Abstract
一種帶煞車自動檢測及轉向指示功能的騎行頭盔,其特徵在於:其包括頭盔本體及設於其前、後側方的左轉彎燈及右轉彎燈,上述兩燈與控制模組電聯,控制模組設置有無線接收模組與設置在車輛上的無線接收模組連接,所述的無線遙控模組還電聯有煞車檢測裝置及手動控制裝置,轉彎燈可根據煞車檢測裝置及手動控制裝置的信號進行工作。本發明的有益效果是:1、在頭盔上設置有轉彎燈,用戶轉向時可通過該轉彎燈對後車進行提示,提升騎行者的安全性。2、通過轉彎燈不同的工作方式,可實現轉彎及煞車指示,在滿足其使用要求的同時,降低系統的複雜程度,便於市場推廣。
Description
本發明涉及一種裝備護具,具體是一種帶煞車自動檢測及轉向指示功能的騎行頭盔。
在提倡節能環保的今天,越來越多人選擇騎自行車出行或作為一種鍛煉身體的運動方式。但是,騎行自行車存在一定的安全隱患,因此頭盔是自行車騎乘人員常用的防護用具,其可用於保護使用者頭部,避免其受到來自於外部的傷害。頭盔的殼體通常是由強度較高的材料製成,如金屬、工程塑料、凱芙纖維等,通過這些材料的變形來吸收大部分衝擊力,以減輕對頭部的傷害,保護了使用者的安全和健康,但是,這些頭盔都僅僅只能在發生安全事故後起到防護作用,屬於被動防患,沒有對安全事故的預防能力,尤其是在夜間或光線比較暗的時候,使用者佩帶頭盔在道路上騎自行車,由於自行車比較輕便、並且多數沒有照明燈及轉向燈,他人很難看清自行車的位置或其轉向的意圖,因此,其他機動車輛就有可能對自行車騎乘人員造成傷害。
本發明目的是為了克服已有技術存在的缺點,提供一種結構簡單,使用方便,生產成本低,能有效提升騎行安全的一種帶煞車自動檢測及轉向指示功能的騎行頭盔。
本發明目的是用以下方式實現的一種帶煞車自動檢測及轉向指示功能的騎行頭盔,其特徵在於:其包括頭盔本體及設於其前、後側方的左轉彎燈及右轉彎燈,上述兩燈與控制模組電聯,控制模組設置有無線接收模組與設置在車輛上的無線接收模組連接,所述的無線遙控模組還電聯有煞車檢測裝置及手動控制裝置,轉彎燈可根據煞車檢測裝置及手動控制裝置的信號進行工作。
所述的煞車檢測控制裝置為設置在剎車把手上的位置開關,使用者操作煞車把手可接通或是斷開位置開關,從而產生控制信號。
所述的手動控制裝置為設置在車把上的控制按鈕。
所述的頭盔本體的後方中間位置還設置有煞車指示燈。
所述的無線接收模組及無線接收模組採用2.4G遙控模組。
所述的左轉彎燈及右轉彎燈為LED燈板。
所述的煞車指示燈為LED燈板。
所述的控制模組還電聯有陀螺儀,通過感知用戶頭部轉向控制轉彎燈工作。
本發明的有益效果是:1、結構簡單,組裝方便,生產成本低,提高市場競爭力。2、在頭盔上設置有轉彎燈,用戶轉向時可通過該轉彎燈對後車進行提示,提升騎行者的安全性。3、通過燈不同的工作方式,可實現轉彎及煞車指示,在滿足其使用要求的同時,降低系統的複雜程度,便於市場推廣。4、控制系統通過無線技術與煞車檢測裝置及手動控制裝置連接,避免使用電源線連接對用戶騎行造成干擾,更加方便用戶在騎行時使用,起到安全方便的效果。

下面結合圖式對本發明作具體進一步的說明。一種帶煞車自動檢測及轉向指示功能的騎行頭盔,其特徵在於:其包括頭盔本體1及設於其前、後側方的左轉彎燈2及右轉彎燈3,上述兩燈與控制模組電聯,控制模組設置有無線接收模組與設置在車輛上的無線接收模組連接,所述的無線遙控模組還電聯有煞車檢測裝置及手動控制裝置,轉彎燈可根據煞車檢測裝置及手動控制裝置的信號進行工作。
所述的煞車檢測控制裝置為設置在煞車把手上的位置開關,使用者操作煞車把手可接通或是斷開位置開關,從而產生控制信號。
所述的手動控制裝置為設置在車把上的控制按鈕。
