200825244 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有雛人工皮革及其製造方法,特 別有關於-齡相舰及伸鲜儲之人工絲及以伸縮 彈性布為基材來製造皮革的方法。 v> 【先前技術】 現時’人工皮革已被大量製造並應用在包括球、手套、 衣物、傢俱、運動鞋材及其類似物中。其中,對於運動鞋材 及衣物的應用上’由於強調穿著之舒適性,因而,以拉伸回 復性及伸長率優異的伸縮布來製造人工皮革,有其優點。在 此所謂的侧布(舰彈性布)触伸長率τ向在5㈣嶋, Υ向在100%〜400%的範圍内的布料。 白用以濕式製程製造人工皮革的方法…般係取具有尼 龍(Nylon)及聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇醋⑽)纖維成份的針乳不 織布為基材來含浸溶劑型聚胺酯(p〇LYURnHANE)樹脂 組成物,待凝固後,再於濕式塗佈機塗佈溶劑型聚氨醋樹 脂,後經凝固、水洗、乾燥之處理,使得該基材上形成 開放性微孔結構之中引層,而得人工皮革半成品,然 後,經由乾式貼合製程,使該基材表面形成一聚胺醋 樹脂層,接著,再經由研磨或壓紋等後工程加工,以製得 在一體感、軟硬度、質感及手感等物性上具有不錯成效的 人工皮革。 5 200825244 對利用伸縮布為基材所製成的人工皮革而言,其製法與 上述不織布人工皮革的製法大致相同,係於機台上先將具有 聚對苯msl(PET)_成份的伸縮布基材進ς溶 劑型聚氨麟|旨之含浸加,再於濕式塗麵進行溶劑型聚 氨醋樹脂塗佈,後經棚、水洗、烘乾,使得該伸縮彈性布 基材上形朗放性微孔結構之中引層,再經由研磨或壓 紋等後工程加工來製造出一伸縮性人工皮革。 由習用赋製程製造的人卫皮革,若是咖不織布作為 基材,則該皮革在剝離強度、耐磨性及耐水解性上都有極佳 之物性。但是,使用伸縮布作為基材,其剝離強度只介於 〇. 7〜1. 7 kg/αη之間,並不理想,而且耐磨性及耐水解性也不 佳;其原因在於該伸縮布基材與含浸加工之溶劑型聚氨醋樹 脂間的固著性差,⑽摘離強度、耐磨及耐水解等物性上 都叉到影響;此外’制赋製紅製錄長,*且所製造 之人工皮革的物性也不穩定,常造成品質及交期之困擾。 是以’對於該伸縮性人工皮革,應該有需要其它不同製 程的製造方法產生’藉以提高該雑性人卫皮革的剝離強 度、耐磨及耐水解’並具有製雜友物性穩定等效果者。 【發明内容】 本發明主要目的在於提供-種伸縮性人卫皮革的製造方 法’該製賴綠’叫’透製法敝產&在獅強度、 耐磨性及耐水解性等方面均優異的人工皮革。 200825244 本發明之又一目的在於提供一種伸縮性人工皮革,該皮 革在拉伸回復性、伸長率、獅紐、耐雜及耐水解等物 性上都相#優異,或者至少可提供大眾在運絲材等製品的 皮革取用上一有利的選擇。 依據本發明構成的製造方法,包含以下步驟·· 以不伸縮之織布為载體將一伸縮布基材平整地固著於一 塗佈機上; 在該伸縮布基材上塗佈一層經發泡的高固形份水性聚氨 酯樹脂以形成一具有微孔結構的中引層; 烘乾該伸縮彈性布上的中引層,且將固著該伸縮布基材 的織布離型;及 在該中引層上形成至少一聚胺酯(PU)面層,而得一 伸縮性人工皮革。 該伸縮布係為伸長率τ向在50%〜300%,Y向在100%〜400% 的範圍内的織布。 在一實施例中,係使用其它不伸縮之載體來固著該伸縮 布基材。 塗佈在該伸縮布基材上的高固形份水性聚氨酯樹脂之固 形份較好在40%〜60%之間,且以50%〜60%的範圍最理想。附著 量過大會影響拉伸性。 塗佈在該伸縮彈性布上的高固形份水性聚氨酯樹脂係為 7 200825244 無溶劑型或低溶劑的聚氨酯樹脂組成物,使得在製程中 不會揮發出或是僅揮發出微量的有機溶劑。 该尚固开> 份水性聚氣酯樹脂經發泡構成之中引層的空孔 率較好在〇· 01%〜80%的範圍,且以2%〜65%的範圍最理想。 在一實施例中,該面層是先塗佈於具有平坦(淺紋、平 面紋)或是凹凸紋路之離型紙上再轉移到該中引層上。 依據本發_成_雜人工皮革,係包含—基材、位 在絲材上的-中引層及位該中㈣上的至少—聚氨醋樹脂 面層,其中,該基材係由伸長率T向在5〇%〜3_且γ向在 100%〜400%的範圍内的伸縮布構成,而該中引層係由塗佈在該 基材上的-高目形份水性聚氨酯樹脂層構成,且該中引層具 «泡結構,使得該人I皮革齡伽復性及伸長率優= 還同時具有高_強度、耐磨性及財解等物性,當用於製 造運動鞋材、衣_财穿著之舒適性。