Abstract

Bu buluş, mobilya, ayakkabı, çanta, giyim ve aksesuar sektöründe kullanılmak amacıyla üretilen bir tur suni deri ve bu suni derinin üretimi için geliştirilen üretim yöntemi ile ilgili olup; bu buluş ile geliştirilen üretim yöntemi kullanılarak, su bazlı poliüretan ve/veya akrilik, lateks, boya ve diğer yardımcı kimyasalların yeni geliştirilen bir köpük makinesinde hava yardımıyla köpürtülerek gözenekli yapıya kavuşturulması ile elde edilen ara ürünün (tabaka) farklı suni deri üretim proseslerinde kullanılması sonucu elde edilen suni deri, gözenekli (sungerimsi) dokusu ve kıvrımlı yüzey görünümü ile doğal deriye yakın özellikler sergilemektedir.
