鹼性鈣鹽、烷基芳香族磺酸的高鹼性鈣鹽、柳酸鹽的高鹼性鈣鹽、酚鹽的高鹼性鈣鹽、氧化蠟的高鹼性鈣鹽所組成之群組的至少1種鈣鹽,(c)抗氧化劑,以及(d)甘油脂肪酸酯。
2.如前述1項所述之減速機用潤滑劑組成物,其中,以潤滑劑組成物的總質量為基準,(b)鈣鹽的含量為0.05至5質量%,(c)抗氧化劑的含量為0.05至5質量%,(d)甘油脂肪酸酯的含量為0.05至5質量%。
3.如前述1或2項所述之減速機用潤滑劑組成物,其中,前述(b)鈣鹽係選自由烷基芳香族磺酸的鈣鹽及柳酸鹽的高鹼性鈣鹽所組成之群組。
4.如前述1至3中任一項所述之減速機用潤滑劑組成物,其中,前述(c)抗氧化劑為受阻酚。
5.如前述1至4中任一項所述之減速機用潤滑劑組成物,其中,前述(a)基油中的合成油為合成烴油,基油之40℃時的動黏度(kinematic viscosity)為20至300mm2/s。
6.如前述1至5中任一項所述之減速機用潤滑劑組成物,更含有(e)噻二唑(thiadiazole)系化合物,該噻二唑系化合物的含量以潤滑劑組成物的總質量為基準時為5質量%以下。
7.一種偏心擺動式行星齒輪型式的減速機,其係封入有如 前述1至6中任一項所述之減速機用潤滑劑組成物。
本發明之減速機用潤滑劑組成物,與先前之減速機用潤滑劑組成物相比,可將油泥的產生量降低至同等以下。此外,本發明之潤滑劑組成物,可將所產生之油泥的堆積量(尤其往封件附近之堆積)降低至同等以下。因此,封入有此之本發明之減速機,不易產生潤滑劑的洩漏。此外,本發明之減速機用潤滑劑組成物,可抑制低溫下的輸入扭矩之增大。因此,封入有此之本發明之減速機,即使於寒冷地區等亦可較佳地使用。再者,本發明之減速機用潤滑劑組成物,可將減速機的啟動效率改善至與先前之減速機用潤滑劑組成物為同等以上。
〈(a)基油〉
本發明所使用之(a)基油,雖以合成油為必要成分,但更可含有礦油等之其他基油。合成油可使用合成烴油、酯油、苯醚、聚乙二醇等潤滑劑組成物中通常所使用之合成油的任一種。合成油可單獨使用一種或併用兩種以上。
就合成烴油而言,具體可列舉出混合1種或2種以上的α-烯烴並聚合而成者。α-烯烴可列舉出以乙烯、丙烯、丁烯、此等的衍生物等為原料所製造之α-烯烴,較佳可列舉出碳數6至18的α-烯烴(例如1-癸烯、1-十二烯等)。最 佳的合成烴油為1-癸烯或1-十二烯的低聚物之聚-α-烯烴(PAO)。
酯油可列舉出單酯、二酯、多元醇酯、複合酯等。
苯醚可列舉出烷基二苯醚等。
聚乙二醇可列舉出聚烷二醇等。
基油較佳為含有合成烴油(例如PAO)之基油,尤佳為合成烴油(例如PAO)與礦油之組合。
基油中之合成油(例如PAO等合成烴油)的比率,較佳為10至100質量%,尤佳為10至50質量%,更佳為10至30質量%。基油中之合成油的比率為10質量%以上時,在低溫下亦可抑制輸入扭矩的上升,故較佳。
本發明之潤滑劑組成物中之基油的比率,較佳為80至99.5質量%,尤佳為90至99質量%。潤滑劑組成物中之基油的比率位於此範圍時,不會損及流動性,可得到充分的潤滑效果,故較佳。
本發明所使用之基油之40℃時的動黏度,例如為20至300mm2/s,較佳為30至220mm2/s,尤佳為50至200mm2/s,更佳為100至200mm2/s,特佳為135至200mm2/s。動黏度為20mm2/s以上時,即使於高溫下,亦可達成令人滿意的減速機壽命,另一方面,動黏度為300mm2/s以下時,於低溫下的啟動時,可防止減速機產生缺陷。40℃時的動黏度係藉由依據JIS K 2283之方法來測定。
〈(b)鈣鹽〉
本發明所使用之(b)鈣鹽,係選自由石油磺酸的鈣鹽、烷基芳香族磺酸的鈣鹽、柳酸鹽的鈣鹽(烷基柳酸的鈣鹽)、酚鹽的鈣鹽(烷基酚的鈣鹽、硫化烷基酚的鈣鹽)、氧化蠟的鈣鹽、石油磺酸的高鹼性鈣鹽、烷基芳香族磺酸的高鹼性鈣鹽、柳酸鹽的高鹼性鈣鹽、酚鹽的高鹼性鈣鹽、氧化蠟的高鹼性鈣鹽所組成之群組的至少1種。鈣鹽可單獨使用一種或併用兩種以上。此等鈣鹽係作用為清淨分散劑發揮作用,並藉由使油泥可溶化而減少油泥產生量,而進一步提升減速機的效率。
