本發明涉及運動用墊、用於製造運動用墊之方法，及製造墊材料之方法。
本技術中已存在運動用墊、用於製造運動用墊之方法，及製造墊材料之方法。然而，需要可由使用者放置於平坦表面上以提供緩衝、抓地力、支撐、或安定性或其任何組合，使該使用者更容易且有效進行瑜伽或其他運動的運動用墊。亦需要用於製造運動用墊之方法及用於製造墊材料之方法。
在此等狀況下，提出本發明。本發明提出運動用墊、用於製造運動用墊之方法，及製造墊材料之方法。
根據本發明之實施樣態，運動用墊可包含至少一層頂層，該至少一層頂層包含聚胺基甲酸酯；及鄰近該至少一層頂層的至少一層底層，該至少一層底層包含至少一種熱 塑性彈性體。

圖1A及1B描繪根據本發明之具體實例的運動用墊100。運動用墊100可由使用者放置於平坦表面上以提供緩衝、抓地力、支撐、或安定性或其任何組合，使該使用者更容易且有效進行瑜伽或其他運動。運動用墊100可包含數層逐一疊放配置之不同材料及結構的層。圖1A係運動用墊100之俯視圖。該圖描繪具有用以支撐一般使用者身體至廣範圍瑜伽體位的充足尺寸矩形運動用墊100。實例尺寸可包括但不侷限於寬26英吋至30英吋且長70英吋至78英吋。雖然圖1A顯示矩形運動用墊100，但應注意運動用墊100可具有其他形狀，諸如正方形、圓形或橢圓形，或任何其他形狀或設計。

圖2係根據本發明之一具體實例的具有三層之運動用墊100的圖。在圖2中將這三層分開以說明其配置。應注意的是，雖然參考圖2解釋三層，但在一些具體實例中可只使用該等層其中之一或二者。此外，在一些具體實例中，可對圖示之一、二或三層添加額外層。

圖2之具體實例的運動用墊100可具有中間層220。中間層220可對運動用墊100提供結構完整性及緩衝。中間層220可由例如以下材料製成：聚酯棉摻合不織布；50%聚酯50%棉摻合物；由100%棉或100%聚酯或棉與聚酯之摻合物其中之一製成的織造布或不織布；熱塑性彈性體；聚氯乙烯；聚胺基甲酸酯；由天然橡膠、合成橡膠或耐綸彈性纖維或其任何組成所製成之發泡體材料；有助於運動用墊100維持其形狀、提供緩衝、提供撓性或提供支撐或其任何組合的適用材料；或與其他運動用墊100層良好地接合之材料；或其任何組合製成。在本發明一些具體實例中，中間層220可為0.2至2.0毫米厚，惟該厚度在其他具體實例中可改變以獲致運動用墊100之不同撓性或緩衝要求。
圖2之具體實例的運動用墊100亦可具有底層230。底層230可提供摩擦及/或牽引(例如在濕及/或乾條件下)，因此當使用者將運動用墊100與地板接觸放置時，在使用者使用該運動用墊100時(例如用於瑜伽或其他運動)其不會滑動。底層230亦可為運動用墊100之使用者提供緩衝。在一些具體實例中，底層230可設有具紋理之表面以加強抓地力。底層230可由熱塑性彈性體、聚氯乙烯、聚胺基甲酸酯、天然橡膠、合成橡膠或其他提供緩衝及/或抓地力的材料或其任何組成所製成。在其他具體實例中，底層230可由橡膠(包括天然橡膠、合成橡膠或此二者之摻合物)，或天然橡膠、合成橡膠及熱塑性彈性體之 混合物以及上述材料或其任何組合所製成。在一些具體實例中，該底層亦可由有助於運動用墊100維持其形狀、提供緩衝、提供撓性、提供耐磨損及抗撕裂性或提供支撐或其任何組合的適用材料；或與其他運動用墊100層良好地接合之材料；或其任何組合製成。底層230亦可經穿孔(例如，如圖3所示之衝孔)以使濕氣通過運動用墊100及該運動用墊100迅速乾燥。(應注意的是本文所述之任何層亦可經穿孔。)在一具體實例中，底層230可為1.5至5.5毫米厚，惟該厚度在對運動用墊100有不同撓性或緩衝要求之其他具體實例中可改變。
應注意上述具體實例中之術語「頂層」及「底層」只用於容易解釋。可由使用者將頂層210或底層230其中一者與地板接觸放置，該反側形成供使用者用之運動表面。此可容許使用者使用不同層特徵以加強不同運動及/或適合個人偏好。例如，當使用者預期出汗時，其可使用具有濕氣吸收及/或抗微生物性質的頂層210作為運動表面。當該使用者預期不會出汗時，其可使用具有高摩擦及/或緩衝性質之底層230作為運動表面。
上述各種不同層可使用適當接合技術彼此接合。在一具體實例中，該等層可具有在受熱時使相鄰層彼此接合的熱塑性接合性質。在一實例熱接合法中，可將液態聚胺基甲酸酯固化在不織布上且可將橡膠在或接近例如180℃下硫化在該不織布另一側上。在另一接合法中，可將液態聚胺基甲酸酯固化在不織布上且可以非甲苯積層黏著劑(例 如非甲苯積層黏著劑，諸如但不侷限於635NT)或其他適用黏著劑將熱塑性彈性體膠合於該不織布的另一側。或者，可使用其他黏著劑及/或機械式連接來接合層。此外，可運用該等方法或任何其他方法的任何組合。
在一些具體實例中，運動用墊100亦可藉由製備頂層及底層而製成。頂層係藉由將液態形式之聚胺基甲酸酯澆鑄至模內而製成。底層可藉由將熱塑性彈性體通過壓延程序(例如以混合及/或平坦化)及/或硫化程序而製得。然後可將該頂層及該底層通過烘箱，使該熱塑性彈性體層壓於該聚胺基甲酸酯以製成墊材料。然後該墊材料可經軋壓及/或裁切成所希望形狀。可使該墊材料及/或運動用墊100通風一段時間(例如以去除橡膠氣味)。
在一些具體實例中，液態形式之聚胺基甲酸酯可澆鑄至包含布(fabric)(例如織造布、不織布)的中間層上，且頂層、中間層及該底層可通過烘箱以使該熱塑性彈性體層壓於該布。

