Abstract
一种带刹车自动检测及转向指示功能的骑行头盔,其特征在于:其包括头盔本体及设于其前、后侧方的左转弯灯及右转弯灯,上述两灯与控制模块电联,控制模块设置有无线接收模块与设置在车辆上的无线遥控模块连接,所述的无线遥控模块还电联有刹车检测装置及手动控制装置,转弯灯可根据刹车检测装置及手动控制装置的信号进行工作。本实用新型的有益效果是:1、在头盔上设置有转弯灯,用户转向时可通过该转弯灯对后车进行提示,提升骑行者的安全性。2、通过转弯灯不同的工作方式,可实现转弯及刹车指示,在满足其使用要求的同时,降低系统的复杂程度,便于市场推广。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种装备护具,具体是一种带刹车自动检测及转向指示功能的骑行头盔。
背景技术
在提倡节能环保的今天,越来越多人选择骑自行车出行或作为一种锻炼身体的运动方式。但是,骑行自行车存在一定的安全隐患,因此头盔是自行车骑乘人员常用的防护用具,其可用于保护使用者头部,避免其受到来自于外部的伤害。头盔的壳体通常是由强度较高的材料制成,如金属、工程塑料、凯芙纤维等,通过这些材料的变形来吸收大部分冲击力,以减轻对头部的伤害,保护了使用者的安全和健康,但是,这些头盔都仅仅只能在发生安全事故后起到防护作用,属于被动防患,没有对安全事故的预防能力,尤其是在夜间或光线比较暗的时候,使用者佩带头盔在道路上骑自行车,由于自行车比较轻便、并且多数没有照明灯及转向灯,他人很难看清自行车的位置或其转向的意图,因此,其他机动车辆就有可能对自行车骑乘人员造成伤害。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,生产成本低,能有效提升骑行安全的一种带刹车自动检测及转向指示功能的骑行头盔。
本实用新型目的是用以下方式实现的一种带刹车自动检测及转向指示功能的骑行头盔,其特征在于:其包括头盔本体及设于其前、后侧方的左转弯灯及右转弯灯,上述两灯与控制模块电联,控制模块设置有无线接收模块与设置在车辆上的无线遥控模块连接,所述的无线遥控模块还电联有刹车检测装置及手动控制装置,转弯灯可根据刹车检测装置及手动控制装置的信号进行工作。
所述的刹车检测控制装置为设置在刹车把手上的位置开关,用户操作刹车把手可接通或是断开位置开关,从而产生控制信号。
所述的手动控制装置为设置在车把上的控制按钮。
所述的头盔本体的后方中间位置还设置有刹车指示灯。
所述的无线接收模块及无线遥控模块采用2.4G遥控模块。
所述的左转弯灯及右转弯灯为LED灯板。
所述的刹车指示灯为LED灯板。
所述的控制模块还电联有陀螺仪,通过感知用户头部转向控制转弯灯工作。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1、结构简单,组装方便,生产成本低,提高市场竞争力。2、在头盔上设置有转弯灯,用户转向时可通过该转弯灯对后车进行提示,提升骑行者的安全性。3、通过灯不同的工作方式,可实现转弯及刹车指示,在满足其使用要求的同时,降低系统的复杂程度,便于市场推广。4、控制系统通过无线技术与刹车检测装置及手动控制装置连接,避免使用电源线连接对用户骑行造成干扰,更加方便用户在骑行时使用,起到安全方便的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作具体进一步的说明。一种带刹车自动检测及转向指示功能的骑行头盔,其特征在于:其包括头盔本体1及设于其前、后侧方的左转弯灯2及右转弯灯3,上述两灯与控制模块电联,控制模块设置有无线接收模块与设置在车辆上的无线遥控模块连接,所述的无线遥控模块还电联有刹车检测装置及手动控制装置,转弯灯可根据刹车检测装置及手动控制装置的信号进行工作。
所述的刹车检测控制装置为设置在刹车把手上的位置开关,用户操作刹车把手可接通或是断开位置开关,从而产生控制信号。
所述的手动控制装置为设置在车把上的控制按钮。
所述的头盔本体1的后方中间位置还设置有刹车指示灯4。
所述的无线接收模块及无线遥控模块采用2.4G遥控模块。
所述的左转弯灯2及右转弯灯3为LED灯板。
所述的刹车指示灯4为LED灯板。
所述的控制模块还电联有陀螺仪,通过感知用户头部转向控制转弯灯工作。
工作原理:在实际的工作过程中,当用户刹车时,驱动刹车把手运动,从而接通位于其上的位置开关,在系统中产生电信号。电线号经过无线遥控模块将控制信号发出。设于头盔上的无线接收模块接收到信号后,使得左右转弯灯同时亮起,给骑行者前、后方车辆发出刹车信号。除了使用转弯灯同时亮起起到刹车信号的作用。用户也可如图2所示,在头盔本体上设置单独的刹车指示灯,当用户刹车时,亮起该指示灯。
当用户需要转向时,手动控制叉扳手上的手动控制器,如需要右转弯,用户操作控制开关,控制信号同样以无线电的方式发送出去,控制系统在接收到信号后,右转弯灯以闪烁的方式启动,给前方及后方车辆右转弯的提示,提升了用户的骑行安全。
进一步的:为了提升本设备的使用方便性,还可在头盔内部设置陀螺仪与控制系统电联。并在控制系统中写入相应的控制代码。如当用户一定时间内,连续两次向某个方向转头,则启动该方向的转弯灯。当用户一定时间内,连续两次或以上抬头或是低头时,则启动刹车灯,具体方式生产厂家可根据实际情况操作,在此不作限定。

1.一种带刹车自动检测及转向指示功能的骑行头盔,其特征在于:其包括头盔本体(1)及设于其前、后侧方的左转弯灯(2)及右转弯灯(3),上述两灯与控制模块电联,控制模块设置有无线接收模块与设置在车辆上的无线遥控模块连接,无线遥控模块还电联有刹车检测装置及手动控制装置,转弯灯可根据刹车检测装置及手动控制装置的信号进行工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带刹车自动检测及转向指示功能的骑行头盔,其特征在于:所述的刹车检测控制装置为设置在刹车把手上的位置开关,用户操作刹车把手可接通或是断开位置开关,从而产生控制信号。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带刹车自动检测及转向指示功能的骑行头盔,其特征在于:所述的手动控制装置为设置在车把上的控制按钮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带刹车自动检测及转向指示功能的骑行头盔,其特征在于:所述的头盔本体(1)的后方中间位置还设置有刹车指示灯(4)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带刹车自动检测及转向指示功能的骑行头盔,其特征在于:所述的无线接收模块及无线遥控模块采用2.4G遥控模块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种带刹车自动检测及转向指示功能的骑行头盔,其特征在于:所述的左转弯灯(2)及右转弯灯(3)为LED灯板。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种带刹车自动检测及转向指示功能的骑行头盔,其特征在于:所述的刹车指示灯(4)为LED灯板。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种带刹车自动检测及转向指示功能的骑行头盔,其特征在于:所述的控制模块还电联有陀螺仪,通过感知用户头部转向控制转弯灯工作。
