Abstract

Aktif bir pektin içeren biyokütle bileşimi üretmek için yöntemler sağlanmıştır. Yöntem, aşağıdaki aşamaları kapsar: (A) çözünmeyen bir elyaf bileşeni ve bir çözünmeyen sıvı protopu bileşeni içeren bir başlangıç pektini içeren biyokütle maddesinin bir karışım oluşturmak için sulu bir alkol çözeltisi ile karıştırılması; (B) başlangıç pektin içeren biyokütle malzemesini, i) karışımın pH'ını 0.5 veya yaklaşık 0.5 ila 2.5 veya yaklaşık 2.5 aralığında ayarlamak için karışıma asit ilave edilerek oluşturulan aktive edici çözeltiye maruz bırakarak ve (ii) yaklaşık 40 derece santigrat dereceden daha yüksek bir sıcaklığa ısıtarak, çözünmeyen lif bileşeni ve çözünür pektin bileşenini içeren aktif pektin içeren biyokütle malzemesini oluşturmak için başlangıç pektin içeren biyokütle malzemesini aktif hale getirme ve (C) (i) adımında A), (ii) adımında B) aktivasyonu sırasında veya (iii) adımında A) karışımına ve B) adımında aktivasyon sırasında mekanik enerji uygulanması; ve (D) aktif pektin içeren biyokütle malzemesinin karışımdan ayrılması; buradaki yöntemde, karışımda mevcut olan alkol, karışımın toplam ağırlığına bağlı olarak ağırlıkça yaklaşık yüzde 40 veya daha fazladır. Aktif pektin içeren biyokütle bileşimleri de sağlanmaktadır.