Claims (33)

  1. 一種運動用墊，其包含：至少一層頂層，該至少一層頂層包含聚胺基甲酸酯；及鄰近該至少一層頂層的至少一層底層，該至少一層底層包含至少一種熱塑性彈性體。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之運動用墊，其另外包含配置在該至少一層頂層與該至少一層底層之間的至少一層中間層。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之運動用墊，其中該至少一層頂層亦包含：聚胺基甲酸酯；紋理；至少一種抗微生物劑；或至少一種開放式細孔結構；或其任何組合。

  11. 一種運動用墊，其包含：至少一層頂層，該至少一層頂層包含聚胺基甲酸酯；及鄰近該至少一層頂層的至少一層底層，該至少一層底層包含至少一種合成橡膠及至少一種天然橡膠。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第11項之運動用墊，其另外包含配置在該至少一層頂層與該至少一層底層之間的至少一層中間層。

  17. 一種運動用墊，其包含：至少一層頂層，其具有至少一種開放式細孔結構，其中該至少一層頂層包含至少一種抗微生物劑；至少一層穿孔底層，其包含至少一種熱塑性彈性體；及至少一層中間層，其包含配置在該至少一層頂層與該至少一層底層之間的至少一種聚酯棉摻合織造布。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第17項之運動用墊，其中該至少一層中間層包含：聚胺基甲酸酯；聚酯奈米纖維；聚酯微纖維；不織布；至少一種開放式細孔結構；橡膠發泡體材料；至少一種熱塑性彈性體；聚氯乙烯材料；穿孔；或至少一種抗微生物劑；或其任何組合。

  21. 一種製造運動用墊之方法，其包括：澆鑄至少一層聚胺基甲酸酯層；澆鑄至少一層包含合成橡膠及天然橡膠之層；及利用熱接合以連接該至少一層聚胺基甲酸酯層及該至少一層包含合成橡膠及天然橡膠的層。
  22. 如申請專利範圍第21項之方法，其中該熱接合係利用連續層壓法來完成。
  23. 如申請專利範圍第21項之方法，其中不使用膠來連接該至少一層聚胺基甲酸酯層與該至少一層包含合成橡膠及天然橡膠的層。
  24. 如申請專利範圍第21項之方法，其中該至少一層聚胺基甲酸酯層係固化在不織布一側上，且該至少一層包 含合成橡膠及天然橡膠的層係硫化在該不織布的反側。
  25. 如申請專利範圍第24項之方法，其中該硫化係在或接近180℃下完成。
  26. 一種製造運動用墊之方法，其包括：澆鑄至少一層聚胺基甲酸酯層；澆鑄至少一層熱塑性層；及利用至少一種積層物以連接該至少一層聚胺基甲酸酯層及該至少一層熱塑性層。
  27. 如申請專利範圍第26項之方法，其中該至少一種積層物為至少一種非甲苯層壓黏著劑。
  28. 如申請專利範圍第26項之方法，其中該至少一層聚胺基甲酸酯層係固化在不織布一側上，且該至少一層熱塑性層係層壓在該不織布的反側。
  29. 一種製造墊材料的方法，其包括：製備至少一層包含至少一種液體形式之聚胺基甲酸酯的頂層，該至少一種液體形式之聚胺基甲酸酯係被澆鑄到至少一個模內；製備至少一層包含至少一種熱塑性彈性體之底層，該至少一種熱塑性彈性體係通過至少一個壓延程序；及藉由將該至少一層頂層與該至少一層底層通過至少一個烘箱，使該至少一種熱塑性彈性體層壓於該至少一種聚胺基甲酸酯來製備該墊材料。