所述的頭盔本體1的後方中間位置還設置有煞車指示燈4。
所述的無線接收模組及無線接收模組採用2.4G遙控模組。
所述的左轉彎燈2及右轉彎燈3為LED燈板。
所述的煞車指示燈4為LED燈板。
所述的控制模組還電聯有陀螺儀,通過感知用戶頭部轉向控制轉彎燈工作。
工作原理:在實際的工作過程中,當用戶煞車時,驅動煞車把手運動,從而接通位於其上的位置開關,在系統中產生一電信號。該電信號經過無線遙控模組將一控制信號發出。設於頭盔上的無線接收模組接收到該控置信號後,使得左右轉彎燈同時亮起,給騎行者前、後方車輛發出煞車信號。除了使用轉彎燈同時亮起起到煞車信號的作用。用戶也可如圖2所示,在頭盔3本體上設置單獨的煞車指示燈,當用戶煞車時,亮起該指示燈。
當使用者需要轉向時,手動控制車把手上的手動控制器或按鈕,如需要右轉彎,使用者操作控制開關,控制信號同樣以無線電的方式發送出去,控制系統在接收到信號後,右轉彎燈以閃爍的方式啟動,給前方及後方車輛右轉彎的提示,提升了用戶的騎行安全。
進一步的:為了提升本設備的使用方便性,還可在頭盔內部設置陀螺儀與控制系統電聯。並在控制系統中寫入相應的控制代碼。例如當用戶一定時間內,連續兩次向某個方向轉頭,則啟動該方向的轉彎燈。當用戶一定時間內,連續兩次或以上抬頭或是低頭時,則啟動煞車燈,具體方式生產廠家可根據實際情況操作,在此不作限定。
以上顯示和描述了本發明的基本原理和主要特徵和本發明的優點。本行業的技術人員應該瞭解,本發明不受上述實施例的限制,上述實施例和說明書中描述的只是說明本發明的原理,在不脫離本發明精神和範圍的前提下,本發明還會有各種變化和改進,如轉彎燈的工作方式,燈的種類及形狀等,這些變化和改進都落入要求保護的本發明範圍內。

- 一種帶煞車自動檢測及轉向指示功能的騎行頭盔,其特徵在於:其包括頭盔本體及設於其前、後側方的左轉彎燈及右轉彎燈,上述兩燈與控制模組電聯,控制模組設置有無線接收模組與設置在車輛上的無線接收模組連接,所述的無線遙控模組還電聯有煞車檢測裝置及手動控制裝置,轉彎燈可根據煞車檢測裝置及手動控制裝置的信號進行工作。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的一種帶煞車自動檢測及轉向指示功能的騎行頭盔,其特徵在於:所述的煞車檢測控制裝置為設置在煞車把手上的位置開關,使用者操作煞車把手可接通或是斷開位置開關,從而產生控制信號。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的一種帶煞車自動檢測及轉向指示功能的騎行頭盔,其特徵在於:所述的手動控制裝置為設置在車把上的控制按鈕。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的一種帶煞車自動檢測及轉向指示功能的騎行頭盔,其特徵在於:所述的頭盔本體的後方中間位置還設置有煞車指示燈。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的一種帶煞車自動檢測及轉向指示功能的騎行頭盔,其特徵在於:所述的無線接收模組及無線接收模組採用2.4G遙控模組。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的一種帶煞車自動檢測及轉向指示功能的騎行頭盔,其特徵在於:所述的左轉彎燈及右轉彎燈為LED燈板。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的一種帶煞車自動檢測及轉向指示功能的騎行頭盔,其特徵在於:所述的煞車指示燈為LED燈板。