本說明書中,「X的高鹼性鈣鹽」係意指依據JIS K 2501所測定之鹼值為200mgKOH/g以上之X的鈣鹽。「X的鈣鹽」係意指高鹼性鈣鹽以外的鈣鹽(中性或鹼性鈣鹽),亦即依據JIS K 2501所測定之鹼值未達200mgKOH/g之X的鈣鹽。當僅記載「鈣鹽」時,並不區別中性、鹼性及高鹼性。
(b)鈣鹽較佳係選自由烷基芳香族磺酸的鈣鹽及柳酸鹽的高鹼性鈣鹽所組成之群組的至少一種,尤佳為烷基芳香族磺酸的鈣鹽及柳酸鹽的高鹼性鈣鹽之組合。特佳係鹼值為0.1至100mgKOH/g之烷基芳香族磺酸的鈣鹽及鹼值為200至500mgKOH/g之柳酸鹽的高鹼性鈣鹽之組合。
潤滑劑組成物中之(b)鈣鹽的量,較佳為0.05至5質量%,尤佳為0.1至3質量%。為0.05質量%以上時,可充分地抑制所產生之油泥的堆積。另一方面,即使超過5質 量%,亦難以確認到效果更進一步的提升。
〈(c)抗氧化劑〉
本發明之潤滑劑組成物可藉由含有抗氧化劑而抑制因基油或添加劑的劣化所生成之油泥的產生。本發明可使用之(c)抗氧化劑可列舉出:酚系抗氧化劑[例如[苯丙酸3,5-雙(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羥基(C7-C9擾鏈)烷基酯(benzenepropanoic acid 3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy-,C7-C9 branched alkyl esters)、2,4-二甲基-6-三級丁基酚、2,6-二(三級丁基)酚、十八基3-(3,5-二(三級丁基)-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯、三級丁基羥基甲氧基苯、2,6-二(三級丁基)-4-甲基酚、硫代二伸乙基雙[3-(3,5-二(三級丁基)-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]、2,6-二(三級丁基)對甲酚、新戊四醇-肆[3-(3,5-二(三級丁基)-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]等受阻酚系化合物];胺系抗氧化劑[例如二苯基胺、苯基-α-萘基胺、啡噻嗪(Phenothiazine)、此等的烷基化物等芳香族胺系化合物]等,但並無特別限定,較佳為酚系抗氧化劑,尤佳為受阻酚。從對基油的溶解性之觀點來看,受阻酚的熔點較佳為100℃以下,尤佳為50℃以下。具體而言,較佳為苯丙酸3,5-雙(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羥基(C7-C9側鏈)烷基酯(25℃時為液體)、2,4-二甲基-6-三級丁基酚(25℃時為液體)、2,6-二(三級丁基)酚(35-37℃)、十八基3-(3,5-二(三級丁基)-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯(49-54℃)、三級丁基羥基甲氧基苯(59-65℃)、2,6-二(三級丁基)-4-甲基酚(70℃)、硫代二伸乙基雙[3-(3,5-二(三級丁基)-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯](70℃) (括弧內為熔點)。酚系抗氧化劑的熔點係藉由依據JIS K 0064之方法來測定。抗氧化劑可單獨使用一種或併用兩種以上。
潤滑劑組成物中之抗氧化劑的量,較佳為0.05至5質量%,尤佳為0.1至3質量%。為0.05質量%以上時,可有效地抑制油泥的產生。另一方面,即使超過5質量%,亦難以確認到效果更進一步的提升。
