Abstract

Description

本發明涉及運動用墊、用於製造運動用墊之方法,及製造墊材料之方法。
本技術中已存在運動用墊、用於製造運動用墊之方法,及製造墊材料之方法。然而,需要可由使用者放置於平坦表面上以提供緩衝、抓地力、支撐、或安定性或其任何組合,使該使用者更容易且有效進行瑜伽或其他運動的運動用墊。亦需要用於製造運動用墊之方法及用於製造墊材料之方法。
在此等狀況下,提出本發明。本發明提出運動用墊、用於製造運動用墊之方法,及製造墊材料之方法。
根據本發明之實施樣態,運動用墊可包含至少一層頂層,該至少一層頂層包含聚胺基甲酸酯;及鄰近該至少一層頂層的至少一層底層,該至少一層底層包含至少一種熱
塑性彈性體。
根據本發明之實施樣態,運動用墊可包含至少一層頂層,其由聚胺基甲酸酯所製成且具有至少一種開放式細孔結構,其中該至少一層頂層包含至少一種抗微生物劑;至少一層穿孔底層,其包含至少一種熱塑性彈性體;及至少一層中間層,其包含配置在該至少一層頂層與該至少一層底層之間的至少一種聚酯棉摻合織造布。

根據本發明之實施樣態,用於製造墊材料之方法可包括製備至少一層包含至少一種液體形式之聚胺基甲酸酯的頂層,將該至少一種液體形式之聚胺基甲酸酯澆鑄至至少一個模內;製備至少一層包含至少一種熱塑性彈性體之底層,將該至少一種熱塑性彈性體通過至少一個壓延程序;及藉由將該至少一層頂層與該至少一層底層通過至少一個烘箱,使該至少一種熱塑性彈性體層壓於該至少一種聚胺基甲酸酯上來製備該墊材料。
圖1A及1B描繪根據本發明之具體實例的運動用墊100。運動用墊100可由使用者放置於平坦表面上以提供緩衝、抓地力、支撐、或安定性或其任何組合,使該使用者更容易且有效進行瑜伽或其他運動。運動用墊100可包含數層逐一疊放配置之不同材料及結構的層。圖1A係運動用墊100之俯視圖。該圖描繪具有用以支撐一般使用者身體至廣範圍瑜伽體位的充足尺寸矩形運動用墊100。實例尺寸可包括但不侷限於寬26英吋至30英吋且長70英吋至78英吋。雖然圖1A顯示矩形運動用墊100,但應注意運動用墊100可具有其他形狀,諸如正方形、圓形或橢圓形,或任何其他形狀或設計。

用墊100之厚度可明顯小於其長度及寬度。實例厚度可包括但不侷限於2.0 mm至7.0 mm之厚度。
圖2係根據本發明之一具體實例的具有三層之運動用墊100的圖。在圖2中將這三層分開以說明其配置。應注意的是,雖然參考圖2解釋三層,但在一些具體實例中可只使用該等層其中之一或二者。此外,在一些具體實例中,可對圖示之一、二或三層添加額外層。

圖2之具體實例的運動用墊100可具有中間層220。中間層220可對運動用墊100提供結構完整性及緩衝。中間層220可由例如以下材料製成:聚酯棉摻合不織布;50%聚酯50%棉摻合物;由100%棉或100%聚酯或棉與聚酯之摻合物其中之一製成的織造布或不織布;熱塑性彈性體;聚氯乙烯;聚胺基甲酸酯;由天然橡膠、合成橡膠或耐綸彈性纖維或其任何組成所製成之發泡體材料;有助於運動用墊100維持其形狀、提供緩衝、提供撓性或提供支撐或其任何組合的適用材料;或與其他運動用墊100層良好地接合之材料;或其任何組合製成。在本發明一些具體實例中,中間層220可為0.2至2.0毫米厚,惟該厚度在其他具體實例中可改變以獲致運動用墊100之不同撓性或緩衝要求。
圖2之具體實例的運動用墊100亦可具有底層230。底層230可提供摩擦及/或牽引(例如在濕及/或乾條件下),因此當使用者將運動用墊100與地板接觸放置時,在使用者使用該運動用墊100時(例如用於瑜伽或其他運動)其不會滑動。底層230亦可為運動用墊100之使用者提供緩衝。在一些具體實例中,底層230可設有具紋理之表面以加強抓地力。底層230可由熱塑性彈性體、聚氯乙烯、聚胺基甲酸酯、天然橡膠、合成橡膠或其他提供緩衝及/或抓地力的材料或其任何組成所製成。在其他具體實例中,底層230可由橡膠(包括天然橡膠、合成橡膠或此二者之摻合物),或天然橡膠、合成橡膠及熱塑性彈性體之

在一些具體實例中,運動用墊100亦可藉由製備頂層及底層而製成。頂層係藉由將液態形式之聚胺基甲酸酯澆鑄至模內而製成。底層可藉由將熱塑性彈性體通過壓延程序(例如以混合及/或平坦化)及/或硫化程序而製得。然後可將該頂層及該底層通過烘箱,使該熱塑性彈性體層壓於該聚胺基甲酸酯以製成墊材料。然後該墊材料可經軋壓及/或裁切成所希望形狀。可使該墊材料及/或運動用墊100通風一段時間(例如以去除橡膠氣味)。
在一些具體實例中,液態形式之聚胺基甲酸酯可澆鑄至包含布(fabric)(例如織造布、不織布)的中間層上,且頂層、中間層及該底層可通過烘箱以使該熱塑性彈性體層壓於該布。

Claims (33)
- 一種運動用墊,其包含:至少一層頂層,該至少一層頂層包含聚胺基甲酸酯;及鄰近該至少一層頂層的至少一層底層,該至少一層底層包含至少一種熱塑性彈性體。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之運動用墊,其另外包含配置在該至少一層頂層與該至少一層底層之間的至少一層中間層。
