Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتوفير طرق لإنتاج تركيبة كتلة حيوية منشَّطة محتوية على البكتين activated pectin-containing biomass. تضم الطريقة (أ) خلط مادة كتلة حيوية بادئة محتوية على البكتين تشتمل على مكون ليفي غير قابل للذوبان insoluble fiber component ومكون بروتوبكتين غير قابل للذوبان insoluble protopectin component مع محلول مائي aqueous solution من كحول لتكوين خليط؛ (ب) تنشيط مادة الكتلة الحيوية البادئة المحتوية على البكتين لتكوين مادة كتلة حيوية منشَّطة محتوية على البكتين تشتمل على المكون الليفي غير القابل للذوبان ومكون بكتين قابل للذوبان soluble pectin component بتعريض مادة الكتلة الحيوية البادئة المحتوية على البكتين (1) لمحلول تنشيط activating solution مكوَّن بإضافة حمض إلى الخليط لتعديل الرقم الهيدروجيني للخليط في نطاق يتراوح بين حوالي 0.5 وحوالي 2.5 و(2) التسخين إلى درجة حرارة أعلى من حوالي 40 درجة مئوية؛ و(ج) فرض طاقة ميكانيكية mechanical energy (1) على خليط الخطوة أ)، (2) أثناء التنشيط في الخطوة ب)، أو (3) على الخليط في الخطوة أ) وأثناء التنشيط في الخطوة ب)؛ و(د) فصل مادة الكتلة الحي