〈(d)甘油脂肪酸酯〉
本發明之潤滑劑組成物可藉由含有甘油脂肪酸酯而於金屬表面形成吸附膜以降低摩擦,進而將減速機的效率提升至與先前技術為同等以上。本發明可使用之(d)甘油脂肪酸酯並無限定,從對基油的溶解性之觀點來看,其熔點較佳為100℃以下,尤佳為50℃以下。甘油脂肪酸酯的熔點係藉由依據JIS K 0064之方法來測定。
酯可為完全酯或部分酯,較佳為部分酯,尤佳為單酯。構成酯之脂肪酸較佳為直鏈或分枝之碳數6至22的飽和或不飽和脂肪酸,尤佳為直鏈之碳數6至18的飽和脂肪酸。具體而言,甘油脂肪酸酯較佳為甘油單辛酸酯(31℃)、甘油單癸酸酯(46℃)、甘油單月桂酸酯(57℃)、甘油單硬脂酸酯(63-70℃)、甘油單二十二酸酯(75-85℃)、甘油單12-羥基硬脂酸酯(70-78℃)、甘油單油酸酯(37℃)(括弧內為熔點)。其中,較佳為甘油單辛酸酯(31℃)。甘油脂肪酸酯可單獨使用一種或併用兩種以上。
潤滑劑組成物中之(d)甘油脂肪酸酯的量,較佳為0.05 至5質量%,尤佳為0.1至3質量%。為0.05質量%以上時,可充分地發揮摩擦降低效果。另一方面,即使超過5質量%,亦難以確認到效果更進一步的提升。
〈增稠劑〉
本發明之潤滑劑組成物可含有增稠劑。增稠劑可列舉出全部的增稠劑。例如可列舉出以鋰皂或複合鋰皂為代表之皂系增稠劑,以二脲為代表之脲系增稠劑,以有機化黏土或二氧化矽為代表之無機系增稠劑,以PTFE為代表之有機系增稠劑等,較佳者為鋰皂系增稠劑或脲系增稠劑,尤佳為鋰皂系增稠劑。
潤滑劑組成物中之增稠劑的量,較佳為0至20質量%(例如1至15質量%),更佳為0.5至10質量%(例如0.5至3質量%)。為0.5質量%以上時,可發揮增稠效果。為20質量%以下時,可成為硬度適度的滑脂(grease)而使潤滑劑涵蓋潤滑部,因而容易得到充分的潤滑效果。
潤滑劑組成物含有增稠劑時,潤滑劑組成物的稠度較佳為300至450(例如350至410),尤佳為395至425。如JIS K 2220所定義般,稠度係藉由特定的調合器將試樣來回調台60次後立即測定之值。
〈添加劑〉
本發明之潤滑劑組成物中,可視需要添加各種添加劑。此添加劑可列舉出成分(b)以外的金屬鹽系防鏽劑、成分(b)以外的金屬鹽系清淨分散劑、成分(c)以外的抗氧化劑、成分(d)以外的油性劑、抗金屬腐蝕劑、耐磨耗劑、極 壓劑、固體潤滑劑等。此等當中,較佳為極壓劑。
本發明可使用之極壓劑並無特別限制,較佳係含有例如選自二硫代胺甲酸鉬、磷酸三辛酯、無灰二硫代胺甲酸酯之至少一種,更佳為併用(e)噻二唑系化合物。二硫代胺甲酸鉬的較佳例子可列舉出以下述式所表示者。
(R1R2N-CS-S)2-Mo2OmSn(式中,R1、R2獨立地表示碳原子數5至24的烷基,m為0至3,n為4至1,m+n=4)
噻二唑系化合物可列舉出1,2,4-噻二唑衍生物、1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物、1,2,5-噻二唑衍生物、1,4,5-噻二唑衍生物等,較佳為1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物。1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物的較佳例子可列舉出以下述式所表示者。
(式中,R3、R4獨立地表示氫原子、碳原子數1至20的直鏈或分枝烷基或是烯基,x、y分別為0至2)
藉由含有極壓劑,可於金屬表面形成反應膜以降低摩擦損耗進而提升減速機的效率及高溫下的減速機壽命。當本發明之潤滑劑組成物含有極壓劑時,潤滑劑組成物中之極壓劑的量,較佳為5質量%以下,尤佳為3質量%以下,更佳為0.1至3質量%。藉由含有5質量%以下的極壓劑,可抑制來自添加劑之油泥的產生,同時可提升高溫下的潤滑壽命及減速機的效率。尤其,二硫代胺甲 酸鉬的量,較佳為0.1至2質量%,更佳為0.1至1.5質量%。
以下係顯示實施例來更具體說明本發明。
(實施例)
以第1表、第2表所示之比率來混合第1表、第2表所示之成分,而調製實施例及比較例之潤滑劑組成物。對此等潤滑劑組成物依下述條件進行試驗。結果如第1表、第2表所示。
○減速機低溫扭矩(低溫性)評估
使用減速機並依下述條件進行試驗,讀取要在無負載下使減速機轉動時所需之輸入軸的扭矩,藉此測定低溫下的輸入扭矩。
〈試驗條件〉
減速機型號:RV-42N3-127.15
試驗溫度:-10℃
負載扭矩[徑向(與軸向垂直之方向)的載重]:無負載
輸出轉數:15.7rpm
〈合格與否的判定〉
藉由以比較例1的扭矩作為1時之相對扭矩比來判定。
相對扭矩比為0.5(-10℃)以下 ○(合格)
相對扭矩比超過0.5(-10℃) ×(不合格)
○耐油泥性(RBOT試驗)
使用依據JIS K 2514 3.之RBOT試驗機,依下述條件進行試驗。一面藉由己烷洗淨經試驗後所生成之不溶解物 一面過濾,並定量作為油泥。

試驗時間:24h
〈合格與否的判定〉
藉由以比較例1的油泥量為1.0時之相對比來評估。
油泥量比為1.2以下 ○(合格)

○減速機啟動效率評估
使用減速機並依下述條件進行試驗,測定啟動效率(以相對於輸入軸的扭矩輸出100%時之輸出扭矩(理論值)作為100的時候之實際的輸出扭矩)。

如第1表、第2表所示,可得知本發明的實施例1至25之潤滑劑組成物,與於基油中不含合成烴油之比較例1相比,其低溫性良好,且與於添加劑中不含鈣鹽之比較例2及不含抗氧化劑之比較例3相比,其耐油泥性良好。此外,本發明的實施例1至11之潤滑劑組成物,與不含甘油脂肪酸酯之比較例4相比,其啟動效率良好。
與實施例1至6相比,併用Ca磺酸鹽與Ca柳酸鹽之實施例7及更含有噻二唑系化合物之實施例8至25,可得知啟動效率更良好。

  1. 一種減速機用潤滑劑組成物,係偏心擺動式行星齒輪型式的減速機用潤滑劑組成物,含有下述成分(a)至(d):(a)含有合成油之基油;(b)選自由石油磺酸的鈣鹽、烷基芳香族磺酸的鈣鹽、柳酸鹽的鈣鹽、酚鹽的鈣鹽、氧化蠟的鈣鹽、石油磺酸的高鹼性鈣鹽、烷基芳香族磺酸的高鹼性鈣鹽、柳酸鹽的高鹼性鈣鹽、酚鹽的高鹼性鈣鹽、氧化蠟的高鹼性鈣鹽所組成之群組的至少1種鈣鹽;(c)抗氧化劑;以及(d)甘油脂肪酸酯。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之減速機用潤滑劑組成物,其中,以潤滑劑組成物的總質量為基準,(b)鈣鹽的含量為0.05至5質量%,(c)抗氧化劑的含量為0.05至5質量%,(d)甘油脂肪酸酯的含量為0.05至5質量%。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之減速機用潤滑劑組成物,其中,前述(b)鈣鹽係選自由烷基芳香族磺酸的鈣鹽及柳酸鹽的高鹼性鈣鹽所組成之群組。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項所述之減速機用潤滑劑組成物,其中,前述(c)抗氧化劑為受阻酚。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項所述之減速機用潤滑劑組成物,其中,前述(a)基油中的合成油為合成 烴油,基油之40℃時的動黏度為20至300mm 2/s。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1至5項中任一項所述之減速機用潤滑劑組成物,更含有(e)噻二唑系化合物,該噻二唑系化合物的含量以潤滑劑組成物的總質量為基準時為5質量%以下。
  7. 一種偏心擺動式行星齒輪型式的減速機,其係封入有申請專利範圍第1至6項中任一項所述之減速機用潤滑劑組成物。