、衣 —關於本發明之其他目的、優點及特徵,將可由以下較佳 貫施例的詳細朗並參騎關絲了解。 【實施方式】 將經由僅為鮮但_赚_具體實施顺參照所附 圖式進一步說明本發明,其中·· 第一圖中顯示本發明一實施例之伸縮性人工皮革】的側 視圖,該伸縮性人工皮革包含一基㈣、置於該基材π上的 一中㈣及置㈣㈣層12上的—面層13。需要一提 200825244 的是,該侧視圖僅是為圖解目的而作,並無依照比率繪製。 該基材11係由伸縮性織物構成。所謂之伸縮性織物係為 伸長率T向在50%〜300%,Y向在100%〜400%範圍内的織布。 該基材11係由尼龍(Nylon)、聚對苯二曱酸乙二醇醋 (PET)、聚烯烴及聚壓克力纖維群組中之一種以上成份所組 成。最好,該基材包含纖維含量1-100%的尼龍(Nyl〇n)及纖 維含量1-100%的聚對苯二曱酸乙二醇酯(PET)。 該中引層12係由高固形份水性PU樹脂塗佈層構成,且 該中引層12具有發泡結構。 該高固形份水性聚氨酯樹脂之固形份較好在4〇%〜6〇%之 間,且以50%〜60%的範圍最理想。又該高固形份水性聚氨酯樹 發泡結構之空孔率較好在〇· 01%〜80%之間,且以2%〜65%的範 圍最理想。 該面層13係由聚氨酯樹脂(pu)構成,且該聚氨酯樹 脂面層13之表面最好具有紋路14。 將藉由以下製程進一步說明製造該伸縮性人工皮革1的 製造方法,該方法包含4個主要步驟ιοί—1〇4 ;首先以不伸縮 之载體(未圖示)將該基材11固著於一塗佈機上(步驟1〇1), 之後’在该基材Π上塗佈一經發泡的高固形份水性聚氨酯樹 脂層以形成該具有微孔的中引層12 (步驟102),接著,烘 乾該中引層,且將固著該基材11的載體離型(步驟1〇3),然 200825244 後,在該中引層12上形成至少一聚胺酯(pu)面層,而得 該伸縮性人工皮革1。 . 用以固著該基材11的载體最好係不伸縮的織布,使得該 伸縮布基材11能平整地被固著於塗佈機上以利中引層塗佈製 私的進行,而且,塗佈在該基材u上的高固形份水性聚氨酯 树脂層也才能夠具有均一的厚度;在一實施例中,係在該不 伸縮的織布上塗佈水縣_絲材u,如此,#該載體離 _ 霞’ #在該紐u上冑下祕。 在《亥中引層12上形成聚胺酯(pu)面層η的步驟, 取好係使用乾式貼合的進行。在—實細巾,係將該用以構 成細層的聚胺醋PU樹脂塗佈於具有平坦(淺紋、平面紋) 或疋凹凸、、構之離型、纟让’射&乾後再塗佈—層當作接著層 之-液型PU組成物’並於該接著層未完全供乾還具有 軸性日守,與該基材11上之中㈣12施㈣> 再剝離該離型紙而得該面層13。此外,在將該離型紙離型 而該面層13未硬化前,可藉由具花紋圖案的輥輪來議,以 =該面層13表面職路14 _,或她麵層 後,再使用轉印加工進一步增加其它面層。 =圖中顯示依據本發明一實施例構成之伸縮性人工 相當厚實’其使彳有德。構的中引層13 八于Μ工皮革1在剝離強度、耐磨性及耐 200825244 水解性等方面都相當優異。經實際測試證明,依據本發明所 ‘造之伸縮性人工皮革之剝離強度可達2· & kg/cm以上。 再藉由以下的實施例進一步說明本發明的製造方法。 實施例1 :
先以一般織布將HY伸縮布(7〇%p〇LYESTER+30%SPANDEX
的伸Ifg布)基材固者,再直接塗佈一層經機械發泡之均勻混 合重1百分比94%的水性聚氨酯樹脂、重量比〇· 3%的色料 以及重5· 4%的增黏劑製備成之塗料,以12〇〜17〇ΐ烘乾,再 把固著之-般織布離型,而得—具有發泡㈣層之人工皮革 半成xm ,接著,於具紋路之離型紙上塗佈一層溶劑型聚氨酯 ίί月曰以⑽〜再塗佈—層_彳溶劑型聚氨醋樹 脂,以⑽〜靴烘乾,經轉印貼合該人工皮革半成品、熟成 及離型後捲取,可得本發明之伸縮性人工皮革。 實施例2 : 織♦將ME伸縮布(1〇〇%P〇LYESTER的伸縮布) 材口著再直接塗佈一層經機械發泡之均勾混合重量百分 比9私的水性聚氨醋樹脂、重量比〇 3%的色料以及重5.4 %的增黏劑製備成之塗料,以勝職_,再把固著之一 域布離型,而得-具有發泡中引層之人工皮革半成品;接 於具轉之議增—聽_細脂,以 3〇 C烘乾,再塗佈—層糊劑溶劑型聚氨麟脂,以 11 200825244 100〜13GC烘乾’經轉印貼合該人卫皮革半成品、熟成及離型 後捲取,可得本發明之伸縮性人工皮革。 依據本發明之貫施例卜2製得之人卫皮革與傳統伸縮人 工皮革就剝離強度、耐磨耗及耐水解等物性比較如下表:
